For
the
quality
of
food,
a
3
course
dinner
for
£65
(or
lunch
for
£47.50
on
weekdays/
£52.50
on
Saturday)
is
very
good
value!
I
have
a
feeling
this
new
restaurant
will
get
a
Michelin
star
this
year😆
On
this
visit,
I
tried:
⭐️
🥖
The
bread
was
filled
with
caremalised
onion,
that
was
cooked
in
beef
fat.
It
had
a
great
flavour
and
was
incredibly
moreish
😍Sourdough
was
of
a
good
chewy
texture
with
a
nice
crunch
on
the
crust.
Snack
was
a
seaweed
cracker
topped
with
taramasalata.
⭐️
🐚
Raviolo
is
a
must
order!!
It
was
filled
with
a
generous
amount
of
crab
and
scallop,
and
served
with
a
light
tomato
sauce.
🍅
Heirloom
tomato
salad,
served
with
a
seaweed
aioli,
chargrilled
baby
violet
artichoke,
basil
oil
and
sourdough
croutons
-
a
refreshing
starter
for
hot
summer
days
⭐️
🐠
Butter
poached
turbot
was
perfectly
cooked!!!
It
was
served
with
Parmesan
gnocchi,
new
season
peas,
smoked
eel,
braised
gem
lettuce
and
confit
lemon
🍋
🐟
Roast
Cornish
cod,
was
served
with
a
rich
spicy
Nduja
butter
sauce,
borlotti
bean
ragout,
clams,
and
coastal
herbs
⭐️
🍮
Ending
the
dinner
with
an
excellent
apple
crumble
soufflé,
topped
with
custard
ice
cream
🍦
It
was
like
an
apple
crumble
in
the
form
of
a
soufflé!
Such
a
genius
idea!!!
