She called again 2 days after with migraines asking to speak with a GP again. Got told there’s no appointment available. The GP doesn’t speak with you via phone call more than 2 minutes. They couldn’t find 2 minutes on the phone?

    I understand this is NHS, but how can you be the worst out of all? I have changed 4 GPs because of changing houses but this one is the worst, if there could be a word to describe this centre it has to be worse than the word incompetent. I have been registered for 2 years now, and I always thought it was too much to complain about it online, but I have to write it so people can avoid this clinic. For a blood test, the lady that works there used different needles, touched with her bare hands my skin where the needle went in, no use of bandage. Oh, and of course, you need to book weeks before to book for a blood test, but only if you went to the hospital, or else they won’t do a general check up. COVID Covid covid.. really? No one is using the mask there but you claim that for covid reasons you cannot allow patients to be inside the clinic. No matter what, you have to wait outside even under the rain or heavy sunny day. And believe all the reviews that say that you have to wait hours and hours, if not days, for a phone call. The reviews get deleted, so I hope this message goes to as many people as possible. Please avoid this clinic, do your researches and don’t just choose this place because it’s nearby your home. It is not worth your time, especially if you suffer chronic illness.

    It’s as if they are trying their best to avoid having to see people face to face. Today I called and explained my situation and the woman that answered told me I will get a prescription. I told her that I have already been using a cream that my doctor told me to use for my skin condition and that it didn’t do anything. She hung up the phone. Will be switching to another place asap.

    this is really bad gp service i never ever experience a gp service like this , even if need any medication they are not happy to give the prescription as well, some times i feel our kids medicine fees they are paying from their own pocket. every gp care the kids patient very sensitively but here not . and most of the staffs is also very rude, could you please appoint good peoples because its a local gp service

    The young boy Arun is amazing we need more people like him and David - well done keep the hard work up👏🏾👏🏾 Unfortunately there are some parts which didn’t meet my expectations and unfortunately that did bring down my expectation at the gp

    The time to answer the pone is tooo much time . I been caller 1 for 7 minutes but thank you doctor Patel Arian and dev - doctor pls get better staff like Arian and dev and I forgot her name Kalpinaa

    The first experience at the GP was decent only due to the fact of this young boy I recall his name was Arjun he was very kind and helped a lot however the waiting times are unbelievably long and just a pain to wait in shush 🤫

    Excellent GP Surgey in Harrow. Dr Patel and all the rest of the GPs are very knowledgable, polite and efficient in their work. The reception staff are all very polite and attentive to the patients' needs and promptly assist you with all your problems. My experience with this GP Surgery has consistently been wonderful EK

    Horrible horrible service. The receptionists need proper training, they talk with attitude like they talking down at us. Excuse me, New polite staff needed. Doctors are lovely the receptionist are dragging the surgery down.
