What a gent! So funny, kind and honest. I'd been given a ring that had more sentimental than monetary value and Simon spent a lot of time on a Saturday afternoon making it work for me. Really fun to be in the workshop with Simon and his colleague, while I pulled up a chair and watched them do their thing. The best kind of old fashioned, high quality customer service. 100% recommend.

Absolutely brilliant experience here. I wanted a vintage style ring set and I could not find what I wanted anywhere. I wasn't too sure of going down the bespoke route (thought it would be too costly) but a friend recommended Simon Lewis, so I visited and Simon totally 'got' what I wanted and produced my dream ring set, working with me along the way to be sure it was exactly what I wanted. It was within my budget too. Absolutely delighted with the service and have recommended to others.

Simon made my engagement ring and its absolutely perfect. My fiancé showed Simon some ideas, from which he then created the ring. We went in to the workshop to get it resized slightly and Simon was so welcoming and helpful. It's so special to have something handmade and I couldn't love it more.
