ABSOLUTELY
TERRIBLE
EXPERIENCE.
absolutely
no
customer
care
is
taken
what
so
ever.
let
me
start
with
arriving
to
the
airport.
I
went
to
exit
13
where
i
was
meant
to
meet
someone
to
take
me
to
my
hotel
only
to
be
greeted
by
a
rude
man
who
said
my
name
wasn't
on
the
list
and
was
shooing
me
away.
after
me
showing
him
the
whatsapp
messages
and
making
him
phone
the
company
did
he
agree
to
let
me
go
with
them.
even
then
the
bus
didn't
turn
up
for
2
hours
after
we
landed
and
we
was
waiting
in
the
airport
car
park
for
it
for
2
hours
i
was
told
i
was
going
to
be
having
a
consultation
the
day
before
my
surgery.
I
was
also
told
my
surgeon
would
speak
english.
that
did
not
happen
and
I
had
a
2
minute
meeting
with
someone
who
didn't
speak
english
before
my
operation.
there
was
a
translator
there
and
all
the
translator
said
was
''he
said
don't
worry
he
does
this
alot''
I
had
gynecomastia
surgery
and
i
woke
up
to
MASSIVE
swelling
and
bleeding
on
my
left
chest.
they
said
I
bled
alot
and
it
wasn't
usually
like
this.
but
for
some
reason
my
right
didn't?
I
ended
up
bleeding
so
much
they
had
to
give
me
another
operation
to
remove
blood
clots
and
drain
the
blood
as
my
chest
filled
up
so
much
when
I
come
round
they
tried
to
charge
me
for
this
operation.
an
extra
£150
of
course
I
told
them
theres
no
way
I'm
paying
for
it
when
it
was
your
mistake
making
me
bleed
so
much
then
the
final
straw
was
when
I
had
to
have
my
drains
removed
instead
of
picking
me
up
in
the
minubus
they
usually
take
me
to
and
from
the
hospital
in
they
told
me
to
get
a
TAXI
and
pay
for
it
myself.
so
I
had
to
go
outside
and
get
a
taxi
with
drains
in
my
chest,
make
my
way
to
the
hospital.
and
have
them
removed
by
a
nurse
who
couldn't
speak
english
so
I
had
to
have
a
translator
on
speakerphone
translating
for
both
of
us.
then
get
a
taxi
back
to
the
hotel
Genuinely
have
had
the
worst
experience
ever.
I
was
left
without
showing
me
the
results
of
my
operation
because
there
was
nobody
to
take
my
bandages
off
and
show
me.
Once
I
got
back
to
England
after
a
few
days
I
took
the
bandages
off
and
they
have
completely
messed
up
my
left
nipple
and
I
have
a
dent
around
the
nipple
now
where
they
have
taken
gynecomastia
from
under
the
nipple
and
nowhere
else.
So
I
have
like
a
donut
of
gyro.
Ive
been
back
and
forth
with
them
about
refunding
me
and
they
said
they
will
redo
it
again
but
only
if
I
pay?
WHY
would
I
let
you
butcher
me
again?
And
Pay
for
the
privilege
absolutely
awful
experience
from
start
to
finish
I
honestly
couldn’t
think
of
anything
else
that
could
have
been
bad
about
it.
I've
been
given
ZERO
after
care
advice
and
literally
just
been
forgotten
about
RUN
AWAY
WHILE
YOU
CAN
