Terrible company. If you value your health or you loved ones health and get offered an appointment to here via your GP etc then refuse it! My 4 year old is now scared over her entire body due to their lack of organisation and putting in a hospital referal which we are still waiting for.

Worst people which I could ever had an appointment. They do not know anything. They always gave me wrong medication just to get rid of myself. They found it normal to he sick from the medication and having a bad reaction. THEY DO NOT REALLY CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. They do not anything about being a proper dermatologist doctor and do the job properly.

I cannot believe in this day and age that there are no hoisting facilities at any of the clinics! My wheelchair bound son was given an appointment, luckily I checked with the place the appointment was due to take place- no hoist. 10 days later, after phone calls from me, I was told he had now been referred to Queens hospital. Why not do this in the first place? Beggars belief, aren’t there other wheelchair users that need hoisting? I really think, going forward, this has to be addressed, not everyone can walk!!!!! One very unhappy parent.
