Five stars is really not enough, Dr Naomi has saved my life, my marriage and my kids from divorcing me! Everybody needs a Naomi in their life. Naomi has the most amazing approach, so comfortable every consultation feels like im chatting to my best friend that's how comfortable she makes you feel. I seriously cannot thank Naomi and her team enough for really making mine and my family's life so much more normal than it was. After being diagnosed with severe Endometriosis and needing a full hysterectomy my surgeon (Top in his field!) never told me about HRT after 3 horrendous years of battle with awful symptoms and no joy with GP I found Dr Naomi and have never looked back. Naomi is always so reassuring, thank god I found her god knows where I would be now if I hadn't. I have been with Dr Naomi for 16 months now and have not only my MOJO back, have got my shape back and can actually help my husband with our business and not have brain fog with simple tasks. Long review but seriously cannot thank Dr Naomi and her team enough. Only wished I found you 4 years ago!

I have been seeing Doctor Ping for over a year and her care and reassuring advise have helped me feel better than I have been for some time. My career including travel to LA and Korea were I have been teaching Pilates has been very challenging both physically and mentally, however I have thrived and felt able to embrace many challenges out of my comfort zone which I’m not sure I would have been able to do before I had been helped with Doctor Pings care and the use of HRT!

Exceptional care given all round, my first appointment was very thorough and I was listened to and made to feel very comfortable and say exactly how I was feeling, I I have a follow up due soon and I am in constant contact with very helpful and friendly people regarding blood tests and my medication and any queries/worries I may have. Dr. Naomi Potter and her team are in a league of their own. I struggled to get the correct care from my GP and after my initial consultation with Naomi, I felt heard and very well looked after. The service is extremely informative and Naomi's experience and depth of knowledge is invaluable. I have not looked back. I feel back in control again, and would highly recommended Dr. Potter. or any of her team, to anyone who is struggling with symptoms of the Peri Menopause or Menopause.

My appointment with Dr Liz Andrew could not have gone better, it met expectations which were high because I was utterly broken and desperate for help. She controlled the appointment well, understanding parts of my history that were relevant and those which were not so imperative - this was crucial for me, as I have medical trauma from my past. It was very patient-focused, while maintaining all the professional needs of explaining the medical details succinctly, with clarity. Liz herself is extremely likeable and I felt it was an appointment with a friend, in a sense. I am really happy with my plan going forwards, she confirmed a lot of my own findings which allows me to feel personal confidence (something I have been lacking) and the follow up regarding the pharmacy order was immediate and is arriving in one hour: a mere 48 hours after the appointment. In short, I felt the appointment was the embodiment of what the Hippocratic Oath was laid out to achieve and I will be back when/if necessary. Thank you very much - money well spent!!
