What
a
farce
of
a
company.
Your
Addiscombe
Road
branch
is
appalling.
The
staff
are
clueless,
unprofessional,
and
unaware
of
the
basics
of
customer
service.
Ordered
at
11.08am
-
for
delivery
at
11.45am,
the
earliest
slot.
At
midday
-
nothing
had
arrived,
and
the
online
status
said
'preparing'
(as
it
had
for
almost
an
hour).
We
tried
to
call
the
restaurant
16
times
and
no
answer.
We
called
Head
Office
and
spoke
to
Natalie
in
Customer
Services.
She
also
couldn't
get
through
to
the
restaurant.
At
12.38
I
finally
got
through,
only
to
be
told
the
order
would
be
with
us
in
20
mins.
At
1pm,
still
no
food
(almost
2
hours
after
the
original
order)
We
again
got
through
to
the
branch
after
3-4
attempts
only
to
be
told
they
weren't
making
our
order
as
they
didn't
have
any
ingredients??
We
asked
for
our
order
to
be
cancelled
and
they
did.
We
called
back
Head
Office
and
spoke
to
Natalie
again,
who
apologised
and
advised
she
couldn't
get
through
to
the
restaurant!
She
then
told
us
our
order
had
been
cancelled
-
but
the
store
had
not
processed
a
refund
request!!
Thankfully,
she
then
actioned.
This
was
a
large
order,
for
14
staff,
all
of
which
have
been
left
annoyed
and
lunch-less!
No
apology,
not
compensated
in
any
way!
Consider
it
lesson
learnt
-
we're
off
to
Pizza
Hut!
