The receiver of this beautiful cake has a major nut allergy, and she bakes all the allergy cake orders of the day before the others. I can confirm that no one was rushed to the emergency room today 😆 - definitely made with love and care! I was told the cake is moist, fresh, and flavorful without being overly sweet. I can not praise Carole and 7Cakes enough. The Black Forrest Gateau is the best I have tasted, the strawberries and cream and the lemon meringue cup cakes were stunning to look at as well as very tasty. They were bought for a family celebration and everyone was extremely complimentary. I was also impressed with the packaging as it showcases the artwork involved and really adds to the feeling of getting a premium product without paying premium prices.
