My family and I booked an overnight stay in this hotel and overall it was a pleasant experience. The interior is wonderfully modern and stylish as well as our hotel rooms. They were exceptionally clean with an abundant of fresh towels. We were also provided with a selection of tea and coffee within the room. We had breakfast included the next morning which was delicious and had lots of variety. The selection catered for vegetarians like myself. I probably had the best sleep in a long time while staying here. The mattresses and pillows were unbelievably soft and I thoroughly enjoyed my sleep. TIPS There was not a complimentary toothpaste in the bathroom and as a result we had to purchase them at a nearby store. So please bring your own toothpaste. Additionally you are required to bring your own ID for every guest, even for young adults and teenagers. So bring your own ID. Overall my stay at Park Plaza was great and with the fact the underground station is a minute walk away, made my trip very convenient.

As soon as we came in, Mardy was very friendly and approachable. She gave us great assistance with storing our luggage before our check in time so that we are able to explore the city. She also helped us with showing us where to go as we are new to this side of the city. The staff also gave us an easy time with checking in. Thank you very much. Looking forward to staying here again next time.

This hotel is right by Park Royal tube station. Might not the the fanciest area but it's so convenient. The hotel is modern, clean, and air conditioned. Staff are friendly and helpful. Had room service which was good quality. Breakfast is good too. I will be back for sure!

Good hotel location, nice roomsdesign, clean and price is fair. The staff are kindly smiling and really professional. The two only issue that you have to pay extra for breakfast which is not good one and 18pound per day for parking I really wonder why they do this I think they just wanna invest more and more of their building space maybe we would pay for lobby sit next time. ( hotel guests come for hospitality and complementary and the hotel owner has no this talent) Plus they have no option to pay partly for few hours for example. Totally the hotel rate is not more than 3 Star max.

A good night sleep is the best one can hope for but although the quality and styling of the rooms here is excellent, the internal sound insulation is non-existent. Between pipes draining, late revellers and early leavers, I got no rest.

In our booking, we specified that we wanted earlier check-in, which they said is subject to availability. They did offer me a room when I arrived at past 11am and the room smelt heavily of cigarette. I returned the key and requested for another room, the manager offered me a new room which smelt very fresh. I am very grateful for that.

I first stayed last month, I found your staff unhelpful and condescending. Your parking is an absolute rip off, you MUST pay for 24 hours even if you are off site most of your stay. If you do leave then there may not be a space when you return even though you have paid, so how many times can you sell one parking space?? I asked for car parking to be added to my bill on check in, the first time I stayed the receptionist did that but on my latest (and last ever) visit they refused to do so. I do not want or need yet another parking app! The final straw was being told I needed to have a wristband to be able to re-enter the hotel that evening or security would not let me in. Utterly ridiculous and no way to treat your guests.

Overall the hotel is definitely 5 stars. The service is good, i like hotels that let you get on with it and help out when you need it. The breakfast was good, quite a bit to choose from. The entire hotel itself including the room was very clean and staff well presented. The hotel was in a good location, not far from the underground tube station that goes straight into central.

This hotel is supposed to be a 4 stars hotel. Well, it is far from being so. The location is good as the underground station is only 2-3 minutes walk. The breakfast is NOT recommended at all and is expensive, 15 pounds. The boiled eggs are as cold as ice cubes! But the worst thing about this hotel is the lighting. Even if you turn on all lights, the room is still so dark that you even can not use the mirror as you hardly can see your own face! Stay away!

Great location based near Tube and bus stations Great breakfast a girl that was serving in bar and dinner a white London girl, rare to find British staff these days in hotels anyway but her service was amazing the only let down was wrist bands to say you stayed in hotel and poor greeting from 3 female staff on reception but this was remedied by the 2 the gents on reception.

Don't take the Hotel on weekends, the Royal Park station is a peripheral metro station prone to get out of service over weekends, making your trips back and forward a huge headache (Hanger Lane Station, that is at 10min away walk is better option). Very small £13/ day Street car park They don't clean the room other than the day you're in for COVID idiot reasons, forcing to go downstairs to reception to ask for fresh towels....even no hairdresser. You can't get check-in before 3pm (but you might get it earlier if you pay £10/ per each hour ahead, if you agree earlier check-in) but by 12pm you're kicked off Deep deception!

Had a pleasant 2 night stay with my boyfriend recently. Room was great, however the bathroom is quite dark and could do with some extra lighting. Staff are nice & is a plus that they have car parking on site .

I cannot fault my stay. Everything was absolutely beautiful. I arrived quite late and was able to check in at 11pm with no issues at all. As it was my partners birthday and also our anniversary we got upgraded to a studio which was stunning! The bed was covered in rose petals with a lovely note from the hotel team. What I loved most is the attention to detail. There was a really cool panel where you could easily control the AC and add mood lighting. The hotel was extremely clean including corridors, reception and room. We had some trouble paying for parking but the receptionist ensured us our car would be ok and that we could sort it in the morning when checking out. Overall I was over joyed with my stay and I would highly highly recommend Park Plaza for you stay. Excellent value for money!

Nice staff. great breakfast. We were there for 4 days and didnt have a cleaner so had to ask for replenishment on towels, toilet roll and bins couple times. Also the parking is £18 a day so bare that in mind. On the whole had a good stay.

Stayed here a few days ago and hotel was great. Staff were friendly and efficient and location is ideal for the tube. Room was clean and tidy, My daughter managed to lose her laptop in the room and was very kindly returned to her by special delivery by the floor manager there - Michael Jessop who I spoke with on the phone and was very helpful. Recommend

The staff are competent and the hotel has all the amenities, so it is recommended especially for business trips. Accommodation costs about half the cost of a city center and about one-third the cost of city center hotels with similar facilities. It's a bit far from central London (30 min by subway or bus), but it's not inconvenient as the subway station is 2-3 minutes away. Rather, it has the advantage of being able to sit while moving to the city by taking the subway.

I’ve stayed here twice (photos attached are from both stays), and it is simply incredible! Upon first glance it looks like a London hotel, but as soon as you enter you get hit with a quirky luxury style. We went to check in (me and my partner, king room) and we were served by Nina, she is an incredible staff member and she made our stay a 12/10, as soon as we got into our room she asked us if we got there alright and if everything was okay. Me and my partner were having a good day, but Nina just made it so much better, I’ve stayed in many hotels for work, and I’ve never come across someone as polite and kind as her. We will be staying here again, without a doubt! Thank you Nina and everyone else at Park Plaza for making our stay the best one ever.

Great hotel with small issues. Location is great to get to the underground. Just 2 min by foot. Breakfast could be better wouldn’t book it next time. Rooms are great. Except the rooms the hotel could be cleaner. Was a great choice for me to stay here for 5 days.

Basic hotel, cheap. Staff are very pleasant. I would never stay here again - if you build a hotel on the side of a main road (A40) you really should soundproof it. If you like the sound of motorbikes all night then this place will suit you. Personally, I prefer a quiet night’s sleep. Rooms are a bit tatty, showing their age and use. The £10 food credit or bottle of (pretty awful) wine if you don’t have housekeeping come in is a good idea. I like environmentally friendly initiatives - but, then you see in the bathroom, lots of single use plastic products (shower gel etc). Then you know it’s a cost saving gimmick not a genuine attempt to reduce carbon footprint. The plastic products are so small they last one day and need replacing. No USBs by the bed. Parking is managed by a 3rd party. £18 to park outside the car park because it’s full (both days). No option to pay for anything less than 24 hours. RIP off and irritating. It’s basic and if you select a hotel on price and don’t care about the above, go for it. Not me for.

Staff friendly, hotel clean & tidy, comfy bed and a clean bathroom. The only issues were that the USB didn't work so couldn't charge our phones and it would have been nice to have had a little toothpaste in with the toiletries. Other than these minors, A great affordable hotel. Thank you.

Myself and my sister stayed here on 22nd of December. We were met by the lovely Ramna at reception, who gave us a complimentary upgrade. This set the tone for our stay. The staff, without exception, went above and beyond. The breakfast (which we opted to have in our room) was delicious and generous portions. The bed could have easily fit another whole adult in, with a luxurious matress, and you can do everything at the click of a button via the TV. We will definitely be back. A gem in West London.

Nice, modern hotel near Wembley Stadium. Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, good gym. BE CAREFUL: Parking needs to be paid outside at the ticket machine upon arrival. We assumed that parking can be paid during checkout and received a heavy fine by mail, a few days later...

The rooms are really good sized. The windows block out the noise which is great. There's a £15 parking fee to park your car, 30 mins are free. Station is nearby as well as a retail park.

Very conveniently located next to the tube. Clean facility and very helpful staff. My only complaint is that the fragrance when you arrive in the lobby is way too strong. I had a headache for a couple nights because of it. My one suggestion would be to take the air freshener smell/diffuser or whatever it is used and switch it to something less strong. Otherwise wonderful stay.

Excellent location less than 5 mins walk from Park Royal tube station. Rooms are well equipped. No bath. Breakfast is pretty good. Friendly service.

Room was spacious and well equipped. Nice desk to work at, decent cupboard space and couch to put your feet up. Large shower and decent bathroom. Team and service was excellent. Location isn’t great, but at least within walking distance of the Tube and some restaurants. Limited parking if you are driving

This hotel is not in central London, but that doesn’t matter because the 45 minute journey to get to it, is very much worth it, especially when you receive the service from the whole staff team, which always positive. A special mention to Raheem on reception who works so hard, is so friendly and polite, while always going the extra mile when it’s required, if you can go the extra mile from offering 100% quality every time I stay here for work!

Had a great experience with the room & all of the facilities that the hotel had to offer, however NAFIA from the reception team was an absolute gem to our stay, so attentive welcoming & friendly! We had a very small problem and NAFIA was able to rectify the issues efficiently. The world needs more people like her❤️!

I had a lovely stay at Park plaza. The rooms were clean and spacious. A lady at breakfast with plaits was very accomdating and super nice. My son was being super fussy and she was very patient with him and helpful finding things he liked. Overall a very pleasant experience, will definitely be staying again.

Great stay at the Park Plaza hotel for an affordable price. The tube being a 2 minute walk away is a great bonus. Special mention to the staff at the reception desk who catered to all my needs exceptionally. Would 100% recommend !

Great customer service with delicious food. The rooms were clean the staff were super friendly especially the restaurant staff. We are from Augusta, GA. Vacationing in London and we have really enjoyed our stay here. We will return to London very soon and Park Plaza will be the place we stay.

We stayed for a little get away from the kids. The staff here were very lovely! Especially to the restaurant staff and to Michael for looking after us all the time we went for food, his care doesn’t go unnoticed.

Met a friend at the restaurant during her stay and the service was amazing, had the Royal Burger and it was just delicious. Cannot comment on the rooms as I have not personally stayed in one, however my friend has stated that it is definitely worth it. I would specifically like to thank Michael and Valeria, they were full of life and very friendly and spent time recommending items. Great team and great atmosphere, would highly recommend.

The reception have helped me and my family alot and especially Nina the Receptionist who gave us a feeling like home. I've been here for 1 night and I'm planning on being here for a couple more because of the warm feeling this hotel is giving me. I recommend y'all to come visit this hotel, an absolute great experience in general.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and in an ideal location opposite tube. Shops over the road. Parking on site. We parked our car on arrival and used the tube daily. Ate in the restaurant the first night and had breakfast. Good selection available.

It's a nice hotel, if somewhat noisy. The rooms are spacious and very high tech with a control panel/tablet to control heating, lights etc. The car park is small, and you pay extra for that once you're there at a parking meter on site - which you have to pay for within 30 mins of parking your car. The service was OK, but it wasn't exactly service with a smile. It was a nice hotel, convenient to where I was working but very expensive.

We stayed there for three nights. Excellent hotel for families. Parking is limited to 40 cars, but there is nearby parking if no spaces available. I highly recommend it.

Thé expérience was nice and the staff members were very nice and always available. The breakfast was good as well The only thing that bothered me was the cleaning.. mostly the room. We stayed four nights and we had to ask for new towels and toilet papers to be recharged ourselves … also the cleaning service came the last day which was too late. I was a bit disappointed about this but I’m sure it’s something that can be improved 😉

Stayed here for summertime ball and couldn’t recommend enough. Staff were all lovely and quick to help. Rooms were comfortable and modern. Good location to for the tube station and restaurants nearby

This hotel is amazing, all the staff are incredibly accommodating. The staff let me charge my phone using the charger downstairs, upgraded my room and decorated it free of charge, when I asked to pay for late check out they gave this to me complimentary and all the staff were friendly and helpful, nothing I asked was ever too much for them to not only help with, but go above and beyond. Needless to say that the room was very clean, large and high tech, with so many facilities such as a mini fridge, comfy robes, plenty of towels etc. The price was VERY cheap for this all and I will 1000% be going back soon. Like this weekend. Shoutout to all the staff that helped, including Victoria and Martin especially.

Really enjoyed our 2 stay visit here. The Hotel is very modern and clean. Service is fantastic. Location wise perfect right next to tube station, literally! Breakfast buffet was delicious, lots of variety. However we didn't sleep too well, too hot in rooms unable to open window, we did use the aircon but it was too noisy throughout the night. But overall enjoyed our stay.

Lovely atmosphere, nice clean good size room remote controlled lights for room and bathroom so you don’t have to get out of bed to switch lights on & off. Breakfast wasn’t included but was given the option to pay for it, was able to add additional time to our stay by a few hrs with an hourly rate. Staff are nice friendly ans helpful and there’s a gym if you’re into that. Parking onsite with £15 for 24hrs

Stayed at Park Plaza twice and both occasions were amazing thanks to Sabina! She’s so helpful and a lovely person! She never fails to keep us happy whenever we stayed. We always book through booking.com. Highly recommended! Once again thank you Sabina you’re amazing!

i was pleased with this hotel but i can not understand why at this hotel only offers a room cleaning service every three days as other hotels cleaning every day. I have never experienced any thing like this. It is quite disappointing really hope they make change it as soon as possible as it is letting this hotel down.
