You will keel over from your ailment before you can get an appointment here. Station Road is a dangerously incompetently run GP’s office. I am sure it would be easier to get past Cerberus guarding the gates of hell than being able to see a Doctor here. Please don’t call, you will be on hold for at least 40 minutes before being told there are no appointments ever… Please only try booking online, but only if you have cat-like reflexes to compete with the 68 other patients all trying to click on the same appointment time. Today’s appointments ran out in 2 minutes. If they don’t change their booking system soon they might as well call this place a morgue. Good luck people of West Wickham.

Without a question the worst doctors surgery in the area. Zero patient care, doctors want to get rid of you and rush you out the consultation, receptionists are rude and straight up lie to your face about prescriptions being sent when they haven’t been. Avoid at all costs!!! My doctor told me I did not have a certain medical condition and after getting a second opinion it turns out I did!!! Outrageous

I did have to wait 48 mins for my call to be answered, however I was calling first thing on Monday morning when I expected the surgery to be busy. Once I got through the Receptionist was absolutely lovely. I was offered either face to face or telephone appointment and it was my choice. I opted for a telephone appointment and advised that this would be at 11 or thereabouts. I received a call from the Doctor at approximately 11.10. Following consultation, for a recurring complaint, he arranged for a prescription to be sent to my allocated chemist. I was very pleased with the Service once my call was taken, although the wait was a little longer than I would have liked.

I have been a patient at station road surgery for over 30 years and can definitely say the reception staff have vastly improved and are friendly and efficient, I also found Dr Yee to be a very knowledgeable professional doctor whom I highly recommend. I rang station road surgery for an urgent appointment at 8am on Monday morning, the phone was answered about 10mins later by a pleasant receptionist who was able to get me an appointment for 12:00pm same day. i attended the appointment with Dr, Yee, who I found to be a very pleasant welcoming doctor. I was very impressed with Dr. Yee’s thorough examination of me and his diagnosis and recommendation of treatment. It would be hard to find a more efficient NHS service anywhere in a busy practice such as Station Road Surgery, and I would like to express my thanks to Dr Yee and the rest of the staff for their outstanding service to my family and our community.

Booked via online for a telephone consultation - managed to get 4pm same day. GP rang me about 20 minutes after booking. Discussed concerns. Blood test form available from reception same day. Helpful receptionist and efficient GP with good telephone manner. Excellent service. Really impressed.

Avoid this surgery! I’ve been with this doctors for 32 years and it’s now worse than ever! Called 5 days in a row to get an appointment, was told each time there were no slots available and that I had to call back. Today I was told the doctor was sick but was going to call me. I something wrong with my arm and not something that can be sorted via phone call. I made the lady aware of this on the phone but was told there was nothing she could do. I wanted 7 days to get this face to face appointment. My appointment was at 10:30 half an hour later and still no call! Avoid this surgery.

I would just like to say and huge thank you to the staff at Station Road surgery ( especially Lisa Karen Laura) for all their help in the last few days . Sometimes it is the staff behind the scenes that do not get credit for what they do and it means so much when people go beyond there job title to make things easier especially when your in a bad place well done and thank you once again Breda
