⛔⛔⛔ DO NOT USE - ROOF LEAKED & NO HOT WATER! 🚫♨️💦🥶 🤬😡 COULDN'T GET HOLD OF ANYBODY, MANAGEMENT RESPONSE AFTER 48 HOURS WAS UNAPOLOGETIC. 👎🏼 Booking was a long drawn out process, was waiting outside on hold for 15 minutes in the rain. Slept really well, but then the morning was a nightmare! 😱 I'd left my clothes ready for my 23 hour Australian flight on the toilet seat, ready to jump into the shower when I woke up at 6am, only to find that the skylight was leaking 🌊and all my travel cothes were soaking wet! 😡 This also affected my luggage weight! I then jumped into the shower to find there was no hot water! 🤬 I am furious, but management was very unresponsive. 😤 (I already told their helpline girl the night before when I helped another guest get into their room that I had to repair the shower door when I arrived.) There is also no plug in the sink and only ½ the lights are functioning in the bathroom... S. H. I. T. PLACE OF YOU WANT A HOT SHOWER - THE ENSUITE WAS MY REASON FOR BOOKING. 🚿⛔👎🏼🤬

The Great Airport Place is a noisy and unpleasant place to stay. The beds are uncomfortable, the bathroom has a leaking shower, and the address is wrong. Despite the numerous drawbacks, I had chosen this place due to its proximity to the airport. Be aware of these issues if you are considering staying at the Great Airport Place.

Absolute rip off of a place. I reached an hour late and my booking was cancelled. No phone call, nothing. I reached the door and nobody answered. Fraud place. Do not book here ever. I got late because my flight was delayed. Never experienced this terrible service anywhere else.

I hope that someone will see my review and at least read it to justify my score booked for 1 night before flying next day from heathrow, was trying to budget so found this place very cheap came with some conditions to which i failed on the most important one check in was arranged between 21:00 and 22:00 so arrived at 22:04 keypad entry no go emailed and rang ended up sleeping in airport due to some near by hotels wanting upto 8 times what i had paid for this place just couldnt do so the problem i had uber taxi booked 21:10 with travel time 30mins, there was road works in airport both goimg in and coming out driver done his best and late i was this being a warning to future booking cheap it may be but conditions(small print) read and understand it was a tough night at start of my holiday lesson learnt will not be so tight on the next booking

There was no remote control to the television in the room, we could not turn on the television, there was no kettle, tea/coffee facilities, otherwise the room was very clean and comfortable, the airport runway situated across the road made alot of noise, it was difficult to sleep because of the planes, we paid £70 for one night, according to the lack of facilities, the prices are way too expensive and should be knocked down to about £50, it was a house conversion which had rooms inside the house, very convenient for commuting and adequate car parking.
