I love Creams Cafe. Oh my banana and strawberry topped waffle. I can't get enough. Great selection of desserts. I'm not a dessert person but I will pay to lodge in Creams Cafe just for waffles and crepes. Amazing stuff. Good thing I have self control. This may not have ended well for me healthwise with the amount of times i walk past this place. Lol It's right on the busy shopping strip next to the market and shopping malls. The toilet was really clean. Well looked after. The restaurant itself has nice interior. Staff are nice too.

Absolutely brilliant place and quite a lot to chose from, had a knickerbocker glory sundae. Probably going to work through the menu.

Our ice cream Sundae and dessert waffle was delicious and the right portion. Also presented well. The ambience in the restaurant is pleasant. A slight constructive criticism is an improved presentation of the waffle. There is a bit of asymmetry in artistry.

This cafe was good. I and my family try ice cream and a coffee. The variety of different flavors. The interior was colorful and different on each wall. The staff was looking neat and had enough to not wait for more than 1-2 minutes for your order. In the future, we will come back to try a different gelato again.

The waffle was tasty. The service was good and quick. The coffee is a bit bitter but that is a personal taste. Not busy at all in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday.

I have never experienced poor quality service like this before. I ordered one waffle, ONE at 11:19 it’s 12:25 and the estimated time keeps getting extended. It’s now saying it’s going to be here by 12:35. I want to cry. I’m starving had I of know it would have taken this long to cook and deliver ONE WAFFLE I would have made it from scratch myself. Whats the point in working with Deliveroo & Uber eats if you’re going to make yourself and their company look bad. The food is probably going to be cold as well. So disappointed & fed up. DO NOT ORDER from here!

A lovely place to have a dessert, good customer service, they changed the seats and tables and it looks very good, the atmosphere is quiet and nice. I definitely recommend to have a try.

Visited on a saturday. Sat ourselves. Gave order at the counter. Noticed the worktop where food is prepared is very messy and cluttered and not sure if its so clean. The price was rung up on a calculator rather than the till. The toilets were very dirty and messy. The food was fine.

We had a good time with our families and kids and enjoyed our treat. Staff was friendly especially person named Bilal helped us choose the best option. We surely be back soon. This branch has nice seating area. Thank you all

I accidentally ordered desserts for Collection instead of delivery on justeat and realised while waiting for the order and then realised it then. So went on justeat to see what can be done in such situation which wasn't having any help in such cases on just eat. Couldn't cancel the order even as the order was ready for collection. So I tried calling creams Romford but it said they were busy and to leave an email. So I put an email and thought I had just lost my craving and the money. But the staff ( faizal) called me after seeing the email and. Sent my order with one of the riders ( which they usually don't do he said) but that was definitely the best customer service I have received. The ice creams were also not melted.
