🫤 It seems always impossible to get an appointment. They do not promote prevention from disease or cancer. I have been waiting for more than a year to receive a scan, it seems you need to be dying in order to receive a referral. I can't understand what is their problem and why they can't just send you... People often mention appointment,

Am changing GPS as I cannot get to see a Dr here. You cannot book in advance at all. You have to call at 8am on the day even if it's not an emergency. It means everyone is calling and you cannot get through. You also have to have your whole morning or afternoon free to take a call. If you have to travel ie to or from work then you sometimes have to be talking about private medical issues on the train! I cannot take a whole morning or afternoon off work for every appointment. They have also routinely stopped my repeat prescription as I needed a review I wasn't told about. Ran out of medication for a few days last month because of this. This gp surgery is making me sicker

Without doubt North Street Medical Care, Romford is the best! The level of care from Doctors and nurses as well as receptionists is exceptional. Communication with reminders of appointments is particularly helpful. Highly professional in every respect.

I only go to the doctors if I REALLY need to, this week I had to as no choice, I saw Iqbal Sidiqi, he was thorough and would not prescribe meds until he had a 2nd opinion, I was sent to A&E for an urgent CT scan, mr Siqiqi called me the following day to check I was ok and all was well. I cannot fault this surgery , it’s easy to park, easy to check in and receptionists are friendly. No complaints from me.

If you're considering this place, don't. Been going since I was a child, it just keeps getting worse. Dr symon is amazing but because of that she's hard to see. I can't speak much for other doctors but the reception staff aren't helpful. My medication is constantly getting messed up for no good reason. I've had to contact MULTIPLE times to get what should be an easy repeat prescriptions because they've forgotten to do something on their end or they've rejected it by mistake. Just really unprofessional and I don't feel secure in my healthcare.

Having paid for a GP letter in support of a blue badge for my son , what I received from the admin team can only be described as a shopping list ! They have no up to date medical records of any of my sons conditions & asked me to provide them ? The shopping list I received in exchange for my £10.00 was a history of coughs & colds and not what I had paid for or thought I was led to believe I was receiving. I was then asked rather rudely by receptionist to provide ID for myself ( mum ) in collecting this so called letter up , my son is 17 & classed as a juvenile as below 18 . Very concerning how a GP surgery has no record of my son conditions or how for the past 5 years have no knowledge of any outside hospitals or clinics etc my son has attended, considering they are the ones who did the referrals ! Apparently I was meant to pay £60 to provide my own information to the admin team so they could type up !

I had an appointment with Dr Sura. He was friendly, professional and explained the procedure. During the procedure he talked through what he was doing and made me feel comfortable. A really good experience with a doctor in a long time. Highly recommend Dr Sura

I was a little worried on what an ingrown toenail would entail but once the initial injections were performed surgery was administered with no stress or pain brilliant just have to be patient with healing time doctor and nurse very polite and courteous and understanding to your dilemma

The appointment was for a steroid injection in my hip. The doctor was very apologetic and said he doesn't do hip injections. Surely I should have given an appointment with someone who could. I had to leave my family early to get to my appointment, which was a waste of time.

Very pleased that I chose North Street medical centre, as I have recently moved from another Gp. I'm very pleased with the service / Consultantations that have taken place. Highly recommended Dr Hoque 10/10
