Cancelled my viability scan hours before was due in and said they would call to resolve and never did. Not good for nervous new mums to be! Lots of other more trustworthy companies out there.

Fantastic scanning services with state of the art machines. The sonographer is a lovely lady and very knowledgable on all things baby. Would highly recommend and it’s worth the cost.

Ultrasound Direct in Romford is amazing! I had my early pregnancy scan ultrasound today there, went in earlier and they put me straight in for the scan. So quick and efficient. The sonographer found the baby and the heartbeat straight away! So friendly and approachable, very welcoming staff. Professional and efficient. Great and excellent customer service. Very happy overall with my experience there! I went there as first NHS ultrasound is not due for another month! I will definitely prefer this ultrasound clinic for my next scans during the pregnancy! 10/5 stars! **********

This was the first time I had ever booked a scan privately and I can honestly say I had the best experience here, that I have booked to come back at a later date. I was sceptical as there are a lot of mixed reviews, but I’m glad I took a chance and booked. The lady I had was amazing and made us feel so comfortable. I have already recommended to other pregnant friends of mine and now I’m looking forward to coming back for my 4D scan. Pleasant experience and highly recommend x

We were invited back for a rescan and the results were amazing the staff were so friendly and so patient with getting nice angles and footage of our gorgeous babe we’re also so welcoming of our family and young daughter was magical for all and a lovely way to include everybody

Had my 17 week scan here at their Romford branch. This is my second scan here. Very very pleased. I didn’t feel rushed. Baby was being a pain and wouldn’t get into position. They waited until baby moved. Thank you very much for such an amazing experience
