I really enjoyed learning Spanish with Battersea Spanish, everyone is so welcoming, really an amazing atmosphere. Their aim was to create a community and they definitely succeeded. Teachers are great, I enjoyed learning in such a relaxed atmosphere. And having the tapas room and all the organised events is definitely a great plus side. I will definitely be back for some drinks and more learning!

Attended such a fun and enjoyable flamenco workshop in the afternoon and then watched an amazing professional show in the evening at this fabulous Spanish cultural centre in Battersea last Saturday. Such a friendly and welcoming place and event. Indulged in delicious tapas and drinks at the onsite restaurant. Already booked for next month's event. Highly recommended.

I was quite apprehensive at first to start a language course but the team at Battersea Spanish are so welcoming and the other students on the course are great! The building is fantastic with a restaurant and bar called The Tapas Rooms downstairs - there is outside seating and the restaurant staff are super friendly and inviting. The classes themselves are superb and the teachers very knowledgeable with great senses of humour which makes the classes entertaining as well as very informative. Superb atmosphere, superb value and so so much fun. Can't recommend highly enough - I am about to book Beginner 3 course which starts in October. Try it!

I have been practising flamenco at Battersea Spanish for almost 6 years and am a big fan of their work. Flamenco classes are amazing, Carmen the teacher is an incredible dancer and choreographer. I haven't tried other flamenco schools in London but I am certain this is the best one having done 20+ years of professional classes in 3 different countries. And the venue and community in itself is very special. A hidden gem in Battersea, will make anyone feel like they have travelled somewhere warm and fun. Definitely recommend the classes, the tapas and all of the wonderful events.

Started learning Spanish here earlier this year. I really agonised over which language school I should go for. I am SO glad I went for battersea Spanish. The lessons a great and the atmosphere is lovely. Can’t recommend enough. If you’re weighing up options, save yourself some time and just go for Battersea spanish

I love these classes..... Here you will find talented and passionate teachers. They open up insights into the art of flamenco as well as provide fun opportunities for getting lost in dance and music.

Highly recommend Battersea Spanish! It's such a cool and unique place and is soo much more than a language school. It has a lovely atmosphere and learning facilities are great. It also has a fab tapas wine and food bar, so you can take a glass of wine into class with you or relax there before or after class. All my teachers so far have been exceptional and always encouraging. I've been going there for a year now and I'm trying to get my partner to join too! Don't hesitate - whatever your motivations are!

I started my first course at Battersea Spanish in January and I've been loving it! My teacher, Alicia, is lovely, so friendly and helpful and I feel that my conversation skills (and confidence in speaking) have improved massively since starting the course. The Tapas Bar downstairs is also really wonderful, I have greatly enjoyed having a drink and tapas with my classmates prior to class and it definitely adds to the experience. Would definitely choose to do further courses with Battersea Spanish (currently doing Beginner 3).
