Bombay Kitchen, Looking for a great meal out or In, then pop in and enjoy a truly great curry. The owner is so friendly when ever I visit it's like having a meal with family. I went there once for a celebration and didnt know what i wanted, wasn't feeling great too. He said leave with me, he made me a really nice curry (off menu). When I go in now I often ask for "my special". They are so welcoming and accommodating, I can count the number of restaurants that pulled out all the stops to make the experience great, on one hand. This is one of them. They don't rush you even on Christmas Eve (our last visit).

I ordered a delivery via UberEats and the food came within good time . We were given 2 free popadoms, 3 sauces and a box of prawn cocktail which was appreciated. My friend ordered a chicken tikka masala which she said she enjoyed very much so. The pilau rice, peshwari naan, meat samosa and onion bhajis were good. However , I would say the onion bhajis and peshwari naan were quite small. The flavour of the lamb bhuna was very nice but the meat itself was a bit dry. Overall, the food was decent.

It’s gorgeous, the Prawn Puri is stunning, the Biriyani amazing too. Lovely, fresh flavoursome food from someone who is a huge fan on the Uk curry scene.

Absolutely disgusting do not order from here. Watery and lukewarm, clearly not fresh in the slightest. All went down the toilet and re-ordered from another place.

Ordered via their own website and got no confirmation the order being prepared so had to call and confirm. Okay all good being prepared. When’s the food was was disappointed. My Ceylon lamb curry was something I feel I could have knocked up at home and my girlfriend paneer Dupiaza was like Paneer in a thin soup! The onion Bhajis were decent and the popadoms were a nice touch but overall disappointing curries.

Really great food and service provided whilst eating in. Probably better as a takeaway but we were made to feel very welcome on arrival.

Superb Indian takeaway! Really tasty food, very friendly staff. I usually order ahead and it is always ready right on time and just been cooked, not standing on the side. Probably the best Indian I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend

Yes! Yes! Yes! The best Indian food in the whole of Brixton. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. Their food is packed full of fresh ingredients, herbs, spices and also the meat which is so fresh, tender and yummy. You can taste that their food is cooked with love. I recommend Bombay Kitchen more than 100%. Thank you Chefs!

Lamb curry was excellent and the food was hot and well packaged. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!
