Ive been a patient there for 5 years or more never had an issue last time they changed my dentist without letting me know she was rude from the moment i entered the cabinet and broke a peace of my tooth which came out during the cleaning After speaking with the manager i was checked by other dentist which took 2 monts for them to have a day with different dentist and the manager available for conversation after the check up it turned out that 2 of my teeth are damaged but its of corse not thier fault and "the mashine cant brake teeth" so probably i broke them :) amd they can see me after 2 months in which i need to stay and wait in pain i asked what about the disgusting behaivior of the dentist last time she said there is no such thing if you want find other dentist and yeah i will see them in court and also its rude to tell them you will see them in court:).Just AVOID AVOID AVOID THAT DISGUSTING PLACE ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIKE YOUR TEETH !!!!

Had a appointment today as a new patient, reception team greeted me two lovely bubbly girls helped me with my forms as i was unable to do it online! I was seen by Olivia that was also lovely and her nurse, i am a very nervous patient and felt very at ease. Thank you Karia Dental.

I wouldn’t even give no stars if I could. staff here are so rude i got to my appointment 10 minutes early as if you are late they don’t see you. Another gentlemen came in and she said to him his dentist is running an hour late but I wasn’t told anything like that and the man goes in before me? Receptionist screwed her face up and couldn’t tell me as of why I wasn’t told I had to wait up to half an hour!!! And said it explains on the posted board Absolutely disgusting! Will be moving dentists! Asap! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I have never dealt with such rude staff. Today 3/11/23 at around 1 pm, l dealt with a reception lady who refused to give her name because she knew she was being rude. If Karia wants to continue have good service, he should look for staff who are willing to provide excellent customer service.

Receptionists very helpful always send email and phone call to remind about appointments. The dentist Merouane Air Hocine very professional and helped me remain calm whilst having an extraction. His assistant was also very caring. They both made me feel relaxed and not scared about my return visit. Thank you to all of you.

The receptionists are very rude in this clinic. They talk with the costumers in a such rude way and no education at all. They need some customer service training. My appointment was booked for 10am, I was only seen 35 minutes later with no justification given. But when you call saying you will be 10 minutes late, tragedy! I will avoid this clinic at all costs! If I could give 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE.

This surgery used to be excellent if you got Mr karia, I went 2 months ago and had this woman dentist, I went as I'd broken a back tooth, ended up with having a deep filling on tooth next to broken one which I didn't know about? Before I had visited I had not had any pain,,,now 2 months on I'm still in agony, constant painkillers, and she had the cheek to tell me if I wanted a root canal it's only private,,,on the door there's a table of fees and it says root canal falls into it. I'm out of pocket and in constant pain, wish I'd never gone, am considering going to Kings college if it carries on. Such a shame as this was a good surgery.

I am a new patient with excruciating pains but I was given a month to see the Dentist. They cancelled on their own volition and didn’t bother to inform me of this cancellation only for me to call to confirm the date and time today but I got the shocker that my appointment has been cancelled and I was just rescheduled today !! They don’t have any customer service , no communication and no human empathy at all!!!

Receptions have no customer service constantly new dentists they come and go some are awful
