The room was nice enough. It's not amazing, but clean and decent enough. The view from the eighth floor was great, when it wasn't misty and there were the usual tea and coffee sachets. The shower was awesome and hot! You do have to keep the bathroom door closed as it gets very steamy and can actually set off the fire alarm!

This was not to up to suitable standards. The small beds cracked and were full of tin foil balls, the mattress was crunchy and broke easily. The shower had no working settings only my personal favourite…ice cold, I had to stand for minutes to adjust to the most bearable version of an ice waterfall. The shower room had blood clots in the plug hole which was extremely unsanitary to remove. The main beds were fairly comfortable but the atmosphere of the room was unclean. The air con sprayed dust within the room and the dressing table had no chair. I would have liked more plugs for the 6 person room especially ones near to the bed. The door didn’t lock from the inside which seemed concerning. The breakfast was ok but cold. It was so bad I would give you a zero but I can’t do that so I give you a one.

Definitely won't be staying here again. I booked this hotel as it was the cheapest (at £135 for one night! And the closest to the arena). What a waste of money! The person who booked us in was rude and not very welcoming, but the moment the manager turned up was completely different. We went to our room to see a hands/face prints along the wall, spears along the mirrors, food/drink marks along the walls and part of the carpet was damp. When we told the manager about this and attempted to show him pictures, not one apology, just gave us another key card and told us to look at a room and see what we want. The next room was better, not by much though! This hotel is very dated and it's cleanliness is disgusting. I have stayed in way better hotels in this area for cheaper. Definitely would not recommend this place at all, especially for £135 a night!!

I woke up after a great nights sleep with a fantastic breakfast, I then left home and went to the hotel. The bed was so filthy I was actually blushing this morning when I got out of it. The staff don’t want you to be there either, in fact I think the place is dirty deliberately so you actually die in the bed and they then don’t have to feed you in the morning. Even the cockroaches had a face mask on when they were walking out the front door with their luggage, they had clearly had enough of the building as well.

We always try and be fair on hotel reviews, however. Positive. Staff very good and attentive. Car park included in the price. Wembley stadium and designer outlet shopping within a 10 minute walk. Negative. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It looks like it's been like this since the 1980's. Everything and I mean everything is dated and very, very worn. The hallway carpets are taped, the doors to the room stick to the carpet. The sofas and chairs in the room are stained like I've never seen. The mattress was okay. TV didn't work, warm water tap spits the 'boling' water open in fits and starts. Breakfast was okay but the queue for drinks was crazy. Once juice Despenser provides watered down orange on a Sunkist level. Honestly, we couldn't wait to get out to get home and shower because there was no way I was using their's. Very sad because the location, buildings and hotels around it look great.

The absolute worst hotel ever!! Stayed here with 2 friends. Mean staff!! Dirty room!! Nothing close to the hotel like a shop or anything. You are in the middle of nowhere! Near the elevator there was dirty towels in huge bags ready to get washed and is stinked so bad!! Breakfast was only a croissant, cornflakes or normal bread! Only options to put on bread were cheese and pork meat.... If you payed extra you could get egg, sausage and beans. We said we payed in advance for our breakfast with our trip organasation and they denied the fact that this was true! Horrible would NOT reccomend!!!

Honestly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. On arrival the hotel did let us check in early which was the only positive about this experience. We stayed on the 6th floor in room 618. While the room itself was spacious it was musty and smelled either of damp or stale smoke. There were suspicious stains over the carpet and walls. The bathroom tiles were cracked and the seal was all mouldy. The bed was the absolute worst I've ever slept in. You could feel every spring and I barely slept a wink. My boyfriend dropped his phone behind the bed so we had to pull the bed out to get it. The amount of grime and dust behind there was vile. I get that the hotel was cheap but basic hygiene and cleaning wouldn't go a miss.

The website picture of the outside is a BIG FAT LIE. This is a cheap, rundown hotel. Just know that going in. On the plus side, water was hot, bed was OK comfortable. Sports bar was fun... once we were good and well drunk...

Medium quality hotel, suffering from age (aren't we all!) and a broken window visible from outside didn't have a good look. However the room was good. Clean carpet and sparkling white cotton sheets. Iron and ironing board, tiny TV, kettle, 2 cups and a few packets of tea, instant coffee. Air conditioning good, if noisy. Huge bathtub with excellent water pressure, also for the shower. No hairdryer. Bedding was wonderful also towels, 2 good quality per person. Lacking was definitely a fridge. Location was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again, and hopefully avail ourselves of free continental breakfast offered by booking on hotel's own website rather than an agency.

I stayed here earlier this week , for a 1 night stay and I have to say that was one of the BEST hotels I've ever stayed in. Reception Staff on arrival were fab - my room I booked was fab. On the day of departure, the morning reception staff - again very polite 🙂. I went to enjoy the English Breakfast in the morning of departure too, in their restaurant- its a small charge of £4 but that was one of the best breakfasts I ever had !!! 😀 The hotel is located 6 min walk from Wembley Park Underground Station, that's on the Metropolitan and Jubilee line. But yes, I'll definitely stay here again !! 🙂 Whilst reading other reviews on here , i really don't understand why some people we're moaning about this hotel 😂 - the mind boggles lol.... !!! 😂

I am surprised that this hotel has so many bad reviews. My friend and I only use budget hotels and this is the best we have been to. The rooms on the first floor were clean. Decor no more worn than most hotel rooms. Large bathroom with a powerful shower over the bath. Rooms have a hair dryer. Iron and ironing board. This is unusual for a budget hotel anywhere. The Included continental breakfast was not that bad and you can upgraded to full English for a small suppliment. What on earth do some people expect for the amount of money this hotel charges. would definitely use this hotel again if going to Wembley stadium or arena

Superb location, very friendly staff and the room was insanely cheap for the location. Only issues were the bar not having a huge selection and the twin room only having one pillow in it when we arrived. Oh, and the shower that had one setting, skin peelingly strong. Still would go again!

Grubby, worn and basic. Wifi was unreliable and didn’t work at anywhere close to useful speeds for business travel. Bed was very poor … could easy feel the springs in the bed. Bedding seemed clean but nothing else was. There was rubbish in the room’s waste bin when I arrived. No air-con. No fridge. Toilet didn’t flush properly. The building itself looks nothing like its photos as the exterior cladding has been removed. Staff were cordial.

Rooms average. Staff excellent. Receptionist Zanan was brilliant. Went over and above to help us novice travellers to London! She was amazing. Such a lovely young lady! Restaurant staff really friendly and we had a good lark around with one of them! Can't fault any of the staff. Evening meal was really good, steak..fish etc. Plates hot so meal kept hot. Not so the breakfast. We upgraded to full English but plates cold so most of the food was cold by the time we ate it. Overall pretty good stay. Wembley Park station very near for getting to London Eye. I would certainly recommend the hotel.

This hotel is all about the location, you are a 2-minute walk from Wembley, both the stadium and Ovo Arena. Very lovely Japanese lady at the reception made it so much better. Very polite and caring. The rooms are old, the mattress is well used, and you can feel all of the springs in it. Decor is very 80s, and the Air Con unit was older than my granny's tea set. All in all, you don't stay here unless you are going to Wembley and don't want to overpay. In this this hotel is perfect. I would prefer to pay more and stay next time in a better hotel.

Friendly staff, good dinner servings. Breakfast could have more choice. I'm principle the interior and bathrooms are dated but we being a family with 2 kids had a comfortable and clean room and were happy with the service, friendliness of staff and overall experience. The fashion outlet, stadion and underground as well as supermarkets are nearby in a walkable distance. Enjoyed the stay and can recommend.

This is the hotel that still pays electricity for neon signs of its (full) website and phone number, we didn’t see it in years. It was really hot, but you can’t open the windows fully. Also we were 2nd floor so morning awakens were listening drivers calling names to enter the buss. Everything in the room was old, scratched, but also functional. Receptionists could say hi and bye, cause it is a bit creepy passing next to them. I am giving 4 stars just because of price for position, and the fact that they still have toilet brush in the toilet, which is so nice to see 😂

For the price I paid which was £125 for a night I was very disappointed. The hotel looks very old and in a bad condition from the outside and it looks the same inside. There were weird stains on the walls near the bed, the actual bed was okay, it was clean so that was okay. But my room was also near the elevators so I think whenever the elevator was moving it would bang on the wall with the vanity and mirror and that made me wake multiple times in the night, so I got a terrible nights. The bathroom was okay, I didn’t really use the shower as the shower head was in the wall and it didn’t look very nice. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all and next time I would have definitely paid a little more for a better hotel as there are nicer ones in the area.

Bad reviews were wrong. For the price and location the room was more than adequate and service super efficient. Especially when we had a problem with the safe. Water was hot if you don't adjust the tap. Dated, yes, needs an update, yes but perfectly fine for a nights sleep when visiting the ovo for a gig. Also parking is amazing to have in London. Would definitely stay again!

Bit run down and old fashioned now. No coffee machine at breakfast, tired rooms and corridors. Needs a lot of money spent on it to bring up to scratch.

The rooms are quite frankly...disgusting! I found a dead bug on the floor, a red stain on the bed sheet, and jam in the drawer why on earth that would be there I'm not sure. There is a massive draft coming through the window there were also coffee stains on the bed and bedside tables just don't stay there it's also 1:40 hours away from main tourist attractions like the big ben. Its not worth the money there is also quite a lot of noise outside. One of my friends (this was a school trip) staying in the room above found a bed bug in the bed.

Brilliant location, only a few minutes walk from the tube station with parking included. Rooms are a bit dated but when we’re visiting London we don’t spend much time in the room so it didn’t really bother us.

This was a great hotel for our trip to Wembley, short walk fro. The venue and free parking will definitely use them again. Booking via the website gave us a free continental breakfast with an upgrade for z cooked one at £4 was very good value.

Not recommended We didn't like anything. Basic facilities were missing in the room. One bed was comfy, and the other one was not. Poor service. Staff was rude and didn't cooperate. Don't recommend anyone going to visit with kids

Very rude staff at reception, very unprofessional they need more training. Need improve their service. Rooms are very old.Barriers are very old and broken can’t hear if you drop or pick your family friends they don’t open barriers until you don’t got at reception.

A recent stay to visit the Arena. First impressions, the outside appearance didn't fill me with confidence and looked like a run down block of flats. However, very pleasantly surprised upon entering. 3 lifts, bar, restaurant (didn't use) and the room was spacious and clean. Linen folded nicely, clean towels and the shower was powerful. No noise that we could hear from anyone in adjacent rooms. Free parking and at the cost, to be so close to the Arena, I think this hotel was fantastic. Don't be put off by the outside appearance.

We had to park round the back of the hotel due to lack of spaces. Unfortunately, there were old mattresses and over flowing rubbish; however, I felt like my car was safe to leave. When entering the hotel and checking in, we were greeted by such a friendly man - he couldn't have been nicer and welcoming. We were on the top floor of the hotel. The lift and corridors were clean. The room appeared clean and fresh. I liked the little air con unit (although we didn't use it) as I can imagine it gets hot in there. The TV was rather small and pixilated. Beds were clean and comfy. Also liked that there was a little fridge and the coffee bar had lots of little milks instead of 3 or 4 in other hotels. The bathroom was my only concern. When flushing the toilet, the whole wooden unit which had the hand basin in lifted, the toilet roll holder was loose, there was no head on the shower and just a hole coming out a pipe. In the morning, the first bath for child #1 was luke warm. After that, the bath for child #2 and myself gave us goosebumps. My husband had a shower which he said was very very hot. Even the bathroom tap wouldn't heat up. For the price, the hotel was fine. The location definitely makes up for it - just a 5 minutes walk from Wembley stadium.

Perfect location for my venue. Easy access and check in. Foul smell in room so had to keep windows constantly opened. Shower head is not adjustable so ends up with wet floors. When I flush the toilet the top of the counter moves ad if it's going to fall off

Amazing place to stay for any event in Wembley. The price is fantastic for the room you get. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm disabled and I stay often in hotels. The accessible room is on the ground floor and has everything you need.

This hotel looks tired, but it was an ideal location for a one night stay after going to a concert at Wembley Stadium. It looked like they are starting to renovate the outside, and hopefully they will be doing the interior soon too. Bar prices were ok, but we never had food there, so can't say anything about that. Fairly quick getting our keys at reception, and all the staff we encountered were friendly enough. All in all, it did the job we needed, but the hotel needs a bit of an update.

  • 3/5 Jo M. 1 year ago on Google
Great location if attending an event at Wembley Stadium. For the price it was great value compared to other chain hotels that I have stayed at. Free WiFi is always good! It needs a bit of a make over but that doesn't bother me as long as it's clean and the facilities work. Really small TV in the room that didn't seem to pick up very many channels. Again I didn't book to sit in the room watching telly so not a big deal. Only gave 3 stars as the staff at reception were so unwelcoming and rude. I arrived slightly before check in time so not a problem if room isn't ready but the reception staff didn't even acknowledge my arrival or other guests and then when they did start checking people in they were so unfriendly it was like passing through passport control. It all seemed like an inconvenience to them. Glad I didn't book for breakfast as they made me feel very unwelcome.

Stayed here over the weekend and it was a pleasant experience. A little dated but a great price and did what we needed it to do - provide a bed after a gig. Very close to Wembley arena which was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was very good value for money. We paid 75 for a double room with 2 double beds and the room was huge. It was comfortable and clean and had its own parking. It is really close to the stadium and walking distance to the commercial area. Yes there are other hotels that have a higher spec but it is priced accordingly.

  • 3/5 Darrell 2 years ago on Google
Not a bad hotel for the price. Needs updating. TV is tiny. Shower is either freezing or red hot, no in-between. Needs new mattresses. Would get an extra star if offered free full breakfast instead of continental.

  • 3/5 Craig D. 1 year ago on Google
Didn't stay but used the facilities, its very shabby and still got same furniture from years gone by, well passed the sell by date. Plastic glasses looked like they had been around car park a few times, not the best to drink out of, toilets very clean. Staff are pleasant.

  • 2/5 HAMISH J. 1 year ago on Google
Bearable rooms, crapper was in good condition and shower was nice. Building looks pretty different from pictures and the promised free breakfast consists of cereal with a £4 charge to get any of the better food which is actively enforced by a two man team

  • 4/5 Damian M. 1 year ago on Google
Great value for money. 2 blocks away from stadium. Perfect spot to spend the night after an event. Very quiet and accessible. Rooms are a bit dated but very clean and well kept. WiFi was on and off and free continental breakfast was a bit lacking, but hey, it was free.

  • 3/5 chloe m. 2 months ago on Google • 2 reviews New
This hotel is very outdated. However the location is amazing if visiting the stadium, 5min walk around the corner. Not very clean, beds weren’t great nether. Reception is were quite rude also. But another good thing was the free parking! We didn’t get any food or have any drinks therefore can’t comment on that.

The mattress was dirty. The double beds were comfy however the single beds hurt a lot. You could feel every spring in your back. I've never been in a bed that is that uncomfortable. The food was good. The service was good it was just the cleanliness of the rooms and the broken single beds.
