Quite a random place. Our room was spacious and clean. .except it smelt strongly of cigarettes. The hotel is split between 2 buildings and half our party were in another building which wasn't ideal although the rooms were fine, beds comfy and hot water. Breakfast is basic and in a drafty room. Hotel is very well placed 5 min walk from Acton Town tube. Very convenient

I think this is one of the worst hotel in London. I travel all over the world even in country's with less conditions never saw a hotel like this. The room smell terrible. The sheets in the bed completely ruin with holes. Next bathroom not clean or sterilized. Still have hair on the tube from previous guests. I complained and they said is not possible then I show a photo and they said going to clean better. I stay for 3 nights was a nightmare. The breakfast just toasts,juice and yogurts some coffee.The personal is rude some of them even don't speak any English and they are on reception. One last thing one towel to shower and clean your face and hands. PEOPLE DON'T GO FOR THE PRICE SIMPLE AVOID MOVE FORGET THIS HOTEL.

Absolutely useless place to live, very unprofessional staff. All they care about is your money. Broken shower l, dirty floor, broken bed, dirty linens. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, complete waste of money.

The rooms have such an amazing view and vibe, the spa and pool are amazing. I really enjoyed my stay and Pedro really made our evenings so special. The bus down to the beach was a bit bumpy but we enjoyed our family day out, the only thing that i would say was a draw back was that we had to leave so soon that the chef couldn't make me that birthday cake he promised.

AVOID !!! VERY DIRTY!!! HIGH RISK OF GETTING A DISEASE. You can't believe how dirty this hotel was. First night in, the floor was dirty, we couldn't take our shoes off, the surfaces were not wiped, dust everywhere, trash and old socks in the drawers, there were 2 mugs and a kettle with still coffee stains inside the mugs, and the worst: BED BUGS. i have been bitten all over my body. No hygiene at all. During our 4 nights the sheets have not been changed once even though we asked for it every morning. We had to ask for new towels. Staff saying they're sorry for the inconvenience but still not changing the sheets or just cleaning the room !! Pics of some of my bug bites attached. My whole body is itching me. I understand this hotel was cheap but cheap doesn't allow bad hygiene. I'm not sure they even have cleaning staff. And if you look the reviews on Google (which we did too late) you'll see majority of people complaining about hygiene with some reviews from 3 years ago which shows they just don't care. Also very noisy hotel as it is on a busy street.

I booked but an emergency occurred and have to cancel the same day. Besides the rooms are filthy and moulded. I couldn't use it as I had weekend sessions to deliver at the Gunnersbury Sport Hubs. I cancelled instantly upon seeing the condition. I requested a refund, but refused to give me back my money up to this date. AVOID THAT PLACE!

It’s perfect for how old the building is. Perfectly located right off the Piccadilly underground station. Lots of walkable options for food including a Morrison’s grocery store. Fridge in room. The staff is very pleasant. Water pressure is awesome for showers VERY HOT water.

Great pool and bottle service. Very close to the beach and has great towel service. All the five restaurants were masterful. After booking the penthouse on the top floor, I was treated to wonderful room, filled top to bottom with the finest furniture and most luxurious accommodations and accessories. Overall a spectacular place to stay for a retreat from the busy city.

Wish I could give 0 star. If you sleep in the street better than this hotel as you may get ill. Absolute filthy and disgusting. Walls were damaged. The towel was ripped out and dirty. The toilet was stinky and dirty making you through up. Cancelled it straight away and it took around 2 weeks to get my £20 deposit refunded. The hotel owner called after 20 times chasing them for the refund and said the room I was in was their best room. He told me "please don't come to our hotel again" but I was expecting an apology. Ridiculous 🤣. I am wondering why the environmental health doesn't close the place out ???

I saw the worse people here who make noise all night long regardless of others' comfort and rest. They bang the doors like animals, and management is doing nothing about the noisy doors.

Sauber ist was anderes. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, nur die Sauberkeit der Räume und Böden ließ zu wünschen übrig. Frühstück kontinental extrem.Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen. Geschlafen ohne Rückenschmerzen, ein Kühlschrank, vereist, aber nutzbar und sogar ein Wasserkocher, Kaffeepulver und Tee auf dem Zimmer. Die U-Bahn ist nur ca 150 m entfernt, also perfekte Anbindung.

I have really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is clean and quiet , the receptionist and the manager are so warm.I will recommend.

Dirty , smell bad U CANNOT SLEEP AT NIGHT , someone come to the door and try to open couple times ESPECIALLY when GIRLS are in , no one answered the phone , freaking out I wish no one come to this place believe me , it's terrible

Needs updating no kettle or cups carpet dirty bath room floor stained hairs in bath plug food items left in fridge from previous occupation room very smelly double bed very uncomfortable sprigs protruding some up in general needs redecorating though out look very tired not worth £51 00 after adding extra not a place to be returning or recommend to others

Old and dirty place plus the employees are unfriendly. It is close to the tube, that’s it. Wouldn’t recommend staying there, spend 20£ more per night to stay some where proper

NEVER GO THERE! The most disgusting place ever. I complained and of course, they said “I pay CASH ON HAND every week for the cleaners, I will the rooms.” Didn’t solve my horrible nightmare there! I just shared some pictures about what I had the nuts to see! NASTY, DIRTY!!!

Not a good option for early flights, reception required me to leave my license for collateral but didn't arrive until 8am for check-out I was barely able to make my international flight
