TLDR: food 4/5, service bad enough to turn 4/5 into a 1 star performance. After queueing for about 30 minutes we are being seated in a very cramped and small room in the underground. It was so cramped I’m not even sure if it’s conform to the covid and safety and emergency regulations. There we were served by an extremely rude waitress. She delivered the wrong food to a table next to us. At first the customers didn’t realize this and started eating from the plate, after a while they realized it they told the waitress about this. The waitress went to check the order and confirmed that she made a mistake, when the customers ask her to replace it the waitress answered in a unfriendly tone that it can’t be exchanged as the customers have already eaten a piece of the it. She started blaming the customers that it’s their fault that it can’t be changed as they already ate from it. She kept on being rude towards the customers. Even when you think everything has been finished she returned to the customers and started talking badly to them. This is when we have decided that we would like to remove the service fee as the service was pretty bad. Once we told her we would like to remove the service fee she started blaming us for removing the service fee and told us to never come back if we don’t want to give the service fee. I never felt so bad after consuming a meal. The food was delicious but the service and experience was so bad that I had to give it a 1 star performance.

This restaurant was recommended to me when I was planning to come to London. I was told to order the Peking duck, which I had not had since being in Beijing several years ago. I ordered the boneless Special Roasted Duck Cantonese Style. It was tender with a little crisp and the sauce was perfect to pour over rice. Looking forward to trying more dishes in the future.

Fantastic meal. Staff was hilarious, and the food was incredible. Honestly one of the best meals I’ve had recently. Everything was so delicious it was hard to stop eating. Definitely recommend the Black pepper crab or chilli crab.

As a cantonese I have to say the food here is SOOOOOO GOOD. We came here for dinner two days in a row during our stay in London. I don’t think the complain about waiting time in some comments is fair. This place is insane popular and it has a reason😃. 烧鸭 叉烧 炒牛河 猪肚鸡。正!!

The Chinese style roast is delicious 😋🤤, must try, but the portion with rice is a little small for two. Chicken with choi sum(vegetable) is a classic Cantonese dish.

They used to be good. My 1st trip to London 2 years back, we revisited the restaurant twice before they’re really good. Sadly, this round they wasn’t. Soup was nice but the chicken inside is hard, stomach wasn’t cook soft enough. Duck was flavorful but is hard as well. Fried rice was okay.

I always hear this restaurant being mentioned and a must visit in Chinatown London. It was very delicious… tried their char siu and the sauce was superbb I can even eat the sauce with just hot rice!! Also tried their chicken in pot (forgot the name).. it was quite expensive (around £25) but mostly I got small pieces of chicken with bones!! They also didn’t serve that much portion of chicken, most of the pot was filled with herbs.. not a good price to value. Do try their char siu though I really like it, one of the best char siu in the UK

This is the best Chinese restaurant I've been to in Chinatown. I've visited many times and tried their roast duck, fried noodles, and various other dishes, including the chicken pot. It seems like every dish on the menu is consistently good.

Read other good reviews and went in the little four seasons side. Absolutely did not disappoint. I was even worried they might not be serving since it was about 9pm on a Sunday. Duck is killer (the sauce on the rice is so good as well). The pork belly is also worth trying!

Great portions and lots of variety to choose. The mixed vegetables and beancurd was a highlight for me, comes with hidden glass noodles

Back again and was suprised with the food quality and quantity. They have closed one out of the three shops onn the street so maybe more focused. Flavour: 4* Hospitality: 4* Value for money: 4*

Love the Four Seasons! I've been there a couple of times now. Service is quick and efficient, food is delicious. Roast duck is a must! We tried their Singaporean noodles, bean curd and stir-fried green beans, all of which delicious. Also loved their fried eel. Definitely recommend!

Good if you miss Chinese food. Was told the pigs stomach soup is “world’s best”. Not in my opinion. The one back in Singapore is much better. Hor fan was better than fried rice. Rather reasonable pricing in my opinion

The management and the service were very polite and helpful. The portions were big and I definitely recommend the peking duck! Room from improvement: the toilets need re-innovation.

Food was great. The combination barbecue consisting of sweet roasted pork, lamb and duck was smoky, chewy and flavorful…rice was well cooked. King prawns was tasty as you’d expect.I’m not big on the atmosphere as it was packed and nearly uncomfortable. There was also a long queue outside that lasted about half hour. Could be a matter of timing though! Food was great overall, I have no complaints.

We ordered a trio of meats (Roasted Duck + Pork), Stir Fried Tomato Eggs and Chopped Potatoes. The food was delicious, the rice was cooked perfectly. The meat’s sauce was a bit too oily to my liking, but everything went well.

The beef hofen is our favourite, and the pepper chicken soup is nice, too! The longer it boiled, more flavor it can be tasted;)

There is at least 3 different "4 seasons" restaurants within a block of each other in Chinatown but this one is the best. Dining area is small but the flavor is huge. Loved the sweet and sour 🍲 , the 🍆 in chilli oil and their dumplings. Services is okay and the prices are also standard. Give it a shot, you will like it.

I didn't see many vegetarian dishes on the menu, having said that I usually find it challenging to find a place that does decent tofu dishes and this dish delivered in flavour and texture. The wait staff were friendly and the service was fast

Food is good, service isn’t great , if you speak Chinese you will have a slight increase in service. Don’t just order a dish each, it is best to order a couple of dishes to share. Recommend the roast meats, especially the pork and duck. (Shared with 3 people) (Asian restaurant| bad service = good food)

The Four Seasons restaurant is one of the most famous restaurants in the China Town area. Because there is a lot of delicious food especially roast duck, which is smooth duck meat and very good smell of sauce but wait long time .. 😅👍🏼👍🏼

Come here (or one of the other four seasons nearby) for the classic cantonese roast duck, which it specialises in and you can see hanging on the window. Very good, juicy, crispy skin. Other food seems decent, and the specials menu looks interesting, although there are probably better places to go in Chinatown if you're not here for the duck.

Come here for their duck rice! Delicious duck that is flavorful and juicy. I also enjoyed their wonton soup and crispy noodles. Cosy and fuss free. Came here because of recommendations and it was worth a visit.

Revisit this place when i came back london. The roast meat was still good, especially the duck. Fried noodle this time round was a bit lacking.

Food was ok, but I am a solo eater so they were not very enthusiastic about me, they prefer sell tables to 2 parties or more. The weitres didn't offer me a drink I had to call her in middle of eating my dish. I asked for a second dish which was noodle and she suggested it would be long wait I ordered it anyways!! No the best place if you go eat on your own!

Oh my goodness, I had the most enjoyable authentic Chinese experience everrrrrr, I couldn't tell you what I had as my dishes were especially chosen by a very lovely Chinese lady . I'm hoping I'll be able to share a picture. & no I didn't eat it all. Came home with lots of doggy bags 😄
