Not a good place to visit in my opinion. I have eaten at many Harvester restaurants in the past but this was the worst experience I have every had in a restaurant. I arrived at 21:00 and was told that they were going to stop serving in half an hour. Which was fine as I had already decided what I wanted. I sat down to eat and waited for about five minutes before anyone attended to me. The young lady I initially spoke to came over and told me that I had to leave because the kitchen had told here that they were not preparing anymore meals. But I have already been seated I told her. What do you want then? She asked in an abrupt manner I pointed to the Jerk Chicken. It comes with rice, she said. I know that, I said because it was stated on the menu. At this point, I had had enough and I said to her, forget it, I will go some where else. At the point, I left the restaurant and will never return.

Extremely disappointed that we chose this restaurant out of all the possibilities in the O2! I live in Peterborough and the service and cleanliness of the Harvester in Hampton is always excellent, it's a shame that this standard of quality doesn't seem to extend to other branches! In the Harvester in O2, it took over 10 minutes just to take our drinks order, and when we asked for the new Gordon's Pink gin drink, we got a blank look and had to point at the menu and explain what it was! 10 minutes later we were given 3 glasses with a tiny drop of gin and tonic bottles on the side. No ice, no garnishes like in the pictures (strawberries!). Ordered our food and tried to get their attention to fix our drinks, and they came back 10 minutes later with a small side plate with cut up fruit. Any other restaurant would have taken the drinks away and re created them as per their menu!!!! Luckily, the food was really good but unfortunately I had to use the bathroom and immediately regretted it. Absolutely disgusting, it stank and all most stalls didn't have toilet paper. The soap dispenser was taped together and fell apart when I tried to use it. One stall didn't even have a toilet roll dispenser! Really nasty conditions. Had a general grubby feel to it, and although polite, I feel like the waitresses need a bit more training to understand their own menu, and how to make drinks as per the menu. Very disappointing overall and will never visit again!

On entry we were shown a list of items that weren't available, more or less 2/3 of the menu. I had to go for two appetisers as no mains that I wanted was available. Although it was nice of them to inform us of the unavailability of their dishes, you have to question what kind of business they are running when they have so many things unavailable. People may have made the journey especially to dine there only to be told that they can't have a burger or whatever. Food was ok, service otherwise was pretty decent.

Came here back in October to watch Little Mix and waited outside the restaurant for over 40 minutes. Only to get in the restaurant and see a whole section of free tables! Why were we waiting for a table for so long when there were so many free? We were never once made aware of waiting times/why we were waiting! Complained to the manager (bald-little hair, middle aged man) and he was completely useless. So rude and dismissive! Like he didn’t have the time to talk to us! Couldn’t tell us why we were waiting so long or didn’t care to tell us. Once we did get in we were greeted by a waitress who had been there a couple of months, she so lovely and helpful! Although couldn’t have agreed more when talking about how rude and dismissive the manager was, she said this is the usual behaviour from him. Food was good but don’t see us returning anytime soon.

The restraunt was almost empty when we arrived at 7:50 on Saturday, we were sat down by a lady who just tossed menus on the table and didn't say another word. The food took over 35 mins to arrive. Which is ridiculous seeing to the fact that we had only ordered starters as we were not massively hungry. The service was so so slow. The restaurant then got busier and busier and there were only two waitresses and a few guys on the bar. We asked for the bill after underwhelming food. I am writing this review still waiting for the bill. It's been 15 minutes now. Its ridiculous. Will not be going to another Harvester.

Absolutely do not go in this restaurant. This place comes with guaranteed disappointment. You have much better options surrounding this excuse of an eatery. I once self imposed a ban on going this place for five solid years because of poor management, low cleanliness, and most importantly, always serving me the wrong, incomplete or overcooked/undercooked/stale meal (grey peas, party sausages instead of a real sausage, missing the a meat on the mixed grill, missing the eggs, missing the sauce). In 2014-2015 (I kid you not) I filed EIGHT separate complaints to this place. each complaint rendered another free meal voucher because of the previous screwup. After eight tries I gave up. It wasn’t worth the hassle. Five years on and the same hygiene level is the same, we were about to be given dirty bowls for the salad if it wasn’t for the staff saying all three meals were affected due to the lack of chicken for the next hour. This was after waiting 15 minutes for a table, seeing others rushing their food because they were served late and other complaints given about the same issues I faced before. Basically, this one restaurant is exceptionally bad, and hasn’t learned it’s lesson in a solid five years. You have much better options on both sides of this restaurant serving the same food. Never spend a penny here. You will be set up for a disappointing evening ahead of your main event at the O2.

Absolutely terrible harvester. Incredibly poor service, took almost an hour to bring the food (appreciate it gets busy, but then have more staff). They had ran out of bottled drinks and the food quality was pretty bad considering they had an hour to cook it. We moved a couple of tables together to seat all of our party and underneath one of the tables it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks! They were also insistent on turning the tables around in about an hour and a half, but we ended up staying 2+hours because of how long they took to bring the food. Will not be going back to this particular harvester again. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

Great food and service. Rotisserie chicken is a bit plain but the chicken strips and chicken breast are excellent.

A few friends and I went for unlimited breakfast after a heavy night, we arrived on Saturday at 9.15am. It wasn’t too busy the atmosphere was pleasant and staff friendly. The continental breakfast was a bit lacking, no pastries or crumpets etc but the cooked breakfast which you order fresh from the waiter was satisfying. The price has gone up from £4.99 when they started the unlimited breakfast to the current price £10.99.

Shoddy service and disgusting good!!! Absolutely unacceptable. The manager got our orders wrong repeatedly, the waiting time of the food was ridiculous. The staff were unprofessional and chatting away whilst I was on a number of occasions trying to get their attention. The standard of food was one of the worst i have EVER experienced. I can only assume ALL of the food is frozen and not fresh as I asked for the freshly battered cod and chips, which I was told "the cod is still frozen". My friend asked for a number of dishes which were unavailable too. The "freak shake" which I thought they couldn't possibly get wrong, was watery and not fresh vanilla ice cream like it stated. Overall, I wouldn't serve this food to a dog. A very disgruntled customer. Avoid at ALL costs.

I booked a table on Mothers Day at last minute, and the reservation came through to me on email. When we arrived, we told the manager that the table by the door wasnt that nice, so she kindly moved us, which was amazing of her to do this, as it was the busiest day of the year. The cleanliness of the restaurant was excellent, the salad bar and drinks machine incredibly clean, each meal came out perfect, and the deserts were even more perfect, waitresses were smiley and attentive. Thank you to the manager that day for making our experience wonderful, she deserves a payrise !!

Not a memorable visit here , was seated then completely ignored for 20 minutes. Someone took our drink order then forgot to bring them to us. When we eventually got them and ordered food we waited and waited , found out we had been overlooked again. Food eventually arrived , not what we ordered !! My son ate what he'd been served as didn't want to wait , sent mine back and they got it wrong again. Gave up and left , only awarded 2 stars as we weren't charged and the waitress seemed genuinely sorry.

Ok service on arrival although a smile would have been nice. Didn't have to wait for a table and was seated straight away. Salad bar very well presented and everything on offer being available. Only criticism being that the bread rolls being very crispy and a little tough to eat. Food served very quickly after ordering. (Mixed grill) Steak cooked as asked for. a bit flavourless . Chicken cooked beautifully. gammon steak a little tough. Nice runny egg. Chips nice and crisp with a soft fluffy centre. Grilled tomato was burnt. No member of staff asking how our meal was whilst eating. Not even asked when clearing the plates. A long wait to be offered any desserts or if we was finished and would like the bill. Overall an average experience 3/5 Service being 2/5 Food quality and flavour 4/5 Reviewed on a Tuesday afternoon.
