Wonderful Mayfair/Park Lane area hotel - just a short walk to Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park or the London Underground. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ star service from arrival to departure, responsive to requests, excellent and knowledgeable concierge staff. The wait staff at the Podium were attentive, friendly and shared wonderful smiles. Make sure you get a room with a balcony view of Hyde Park. The views are incredible. (See photos). You will have to sign a balcony waiver if you want access. The executive lounge has gastronomic delights throughout the day for Honors elite members and those who have booked an executive room.

The Location is perfect, the staff really tries to make an effort. However, we asked for a conference room and never got feedback. We changed rooms because the first room was too cold and the heater could not be turned on. Now we are in a room which is beautiful but the water in the shower is ice cold….. it is just annoying. Whatever you do, it is not really the experience you pay for. My recommendation: don’t stay at this hotel!!!

I book a room at 8 pm last minute after a bad experience in an other hotel. Hilton was great checking took one minute the elevator arrived fast and my bag arrived fast. The basic room are a little small but suits are nice. The view is amazing and i like the location.

A very special thank you to Kamila on the front desk for being so kind, attentive and making my stay extra special. I stayed at the fantastic location of London Hilton on Park Lane for a night in a king deluxe room during the Easter weekend and wow! Everything from the friendliness at check-in, to the spotless cleanliness of the room (hats off to housekeeping) to the super comfortable king-sized bed were incredible. The quality and speed of replenishment of items at breakfast was amazingly faultless. I made use of the sauna/steam room facilities which were also immaculately clean. I simply could not fault my stay and the wonderful panoramic view over London was the cherry on top! All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional – my stay was simply delightful; the hotel thoroughly deserves its 5-star status.

Warning. Do not stay in room 2710. Nice view BUT... No hot water. Bathroom smells of sewage and stale and there is no fridge. The reception manager while acknowledging the problem and I imagine aware of it - simply offered an upgrade if I want to go back in the next year. Not good enough when the room as sold was unuseable.

Within one day in the hotel, they double charged me for my stay and it has been real hard work to get refunded the double charge, as there seems to be nobody able to do it. The hotel is extremely well located. The rooms are a little tired, needing a major renovation (especially the bathroom), but they are comfortable. Easy to walk everywhere in central London from here. Pretty quiet

The friendliest and most accommodating staff! Breakfast was gorgeous with a lovely selection of continental and hot food. Complimentary upgrade to a suite, fruit, wine and chocolates on arrival and the kindness of the staff in general made the stay extra special.

Lovely hotel for a conference. The food was amazing. Sadly at over 500 pounds a night (475 delegate) rate I never stayed in a room. As beautiful as the hotel is with its location over looking Hyde Park I would not pay 500 a night. Staff supporting the conference were very professional, helpful and when spoken to had great personalities. I liked that. Often lacking!

Great refurbished ground floor, very stylish. Executive lounge on the 1st floor was excellent, with good service, and 'free' food and wine. We were allocated a non refurbished suite on the 5th floor which was a tad disappointing (being Diamond Hilton Honours), but the room was spacious and comfortable. The heating appeared not to work though and it had some rather old fashioned fittings, but was otherwise well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, omelettes made to order and a lovely buffet.

Good! I can't evaluate the hosting because I haven't had the opportunity to do so yet. But I can assess the service. I believe that employees treat the simplest visitor well. They are sure to be exceptional with their But the times I went to this hotel, I was working delivering food. And I was very well disappointed by everyone. Therefore! I indicate

From the moment we got out of our cab and were met by Roy, to the moment we checked out, we were treated like royalty at the Hilton on Park Lane. We were allowed to check in a little early with no problem, our loyalty was recognized, and Alisha even treated us to a special room for our 29th anniversary. She even delivered a hand written card for our anniversary. What a nice and thoughtful personal touch! I will say that the room was showing a little bit of its age and could use a sprucing up, but that minor detail did not detract even a little bit from an awesome stay. Room service was top notch and the housekeeping team was also amazing. The location is very convenient to all the shopping, entertainment, transportation, and food you could ask for, but that’s not the reason I’d book this hotel again. Plain and simple, it was the exceptional level of service and the way we were treated. Alisha, you and your team should be proud! Thanks for an awesome stay! Can’t wait to return!

The basics are a good standard. Comfortable bed and breakfast was excellent. We had access to the executive lounge. This was a bit basic compared to other Hiltons I've visited. Drinks and hot snacks between 6 and 9 (which isn't great if you have evening plans). The hotel does feel a little dated compared to other hotels in its class

The location can't be beat right next to the park and anywhere you want to visit for attractions. Ana helped us to fix our room issues and made our stay so special! The basic rooms need renovated as they have some rough carpets and beds but the hotel knows and is working on it. Still a great stay for tourists or business travel.

Such a good spot in town. Parking underneath. Great restaurants. Make a note for your next trip to London

We really enjoyed staying here, especially since we don't mind walking and we spent most of our time in Soho which was only about 15 mins walking distance. We had a gorgeous view and couldn't hear any of our neighbors. You're right along the beautiful park and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel as well if you'd like to take transit, and the Green Park underground station is a few minutes walk as well. Some of the rooms you can kind of look into at an angle so you may want to slightly close your blinds if you're changing but other than that, it was amazing. Free breakfast downstairs in the morning and it was pretty tasty as well.

Great hotel in a great location. A room upgrade made it a really memorable weekend. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay.

This was a repeat visit to Hilton on Park Lane for us. We were here last year and the recent renovations were superb. The entire staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay and were as helpful as always. Kudos to the entire staff, especially Stan, for making this another wonderful visit to the U. K. Go Jags! 😉

The hotel is OK. Good location and decent enough facilities. I booked a room with twin beds. What I actually got was 2 single beds joined together that could not be separated. This is not a twin bed room in my opinion. Also no upgrade was provided for being a diamond honours member.

Had a lovely stay at this luxurious hotel. The reception was so well lit and decorated with Christmas lights. 🎄 Views from my floor were heavenly to look at. Special mention to the lovely lady who checked me in, Tiawanna. The breakfast staff were super kind and friendly especially Najat and Anjalee. Will definitely visit again.

Extremely pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and keen to make our stay perfect. The rooms and en-suite bathrooms are very well presented. Excellent breakfast available. The hotel is very conveniently situated. I would be happy to recommend a stay at this hotel to anyone.

Great location next to Hyde park, loved the morning walks there. Nice ambience in the lobby, clean and comfortable room(Booked Executive room). And about the service, all the staff, from front desk to restaurants, house keeping, lounge are natually friendly, welcoming and attentive. Among all of those many Hilton and other groups hotels in US and Europe we have stayed, this hotel absolutely ranks No.1. And we want to especially thank receptionist Davide, who has provided outstanding customer service with great understanding and patience, helped to make our stay a smooth and perfect one. We would love to stay here again when we come back to London.

I gave it 3 stars because the service is very slow, and half of the building is under renovation. So you’d be the unlucky one if you live in the old rooms! Breakfast is very good though! Location is great. Room size is decent.

Great location nearby bus stations. Nice breakfast but it's the same dishes everyday. Rooms are old and small. I've asked for an early check-in but wasn't given unless I pay more although the room was ready. I asked for a late check out but once again wasn't given it. Overall ok but definitely not worth the price

Had an afternoon tea of chocolate and champagne which was smashing. Not usually a fan of champagne but had 2 glasses & it was really nice. Fine selection of dainty sandwiches & rolls, lovely. The cakes, such a selection of small exquisite mouth watering delicacies. Could not eat everything so the staff gave each of us a pretty box to take them home A very enjoyable afternoon & the staff & service were both excellent

It used to be much more fancy! And tea time week be only served weekend with 36h booking ahead? That is just sad! Its a wasted opportunity to make something great out of this place. The waiters though were very helpful and friendly and the view is still outstanding. But I probably won't go again...

The review is based on one night stay, and overall felt comfortable and welcomed. Room seemed a bit back dated although had a great view of hide park at 22nd floor. The executive lounge was acceptable but nothing “wow” although the staff were very attentive and helpful. Overall a good stay but rooms facilities need upgrade

Honestly a little annoyed with the way that the staff were too attentive, I may be wrong but a lot of them seemed to be going above and beyond for tips. My Dad was offered an upgrade to a suite, which was good but I expected better, the views were amazing though. Food and drink in the lounge were great and the best bit in my opinion was the gym. I was the only person there, all the machines were super new and to top it off, a sauna and steam room both with 24 hour access as far as I'm aware.

Check-in was smooth and swift. Receptionist at the desk was knowledgable in guiding and reassuring guests to find their room. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to able to use the room service at that time as it was a one night stay. I did manage to use the gym facility and very empty. No issue with the gym, very thorough for anyone wishing to help themselves to equipments and self-cleaning. I had a simple request and they attentively addressed it with attentiveness. Check-out was quick and simple as I used express checkout instead. I look forward to using the spa next time, more so when it becomes safer as we are still in a cautious pandemic. Thank you Hilton hotel for making the process easy and simple.

We spent an amazing night at the Hilton Park Lane. The staff, service, attention to detail and food were amazing. The continental breakfast and afternoon treats were all delicious. Most of all, a huge shout out to Executive Chef Anthony Marshall for his outstanding food, superb customer service and making our stay very special.

The stay at Hilton park lane was excellent, nice location everything is a distance walk from you. Clean and tidy rooms with everything cleaning service. I was very happy and glad to be served by Najat almost every day for breakfast, she is super helpful and friendly. Thanks

We (4 people) had afternoon tea here for my wife's birthday and had a wonderful afternoon. The sandwiches are delicious and selection of cakes and scones afterwards were superb. There is a great selection of tea to go with the food. The staff were excellent and looked after us really well.

Says they are wheelchair accessible but be prepared for ramps to be pulled out in front of everyone to use as there are stairs into the upstairs and downstairs bar areas. You'll also need an accessible seat to sit on in the shower, so make sure you bring one. The baths have no grab handles. If you book through booking.com they don't read your requirements for accessibility. I left a complaint to the hotel itself, the CEO and the complaints line. Staff tried their best to help, but by the point my partner had an accident, he'd quite frankly had enough. Room service will cost you on average £15-£20 per item, plus 12.5%, plus £14 delivery fee, plus £4 service charge. After parties going on in people's rooms until the early hours of the morning. Parking is super tight, so be prepared to scrape your wheels and costs £50 per night stay. They charge £50 deposit per night, just in case of extras and according to others, it is difficult to get back off them. When I left a complaint, it took 2 days to get back to me and when they did they said, because they upgraded our room and gave us complimentary drinks, they couldn't give us any compensation- despite us being nearly £1,100 out of pocket due to the £859 room, £52 parking and the £200 watch show tickets we didn't attend to because we left and went home. Absolutely appalled by this place. Rooms also very out of date and could seriously do with upgrading. Furniture old. Some of it damaged. View is great, but wouldn't recommend!
