Says
they
are
wheelchair
accessible
but
be
prepared
for
ramps
to
be
pulled
out
in
front
of
everyone
to
use
as
there
are
stairs
into
the
upstairs
and
downstairs
bar
areas.
You'll
also
need
an
accessible
seat
to
sit
on
in
the
shower,
so
make
sure
you
bring
one.
The
baths
have
no
grab
handles.
If
you
book
through
booking.com
they
don't
read
your
requirements
for
accessibility.
I
left
a
complaint
to
the
hotel
itself,
the
CEO
and
the
complaints
line.
Staff
tried
their
best
to
help,
but
by
the
point
my
partner
had
an
accident,
he'd
quite
frankly
had
enough.
Room
service
will
cost
you
on
average
£15-£20
per
item,
plus
12.5%,
plus
£14
delivery
fee,
plus
£4
service
charge.
After
parties
going
on
in
people's
rooms
until
the
early
hours
of
the
morning.
Parking
is
super
tight,
so
be
prepared
to
scrape
your
wheels
and
costs
£50
per
night
stay.
They
charge
£50
deposit
per
night,
just
in
case
of
extras
and
according
to
others,
it
is
difficult
to
get
back
off
them.
When
I
left
a
complaint,
it
took
2
days
to
get
back
to
me
and
when
they
did
they
said,
because
they
upgraded
our
room
and
gave
us
complimentary
drinks,
they
couldn't
give
us
any
compensation-
despite
us
being
nearly
£1,100
out
of
pocket
due
to
the
£859
room,
£52
parking
and
the
£200
watch
show
tickets
we
didn't
attend
to
because
we
left
and
went
home.
Absolutely
appalled
by
this
place.
Rooms
also
very
out
of
date
and
could
seriously
do
with
upgrading.
Furniture
old.
Some
of
it
damaged.
View
is
great,
but
wouldn't
recommend!
