DO NOT STAY HERE! Please Beware of Uncompassionate Policies at Intercontinental London Park Lane We booked 3 rooms for a 6 night stay and I regret to say that my experience with the Intercontinental London Park Lane has been nothing short of disappointing and disheartening. Due to unforeseen health issues, we were forced to cancel our trip to the UK, and despite reaching out to the hotel 2 months in advance with genuine concerns, our plea for understanding and compassion fell on deaf ears. The Intercontinental London Park Lane's rigid refund policy left us stunned and significantly out of pocket, with a loss exceeding $13,000... In a time of crisis, when the need for empathy and flexibility is paramount, this establishment demonstrated a complete lack of understanding and compassion. They knew we were going to lose all of that money and did not care at all. We understand that policies are in place for a reason, but given the exceptional circumstances surrounding our cancellation, we expected the hotel to exhibit some flexibility and consideration. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The refusal to grant a refund, even in light of the extenuating circumstances, has left a bitter taste in our mouths. Additionally, the lack of communication and willingness to find a mutually agreeable solution has further tainted our perception of the Intercontinental. It is disheartening to see a hotel of this caliber prioritize strict adherence to policies over genuine customer care and satisfaction. For potential guests considering a stay at this hotel, we strongly advise caution and urge you to thoroughly review and understand the cancellation policies before making any reservations. In times of need, the true character of a business is revealed, and sadly, the Intercontinental London Park Lane fell short of our expectations. In conclusion, based on our experience, we DO NOT recommend this hotel to others. We hope that management will reevaluate their policies and consider the human aspect of customer service, especially in times of genuine crisis.

The rooms need to be updated and deep cleaned. The bathroom is way too small and flushing the toilet is kinda complicated since you have to hold the lid of the toilet away from the wall before you can use the flush. The service in the lounge is great, but would benefit greatly if there was some fresh hot food available in the evenings.

Spectacular hotel just a block from Buckingham Palace, rooms are top notch, full of high quality amenities, my wife was particularly impressed by the hair dryer, in her words, “had I known they had a BaByliss pro, I would have never brought mine” An AC adapter is in the room to connect to EU or US plugs. The desk has an array of plugs to fit every electronic gadget and large enough to work on. There are no available plugs near the nightstand but you can request an outlet strip to the front desk.

The location is excellent as an obvious perk of this five star hotel. However, I don’t say this lightly. I’ve stayed at many Intercontinental hotels before and I’m a top tier ambassador member and the staff at the lounge especially Luis and Jayne were truly great and went above and beyond. They were both so helpful and caring that I feel anyone lucky enough to go to the intercontinental lounge at the hotel is in for a treat. Luis in particular he was so attentive and caring that I felt I was at a fine dinning establishment. I hope I spelled their names correctly, but regardless if you’re looking for a quality, comfortable and enjoyable location this is a great hotel for you. The staff deserve the praise above the location and amenities.

We had an overnight stay on a Thursday night. When we arrived they were having system problems but the staff all handled that really well. We were given a drinks voucher to wait in the Wellington Lounge while they were waiting for the system to reboot and enable them to issue our room keys. In no time, before our drinks arrived they popped over to us with our keys. The door staff were really helpful and very knowledgeable, Panny has been there 15yrs (if I remembered correctly) and was telling us about the history of the building and some enjoyable places to visit. Our room was very comfortable (846) we overlooked the court yard which we weren't too disappointed about as we were going to be out a lot whilst staying so the view wasn't as important. We went down for breakfast the next morning and Adriana looked after us very well. There was such a fantastic selection of buffet breakfast as well as the other items which could be ordered off the menu. I had the French toast from the menu which was really tasty and well presented. This was our first time staying but will not be our last time. The staff are a real credit to this hotel and we were made to feel very welcome and nothing too much trouble.

Fantastic hotel, brilliant location close to Hyde park and Hyde park corner tub station. The staff were exceptional, pleasant and very helpful. We had use of the lounge and it was beautiful, lovely breakfast and a very relaxing start to our weekend. Lovely room with comfortable bed and was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be back!

We are enjoying every minute in Intercontinental Park Lane. The doorman remembers one’s name and welcoming you every time you are coming. Our room is Deluxe, clean and fresh, beautiful view to the park, lovely bed and amenities. Our bathroom is very clean and fresh and all we need is there. Club lounge is very comfortable, welcoming and stylish, offers nice drinks and snacks. Everybody from staff is friendly and helpful. We spend lots of time in travelling internationally but here we are nicely surprised by the level of service and quality. Definitely coming here again.

We were very excited and looking forward to our stay here. We humbly enjoy the better standard of rooms and service, plus, with us being Spire Elite members we are used to receiving upgrades to the suites etc, and we always receive the highest standard of room and facilities when staying at Hyatt hotels, but sadly, and very disappointingly, at London Park Lane Hotel we were given a very dismal and very dismal room with an awful view of the commercial workings of the property. It was very disappointing, we left the following day to go to a much better standard of hotel. There was not even a smart TV in the room, it was a very basic TV and most of the channels did not work properly. I definitely cannot recommend this hotel and I am relieved to remove it from our future choices of hotels to stay.

A superb reception team who enhanced our celebration stay and made us feel welcome from the outset. The room with a view was superb and the bed very comfortable. All the staff that we encountered were polite, helpful and totally professional. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Thank you for a great experience. I would highly recommend the hotel on many levels and we look forward to returning in the New Year.

We stayed for 3 wonderful nights, enjoying a delightful view over Hyde Park from a very comfortable and well sized room. Having access to the Club Lounge ensured our stay was memorable because of the superb staff. Luis, Rika and Lola were absolute stand outs. Their dedication to service as well as enjoying friendly conversation made the lounge a home away from home.

The location is superb, surrounded by the Hyde Park and very close to many attractions in central London. The staff are incredibly kind, especially the door men every time we go out or back into the hotel they help us with bags and my niece’s stroller with an amazing smile and nice talk. The rooms are spacious (compared to other 5 stars hotels in London) and clean, and the breakfast buffet is a really good daily breakfast option. Also one great thing is that there is a taxi lane with taxis anytime you go out.
