What an amazing experience from start to finish, front desk staff so friendly and welcoming. I must say Tony from concierge department was so helpful with my request. Very accommodating and made my stay amazing. I needed something printed has I was unable to do it myself he took care of it for me within 5 minutes. I would definitely come back to this hotel and would recommend to friends and family

We had a very pleasant stay at the Park Plaza Victoria Hotel in London. Upon our arrival we enjoyed complimentary drinks and some delicious appetizers in the hotel bar, where we relaxed after a long journey. Our suite was spacious and clean, nicely decorated, and the hotel itself offered terrific access to the London Victoria Station, where we caught the train the following day to Gatwick airport. We could walk easily to Buckingham Palace from our hotel, which we did the next morning, only to be greeted by throngs of tourists waiting to see the changing of the guard. We definitely needed more time in London, but we didn't need to stay in a different hotel. Our lovely suite gave us a spectacular view of Big Ben, Westminster Abbey's tall Spires, and the London Eye. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we found the staff to be helpful and accommodating, and the pricing was great. We would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are lovely, clean, and spacious. The location is great. And the staff are pleasant, welcoming and helpful. We spoke to the concierge named Mash when looking to get tickets to a show. He ended up getting us cheaper tickets for a better seat. And recommending a great restaurant for for dinner. Many thanks to him! Random thing to note for your stay: there is no microwave access. Other than that, everything is great!

The hotel is very well placed near Victoria station. Plenty of theaters, nice restaurants for brunch, take-away, relaxed style. Oksana made us feel very welcomed and recommended us nice activities for our little one. I would recommend to stay there. The room for 3 was big enough, nice bathroom, well cleaned. Nice stay definetly

Unfortunately was allocated to stay in this hotel for my ten day hotel quarantine. There were health and safety issues with the room toilets. The first day while taking a bath i got several electric shocks right by the bath wall. Upon calling the hotel electrician and after checking he recommended to change the room as it was too dangerous and the second room i got the next day, was going to take a quick shower and yet again there was issue with the shower head not working and again upon calling the handyman who checked and told he doesn't has the spare shower to change they changed my room for the second time. Which absolutely felt a joke to me. Staff were kind and polite dealing with the scenario as considering its their job to handle such issue anyway. They never reported my first incident about getting electric shock to their general manager. And upon speaking to the general manager, she couldn't even help me. Said it's to do with the department of government to ask as all i was looking for was a compensation as i was absolutely unhappy paying for such hotel quarantine where I escaped a life threatening situation. And above all it means the rooms weren't pre checked for health and safety before my check in.

Nice location, close to victoria station. Walking distance to several attractions ( Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, London Eye, and more). Good and clean room. I was there with my two boys ( 12 years), nice family hotel. A bit busy at the breakfast. In the end good luggage service from Mash. All in all a great stay.

The hotel is really nice and clean. The room itself was quite big considering the location. The staff were so nice and helpful to us and they even brought our luggage to our room. They work hard to make sure guests are happy. Overall - great service and special thanks to Mash for your kindness and help :)

Great hotel with nice decor, super friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. Very well located within walking distance to pretty much all the main downtown tourist spots, plays, restaurants and Victoria station subway and train station. Tony the concierge especially stood out with a friendly treating every time we passed by!

Had a great experience this past week! This hotel is so accommodating, clean and amazing customer service. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, despite multiple back and fourth room bookings and cancellations due to traveling back home to the states during the recent hurricane, as well as, a transportation strike. They allowed us to rebook in the same room at the same rate with free cancellations, if needed and even included a bottle of wine for our room. The breakfast on-site is such a great value and well worth it and the restaurant at the hotel is amazing. This was my second stay at the Park Plaza in London and I look forward to returning.

Attended this hotel for a conference. The staff were excellent: friendly, helpful and cheerful. The room was beautifully clean. The towels were lovely and soft, the shower had good pressure and the bed was very comfy and large enough for three of me! A curse of inner city hotels is that the view was not brilliant but you are not going to stay here for a view - you'll be out sightseeing!

Slightly disappointed with the hotel, This was surprise trip for my partner and I for valentines, I had opted for early check in at 2pm , arrived at 2.15pm and the room was not ready and had to wait in lobby for 30 minutes. When I asked why it was taking so long it was due to making sure the ‘romance package’ was ready and in the room ( Prosecco and strawberries ) which it was not, I had paid and upgraded from a superior queen room to an executive king room with sofa which I did not get, when questioned this they said there is no difference in the rooms and not all come with a sofa bed!! A 200ml bottle of fizz was £4.20 for half a can!

This hotel was in a terrific location, walking distance to so many attractions. The room was clean and modern and the restaurant was very good. The most remarkably outstanding thing for us, though, were the concierge people. The two gentlemen, Robert and Mash were absolutely wonderful. They went above and beyond what I would consider helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again, just because of them. Extremely helpful and courteous. I just can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend staying at the Park Plaza Victoria London. Next time I'm in London, I will be, without a doubt, staying here.

The Park Plaza is centrally located with easy access to the Victoria Underground. Our rooms were spacious, clean and with all the needed amenities. The service at the hotel was excellent. Tony at the front desk greeted us and inquired about my son’s sweatshirt, which said Xavier on it. Turns out that Tony is a massive Bengals fan! We had fun discussing the ups and downs of the team and their current season. Fun to be on the other side of world and have such a close connection!

Had a fantastic stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Very clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfast. A special thanks to Oksana who was lovely and a credit to the Park Plaza.

Very nice experience. We were able to check in earlier because our room was ready, which was extremely nice and convenient. The staff was friendly, and funny, they made us feel comfortable & nice. The room had everything that was needed, including chromecast which was an amazing addition, and the short distance to Victoria made everything even better. Would definitely recommend! Greetings to Sergio!

Best Bar Staff In London The hotel was well appointed and location was superb. I found the staff extremely pleasant, happy, and everyone went above & beyond to ensure a great week. A specific shout out to the Team Leader at the lobby bar, Adriana! She and her team were excellent craftsman of their trade. The service and hospitality was exceptional. Thanks Ilse, Martina, Daniel and the new kid Alex! See you when I return!

We recently stayed at the Park Plaza Hotel Victoria London and had an excellent time. The hotel was excellent both in terms of accommodation, location and food but its staff are truly an asset to this hotel! Special thanks to Tony, one of the concierge team. He was so helpful and genuinely interested in making sure everyone had a good stay. He even recommended taking the No 13 bus from Victoria to Baker Street to get to Madame Taussaudes. An excellent recommendation as we sat on the top deck and were able to enjoy seeing many famous landmarks on our journey! Will definitely stay here again when we return to London. Many thanks.

We had a nice stay at the hotel, though there is room for improvement. Management seems to miss the big picture of how to manage a hotel - for example we observed people were not able to check in at the normal time because their rooms were not ready. But there wears a few fantastic staff. One standout was Elze in the bar - her service was excellent. She went above and beyond.

I can only comment upon the hotel from a conference and dining perspective and so cannot give a review in relation to the accommodation/rooms (though if they are as good as the rest of the hotel then I'm sure they'd be excellent) Excellent central location a short walk from Victoria Station (rail and underground) with the Victoria Appollo theatre just around the corner. Excellent facilities and very good staff. The conference facilities were very well set out, everything accessible and the food and refreshments served during the day were first class. An overall positive experience

Nice and clean hotel with a modern touch. The room was fine for what we needed it for which was a night out in London. The location is perfect and right next to Victoria station. Only issues we had were firstly the receptionist who ‘greeted’ us was very frosty and looked like everything was a chore. We were greeted with a very causal ‘you alright yeah’ by the concierge who seemed to forget he’s working in a nice hotel and not JD Sports. The air freshener in the lobby was so strong we both felt a bit sick too but they must have turned it off in the evening! The staff in the bar were excellent though and very friendly including a waited who served us our drinks who was great.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Park Plaza Victoria for a couple of nights and had a really positive experience from the moment we checked-in to the time we checked-out. Every staff member we had contact with was warm, friendly and helpful and the Concierge team - Mash, Robert and Rodrigo - went out of their way to help us. We had breakfast included which was amazing with the diverse quality offerings available. We also had dinner one night at the hotel and that was also very good Usually when in London we stay central or in Soho so this was the first time we stayed near Victoria. It gave us another perspective of London and it was easy to walk across the road to London Victoria underground station or to just get out and walk to such locations as Parliament Square to see the refurbished clock tower and hear Big Ben chime. It was also only about a 15 minute walk to Tate Britain. Next time in London we would not hesitate to return to Park Plaza Victoria.

We have been here several times in the past few years to attend meetings and functions. The location is good, there is parking nearby on street. We like the staff, they are very friendly and accommodating. We had a meeting last time we were here and it was well put together. It's a great place for a larger work event or meeting.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of most things you'd want to see in London! And at a better price than other hotels in the area. The room seems older but is very well kept up, clean, and spacious! And importantly - there is plenty of storage room for your belongings. I can't stand feeling like everything is cluttered in a hotel room. Definitely not the case here. For reference, I stayed in one of the one bedroom apartments.

During my wife's stay at the Park Plaza Victoria. The team at the Hotel ensured that it was extra special. They went above and beyond in their service. For instance, the day of our Wedding Anniversary, I couldn't not be with her. I rang the reception and asked if they could do something to make the say a little more special for my wife. They sent a greeting card and some cake. This really shows the level of detail the staff at Park Plaza Victoria pay attention to. Thanks again and keep up the great work

I had a great stay during my 10 day quarantine. Staff was extremely responsive and helpful to calls and messages. Food was good, room was nice and clean. No issues and they also allowed me to check-out very late and even brought food, as I needed to work online on the last day.

Lovely venue, polite and helpful staff. Nice bar facilities. Room was very nice, I think the star rating needs to be reviewed as it had the feel of a 5 star hotel. My son fell asleep in our bed so I ended up with the sofa bed which whilst not as comfortable as the main bed (amazingly comfortable, would happily have taken that with me if possible!) it was still very comfortable and a good size as I am 6'4" so was it was suitable for me! Can't comment on the food as I didn't eat there. We will be staying there for our future visits instead of the Hilton as it is a markedly better experience!

This hotel is a very beautiful hotel, and the staff are very friendly and very helpful. It is near most of the interesting areas. Victoria station is around the corner. There is a laundry and dry cleaning service just across the road, and a good tourist service Evan Evans just across road. The breakfast is very good, and a large selection to chose from. The rooms are nice and roomy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

What a beautiful hotel! Steps from the subway station and walking distance to Buckinham palace. Check-in was smooth and easy, with Indu taking care of us! She was so lovely, and also helped me when I needed an essential item that I forgot at home. The room was SO cozy - and we loved all of the digital amenities (controlling blinds, lights and temperature from your bed!). We didn’t do the buffet, but it looked amazing. We did have room service one night and it was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel location was ideal over our two day stay. We were warmly greeted on our arrival & a room was made available to us before the official check in time. Our room was clean & very comfortable. The self service breakfast provided a choice of good quality food, we ate very well, thank you.

  • 5/5 Hamish B. 2 years ago on Google
We stayed there for 3 nights with my family. When it comes to location very convenient place with just a stroke to the train station and a lot of options to eat around. The breakfast was good quality which variety could be improved. The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed staying there.

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff is wonderful, friendly, and very accommodating. Navita checked us in and went out of her way to take care of us throughout our weekend in London. Perfect location very near to Victoria Station within walking distance of Buckingham Palace and Piccadilly Circus

What a pleasant stay! Hotel is beautiful, comfortable, spacious and the staff very friendly and professional. Met a young lady by the name of Navita who just had a great smile and was so nice. The entire area around the hotel was excellent. Plenty of variety for restaurants. Looking forward to my return.

The room was very quiet, clean and spacious. All of the staff were very happy to help and on our last day Ginni was happy to change our check out time to be 2pm which helped a lot as we had a late pick up for the airport. The location is great with lots of places to eat nearby and good access to transport. I can thoroughly recommend the Park Plaza Victoria.

  • 4/5 Jamie W. 1 year ago on Google
We loved the hotel, but my reason for the review is the concierge, Mash. He was absolutely amazing and went out of his way every day to help us with how to get places and what to do. And it actually seemed as thought he enjoyed helping us! He was a gem. Hotel- was amazing accept the bathtub which is what too high off the ground and seems more like a death trap. And don’t expect to eat at the hotel restaurant for dinner, it’s booked up every day. Luckily there’s many restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed at the Park Plaza Victoria in London and absolutely loved it. The food area downstairs was excellent in accomodating us. Their food was great, very reasonably priced and great presentation. Our server was Mathe who was beyond excellent. Very friendly and accommodating to anything we asked. And most importantly did not forget to check on us and took took care of our group until we left. He is a must keep employee who is great with customers!

  • 5/5 Alessandro M. 1 year ago on Google
Check in and check out process was straight forward. The receptionists were professional, kind, always available for any requests and I did appreciate the fact that water and tea were free in the room and we could ask for a refill at anytime. The room was automated so you could manage the lights and the curtains automatically by clicking on a button. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was tasty and international. The attention to the client is the focus in this hotel and it was really appreciated. The hotel has a cleaning program to save water. As we accepted to join the program, we were given 10£ each as a reward which we could spend at the hotel bar. I thought that at least the towels would have been replaced during our 3 nights stay for once but it didn’t happen, I think that was part of the program as well so I didn’t complain about it as it was just for a few days. Will I come back to this hotel on my next trip to London? Yes, absolutely! It’s in Victoria, near the underground, the theatre and the little big ben. It’s located in a strategic position which allows to easily visit London. Thanks Park Plaza hotel team, it was an amazing experience! Till next time :)
