It's the hard rock cafe an institution. When I first came to London I loved visiting here with the great atmosphere, the music and food. I wasn't disappointed. It was very busy and they managed to squeeze us in. I loved it. It brought back fond memories of coming here with friends and soaking it all in. Food was great, the milkshake wasn't thick enough but I had an awesome time. It hasn't lost it's old world charm. I recommend it to people visiting and the prices are affordable. My big burger hit the spot and the sides were delicious. Please click like if you found my review helpful. Do book ahead.

Really great restaurant. Exceptional service and very good food. Hard Rocks are very reliable and usually fun. Five stars for everything but the price which is a little bit more than average.

I was hankering for a bit of Hard Rock Cafe vibe and US diner cuisine and they deliver on the ambiance with the rock music videos. Service is friendly and personable. Food wise, I am afraid it is pretty much lacking. I have been to slightly better such establishments like Tinsel Town where the shakes are a whole lot better but they don't do alcohol there. The nachos were not bad but the extras like guacamole and sourced cream were fridge cold ❄. The chicken wings had a strange sourish flavour to it that was plain weird and I know my buffalo sauces, frequently cooking wings myself but they were served at just a warm temperature which suggests to me it wasn't even freshly cooked. The mac n cheese with chicken tenders was not half bad. The mac n cheese tasted a whole lot better AFTER I took it home and baked it for 10m more. The chicken was a tad over seasoned for my liking. Overall if you are here for the cocktails, booze and ambiance, you won't be disappointed but don't hold out for too much in terms of a dining experience for food is my take.

Great experience. We booked a virgin experience including view from shard, forgot to book a table at Hard Rock Cafe, got there and asked if they would still allow us to dine with our voucher and they immediately found us a table in less than 2 minutes and gave us all the delicious food. Great service, lovely atmosphere. We also went to The Vault after and had a great tour of this, brilliant experience. Highly recommended!

This location was ok. The hard rock cafe in the USA is a level up. The staff was great. They make us feel like we are at home and also provide us with plenty of information about the items in the walls and the menu. The food and the drinks were ok. Decent sizes. 5 stars for the cheese cake special - caramel apple cheese cake was simply delicious.

I love all Hard Rock Cafes. When visiting major cities, it's one place I have to drop by and purchase merchandise. My 4 go-to items are the guitar refrigerator magnet, shot glass, t-shirt and a pin with the city on it. It was really great to visit the 1st Hard Rock ever established even though it was not in the original location.

What an experience!! I went with my Cousin, as he had an experience day. We went on a Wednesday when they have an acoustic singer. He was great. Food was amazing. Charlie our server was very friendly, excellent Customer Service all round. Then we went over to the Hard Rock Shop and was given a tour of "The Vault" with Ash. What can I say about Ash? He certainly knows his stuff and he is a massive asset to the Hard Rock Group with 25 years experience. I would HIGHLY recommend

The food was great and actually better than I expected with a place where the atmosphere and memorabilia are the big draws. Speaking of which the memorabilia is really good. It's everywhere you look and first class. Don't forget to go downstairs and look at the extensive collection there as well. If you're old enough to remember the 80s you're in for a treat. If you're older than that there's even more to see. You won't be disappointed.

We had a lovely experience, staff were very helpful and our orders were lovely. It's a loud place so expect to be, the portions are large, the cocktails are strong. I believe they are running a limited menu but still got a bit of everything. I recommend coming for a special occasion or a treat.

I don't usually write reviews but this place particularly stood out to me. Starting off with service since we enter, the guy at the door was so diligent and patient about finding a place for us with no booking, we were a group of 5 people waiting for 4 more people that got lost on their way there and it took a long time for them to arrive. We were received very warmly by 'Charo' the amazing waiter who made us feel at home, always making sure we had everything we needed and also commenting on things in common we have about the countries we come from. We really enjoyed it. The food was delicious and came really quickly. We were amazed with the huge hot fudge brownie that was just as exquisite 🤩. Nice and clean place, with attention to details, good music, and decorations. Thanks a lot to the whole team, specially to Charo!

5★ for friendly and helpful staff Strawberry basil lemonade is the real stuff, without sickly syrup like other place do. Fresh basil and strawberry 🥰 Wings are tangy spicy, good balance with the blue cheese dip. Glad to find a good quality casual eatery in Mayfair area. Will come back to try ice dessert.

The original “OG” of Hard Rock Cafes. If you are a fan of the Hard Rock Cafes, don’t miss the one in London near Hyde Park. I admit I almost always come here during my travels. The atmosphere is so cool and the food consistent. In the Old Park Lane location is The Vault. The Vault is in the basement of a bank built for Queen Victoria. You can get a personalized tour of this collection when you ask. The rock history shared by the guide is priceless!

Cheeseburger’s taste is classic Hard Rock. Treated by the staff to go for another Hard Rock for free drink next time. Very nice staff.

Situated in the heart of London by Hyde park corner tube station. Friendly reception & lovely atmosphere, would highly recommend the signature burgers. Great place to visit for the whole family when you are staying in London. Soft drinks are great and I had unlimited refills, but you can get beers and cocktails with the opportunity to buy the glassware. Also there is a shop across the street where you can buy all the hard rock cafe merchandise and collectors edition products.

The iconic and original Hard Rock Cafe. The best experience ever. Lovely place for a day, evening, night out. The staff was brilliant as usual. The atmosphere is really good. And with all the memorabilia this is a 'MUST VISIT' place in London!

Pretty good burger restaurant, but most of the experience is in the memorabilia they have on display. Unfortunately with outdoor seating during covid none of that can be seen. Probably better burger places but you wont see such great pieces of work

Great Experience at Hard Rock Cafe!!! I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Hard Rock Cafe during my trip to London, and it was a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was top-notch – the restaurant was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment. The service deserves a solid 5 stars; the staff was attentive and friendly throughout my visit. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the delicious food. The burgers were exceptionally tasty, and the overall variety on the menu impressed me. The desserts were a delightful finale to a great meal. I highly recommend Hard Rock Cafe to anyone visiting London. It’s a must-try for a memorable dining experience!

Phenomenal Experience! The welcoming service was great, as they made accommodation though we didn't have a reservation. Victoria who was our service provided flawless service and she was very attentive to us. The drinks was delicious! We watched the bartenders make our drinks and they're chemistry and excitement was unmatched by any bartenders we witnessed. Unfortunately, the food the both the burger and rib was over cooked. The presentation was great though. Overall we had a great experience!

If I could, I would give a couple of extra ⭐ for the whole team. Definitely one would go for the sales team for their kindness and help throughout the whole booking process. The guys on the floor were amazing, unfortunately I forgot our server's name but he would deserve a 🌟, too!!! Everything that we ordered was tasty and delicious, but be aware!!!! Portions are huge 😄 we can eat a lot, but we had to ask for takeaway boxes as we couldn't finish with all our food 😀 After the meal we visited the Vault - highly recommended, you can hear lots of interesting stories and facts about the place. So, we had an amazing experience, definitely will return!!! Thank you!

This is the original , first Hard Rock. The cafe, restaurant is across the street. There is a downstairs "vault" that showcases memorabilia of many musicians , get changed out periodically. We were fortunate to arrive in time to be part of of group that got a free tour of the Vault by Ash, who is an expert on the Beatles, and other rock musicians . My Husband is a collector of Hard Rock tshirts and our visit to this store was a must, being it is the FIRST one! Ash made it even more memorable by sharing his knowledge and giving us insight on where to see the building of the Beatles last concert . Took pictures of us and others in the group sitting on the bench Ringo Starr sat on downstairs that's in the Vault .

This is my 2nd visit to a Hard Rock Cafe, but the first time to this location. The food was as good as the other location which is great. And the staff just as helpful and friendly. They always check if you have any allergies before ordering. I think my only gripe, is that there was no TV screens visible to my location without turning a lot. I was sat at the kitchen counter, and all I could look at was the kitchen staff, or the silver letters on the wall. (Maybe replace some of the letters with small screens?) Otherwise, again I would recommend and visit again.

I had the most amazing evening. I came to experience a friend perform and she did an absolutely fantastic performance. We had a mix up between two branches so our reservation wasn't made for the correct branch. However, the staff were super accommodating. Really helpful, polite and friendly. The overall environment was so nice and I hope u can come again soon although would be even better if Rafaèlla is performing and I will make a plan to visit again! Oh and I should also say the food is really tasty. The prawns were the highlight for me as well as the chips. There isn't any halal food here and choices are limited in terms of the burgers but the food is of good quality and taste and is also prepared quickly and presented very nicely!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the Hard Rock Cafe in London. I had the spicy plant dog and while I wish it was more spicy it was still very good. As a vegetarian who misses hot dogs I’m certainly not going to complain about a plant based hot dog. Great experience and great service

Had a brilliant time here. Was using a Virgin Experience voucher so wasn't sure what to expect but the food was amazing and I was completely stuffed by the end. Still had room for some cocktails though (obvs). Staff were so friendly and helpful. Had a great day and will do again.

We had a fab meal here to celebrate my retirement. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by Sebastian. Once seated our waiter, Angelo tended our table expertly. He was friendly, professional and went the extra mile to tell us about the history of this Hard Rock Cafe venue and some of the exhibits. Made our visit feel a little more special and interesting, thank you A soecial mention to Daniel and Jada too in the Hard Rock shop who helped with my 11th hour table booking changes when I couldn't contact the restaurant directly. Much appreciated. Food wast tasty, ambience lovely and all the staff here are lovely. We will be back. Can highly recommend.

Really good atmosphere inside, nice waitresses, good life music. Overall a very nice visit. They don't serve anything outside, you have to go and get it from the bar, that was a bit of a downer...

This place is awesome, food was amazing, I'd eaten some before I remembered to take a photo. For me sitting at the is the best part. Shame it's small but I'll always wait. Barman was epic, gutted I didn't get his name!

Overall, it was ok. I'm used to Hard Rock Cafe's service being much friendlier (as in, over the top friendly), which was not the case here. Quite surprisingly, in my opinion, as it is something they always excel at. The food was ok, a tad bland / overcooked (the burger didn't feel in any way special, and the ribs were a bit burned). Overall, I think it's an ok location, but it didn't quite feel like Hard Rock Cafe should feel. At least my two cents.

Wow this place did not disappoint. Great atmosphere, staff were super helpful and friendly. Food and cocktails were amazing. The restaurant itself had all wonderful things hanging on the walls, the volt downstairs was great to walk around. Even the shop next door went out of their way to make it magical for my daughter. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Although the place is always crammed, you've got to love the history and atmosphere that it has. The service is great, and the food is still good if overpriced. A visit to the vault in the building next door is highly recommended if you have the time.

5* staff 5* food 5* music memorabilia 5* playlist and atmosphere. Overall a fantastic experience, the guy who served us was incredible, and the other lady who was serving around us was great, singing and dancing, it was obvious the staff enjoyed their jobs and that made a world of difference, the mac and cheese and strawberry basil lemonade was lush, Looking around at all the memorabilia was just breathtaking and not to mention the gift shop across the road with the vault tour! (The vault tour was a little crowded considering it's such a small room) but some fantastic pieces in there with Amazing history! Thanks so much!

We booked a table for 4 well in advance of our visit to London. Being the very first Hard Rock cafe it was a must visit with our children having visited a few more before. We were served by Katrina who was so lovely, friendly and welcoming. She was ver helpful with our allergens and very entertaining with the children. The food was hot, delicious, and served quite promptly. Thankyou to Katrina for the amazing service and the rest of the staff for the brilliant visit.

The team at the Hard Rock have been consistently delivering my family with the best food and the best service since 1977! We love visiting here, the atmosphere, the music and the team there always make our day / night! Bring on the next time. Thanks all :)

Real great. Big burgers (especially the Messi-burger). The fajita was good but not wow. The staff are extremely friendly and the atmosphere is really good there. It's smaller than the one in Piccadilly, but it's more joyful to eat. You have to have a reservation.

Absolute heaven for music fans! I visited the Hard Rock Café and subsequently the shop over the road. I was absolutely blown away by the memorabilia and instruments in there. Some Absolute rock gods have donated instruments to the Café, and to see the really special stuff you need to ask to see "The vault" in the shop next door, which is an old bank vault housing guitars from legends such as Hendrix, Vai, Satriani, Bowie, Freddie Mercury's chair, John Lennon's jacket, all sorts of stuff. The food was amazing and there's a great selection of drinks, unlike some fancy restaurants you won't leave being hungry, the portion sizes were very generous. All the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about all the memorabilia and instruments, you could tell they had a passion for the music and the place rather than just working there.

This was our first time at The Hard Rock Cafe , our expectations were high with all the hype of the place and we were not disappointed, Its a friendly atmosphere with a good gluten free menu which is always a plus. our waiter was great and told us all about the history of the place, the food was good and would happily visit again.

Do you know that this was the first hard rock cafe restaurant ever?? I didn't and that encourage me to eat there, it was a wise decision. I had a pulled pork sandwich with a cheese bacon chips on the side , LOVED IT, the staff super amazing and kind. 10 STARS for you guys. THANK YOU !

Great visit as always. Staff are friendly and helpful, can’t do enough for you. Obviously the historic displays and music really set it apart, the vibe is great. Food is pretty standard across all locations. We ordered quite a bit (starter nachos to share, pulled pork burger and tacos) and definitely had too much for just the two of us. It was my birthday and I was surprised with a birthday sundae ☺️

We treated our lad to a meal of Chicken and Ribs as it was his 1st time to one of these places, once we got to this place we couldn't sit inside as it was very busy, but sat outside which was better as our son was in his wheelchair, the staff were overly helpful to begin with and things were going well, however when it came to payment I went inside and asked for the receipt before payment and noticed that this place had put a £14.00 service charge on top of the bill, I asked for this to be removed as I found it disgraceful to put on there tip without running it passed the customer 1st, if I was to tip them it would not of been put on my bill, Everyone needs to check their receipt before getting extra charges. Then once I had it removed and the original bill was shown I paid that of £95, the atmosphere from these people instantly changed, I asked to use the disabled toilet for my son and it was a tight squeeze in getting him to it, then to top it off the notice on the toilet stated it was out of order but there's more toilets down in the basement, Just how does a disabled person get down stairs to the basement??? This place would need to have a overhaul to let the customer know if they want to pay a service charge and not put on without knowing and staff attitudes to change.

First time I’ve been to a Hard Rock Cafe. I thought the ambiance was great with all the memorabilia hanging from the wall and ceiling from all famous pop artists like Elton John,Beetles to name a few. The music was a little loud, but maybe that’s just me. The food was amazing. Really tasty with decent portions. The staff are very friendly and efficient. If ever near a Hard Rock Cafe,it would be an experience to visit. Booking is essential.

The birthplace of one of the most beautiful franchises ever. However that franchise needs to get together and make it clear to there true fans what is going on with the unity program .... they made alot of their big fans unhappy with just stopping the rewards program and not sending the new number of the unity program..... its an absolute shame ..... please fix it fast ..... fix it now.. In the pictures you will stuff from the vault inside the rock shop across the street and the amazing dessert called the Apple cobbler .... all great stuff!! Greetz from a fan!

It was extremely busy because of "Pride Parade" food was lovely but felt waiter was too in our space and pressured my daughter to try and eat their beans even though she told him clearly she didn't like or want them on her plate. Made her feel very uncomfortable. Food was tasty and despite being busy was served quickly.

I was on all three of the Hard Rock restaurants in London and this one is by far the best. It’s the most loyal to the Hard Rock Cafe spirit. The staff is the nicest and the place is the coziest of the three. If you’re coming to London and want to choose one, select this one!

Took my mum to the hard Rock for her 60th birthday, she's a massive rock fan and we'd been when we had both been younger. Such a lovely resturant. You wait in the shop so you're not bored. Rock memorabilia everywhere. Service is great. Food is amazing and quite reasonably priced. They even put a candle in for her birthday. I'll be bringing her back for sure
