I'm an associate guest and enjoy a few nights a year here in Mayfair. If you are a fractional owner here you get to enjoy an allotted amount of stays in any one of the apartments/suites that fall into the grade you have paid for. And as serviced apartments you do not have to worry about upkeep as each apartment receives housekeeping similar to a hotel. This is highly useful if keeping a city-centre apartment is neither affordable or worth the hassle for a few visits each year. The building is beautiful and the communal areas grand with rich reds and deep woods. The apartments themselves contrast with lighter colours throughout and a luxury, but conservative aesthetic. The bathrooms are particularly nice and the kitchens are small but have almost everything apart from an oven. A particular highlight for me is the glassware. Bedding and bath towels are all from The White Company. The concierge staff are professional and helpful, willing to assist with booking taxis, reservations at restaurants, and if you wish to have any items of food and drink stocked up in your kitchen before arriving they will source that for you I believe, especially nice if you want to enjoy some chilled champagne or otherwise.. You can also store a limited amount of items in a crate and this will be placed in your booked apartment prior to arrival. The only drawback so far has been trying to book a time slot in December, when they will fill the apartments with outside paying guests and usually get booked up, so a slot that was technically paid for couldn't be redeemed. There didn't seem to be any warning on this either. Otherwise a great choice if you want a zero-maintenance stake in some central London property, in elegant surroundings but close to all the action.

Upscale in every respect. Great location with a 5-10 minute walk to the underground, parks, shops and dining. Absolutely 5 star staff and excellent concierge. Did not try the restaurant or bar. Gym and pool are off site at a partner Marriott.

The customer service is excellent. The staff is always warm, welcoming and cheerful. The amenities provided are outstanding. Room service is quite delicious. The location is in a central part of London where you have access to high end fashion, gourmet food, and a cab ride away from great entertainment. Highly recommend becoming a member or just simply staying here for vacation!

We've stayed here 2-4X per year for 7+ years. The service and staff are totally professional and always welcoming and attentive. The rooms vary considerably but we've stayed in many of them and they are all well appointed . The location is ideal 1 block from Hyde Park with excellent shopping and restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Amazing stay at Grand Residences by Marriott Mayfair. I have heard so much positive comments about this property and my partner and I truly enjoyed our stay. What a lovely home away from home, we have everything you need in the kitchen and perfectly located just steps away from shopping, groceries, restaurants to everything. It’s 47 Park Street - worth every single penny. This is not a hotel but a home with style. I would like to thank the concierge team doing a great job so helpful with my palace and theatre tickets. Will be back!

Stayed for 6 nights with my daughter. Great location and rooms set up especially for families with kids, kitchen is a dealmaker! But... no attention to a kind requests in reservation. Asked for possibility of higher floor, got the 1st floor... asked for two single beds, got king bed with two mattress on it which turned to setting up sofa sofa every night for my daughter by myself. Good in cleaning but unstainable in mamaging expectstions. One day they refill washing machiene tablets, another not. Do not refill coffee capsules at all which is first time in my experience while refill tea bags. Wifi broke one morning and lights did not work. They fix it but still... Overall, great location and good facility but attention to customers requests and experience is not aligned with 5 stars mark and quite high price! Can not call it 'fair value for money'.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time at the Grand Residences in beautiful Mayfair. The staff were very kind and helpful and made our stay a delight. We would look forward to a future visit!
