WORST HOTEL ON THE PLANET! Which hotel staff tells you... 'you never asked for hot water....' We checked into this hotel as soon as we went inside the room, there was a bad smell, regardless went to the bathroom there was NO HOT WATER so went down stairs complained at the reception and they told us... YOU NEVER ASKED FOR HOT WATER...' So we kindly requested them to please arrange another room for us that comes with hot water, so they arranged another room but the WC was a sharing one (but we paid for on suite bathroom) so again went downstairs and complained at the reception so they tell us, they don't have any other room available. So i told them i cant be asked messing about like this and wanted to be out of there immediately. I wanted to be refunded back on my credit card as i was cancelling my booking and looking else where for a hotel room. They told me the manager is not in and that my refund process will take 2-3 days. Its now been over one month and we are still waiting for our refund!!! SO STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! - PROPER COWBOY OPERATION!!!!!

Location close to the event, but area not great. The hotel was not great either, the curtain in the room was dirty, teared and some of it not on the curtain rod. The window was dirty with water and mould in between the double glazed. The heating was on but the radiator was noisy like water dripping. The water pressure was non existent, could not have a shower properly. Hot an cold water separate taps, either too cold or too hot! Install a mixed tap! Staff in the morning left their stuff in front of the staircase, not thought about anyone tripping over.

In general, an interesting place. Lots of colorful people around. We were advised to close the windows properly for the night. And warned that the hotel closes at 21:00. Breakfast is a normal English breakfast

Well, it's better than a squat, just! Perhaps I'm being a bit unfair as it served a purpose but I certainly wouldn't go back or recommend it to anyone and I did look for alternative accomodation after having checked in. I certainly wouldn't have let my wife and child stay there. The Good bits: Location for the tube station. The staff are nice and the bedding and towels were clean and in good condition The Bad: Nothing else seems overly clean and some things are just plain dirty. The bed/mattress, though reasonably new, are pretty cheap and far too soft so I sank into the bed - I actually slept OK but I'm sure my back wouldn't have put up with it for more than a night or two. The shower has extremely low pressure, you have to run it for 10 minutes to get it hot. There are signs of poor maintenance everywhere in the room that I stayed (room 201):- expanding foam use to fill gaps in the floor that have bloomed into protruding lumps; taped up electrical wires above a non functioning bathroom cabinet light; the ceiling light fitting is incomplete; the toilet flush handle is incomplete; the bracket for the shower head is broken; the shower door doesn't run in its track; the shower control handle is partly missing; the extractor fan doesn't work; the tile grouting has missing bits; the silicon sealer mouldy; very poor standard of painting and decorating... ...I could go on but you get the idea, I certainly have nothing else good to say about the condition of the place. I had thought I was getting a last minute deal since it was allegedly discounted from about £250/night to just under £40/night (without breakfast). However, I still felt like I was being ripped off. I'm not being snobby, I've stayed in Travelodge for about the same money and even the worst Travelodge is like The Hilton in comparison. AVOID!

When I read the reviews before booking I thought it wouldn’t be so bad. I was very wrong. Worst hotel I have ever been. We booked for 3 nights but we left after 1 night because it was so terrible. The shower was broken, there was a lot of noise the whole night, breakfast was bad, the room was very very dirty, the sink was nearly falling of the wall, and I can go on with the complaints. We went to the reception to ask if we could get a refund for the next two nights, the women helping us was very unfriendly and said we could fill in a form and we would maybe hear something at Monday (we where there at Friday). She was not allowed to call the manager in the weekend.... I would definitely not recommend this hotel. If I could sleep there for 10 pounds a night I would not do it. So the 80 pounds per night are a ridiculous price... check the photos if you want.

IT IS A DISASTER Mold - dirt - flies I have never experienced a hotel like this. 1st room not cleaned, the previous tenant basically still lived there. 2nd room - massive smell of feces 3rd room dirty like at Hempels under the sofa, only cold water in the shower (even after 5 minutes running), everything full of hair and also a bad smell that is only halfway tolerable with the window open. But you have the train clattering in your room every 10 minutes and the great station announcements. The whole hotel is full of flies and very run down. The showers are moldy, some rooms are too and smell massively of it! Other rooms cannot be locked. So that was an excerpt...

The hotel is warn, shabby and dirty, didn't want to touch anything, light fittings falling off, dirty around the skirting boards. The view from window old beds and mattresses, sheet was just placed over mattress no mattress protector! Walls dirty no head board on the bed, didn't attempt breakfast list goes on, the location and staff only thing that was good.

Not the best of hotels in the area. Rooms are tatty, the bathrooms aren't very clean and not much in the way of facilities. Not suitable for anyone disabled as there is no lift and access to rooms is up very narrow stairs with insufficient handrails. There's a lot of noise from outside. It's OK if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night. We didn't stay for breakfast but saw it being served as we were leaving in the morning and it looked quite nice.

This hotel was really a failure. First we were given a room that was already occupied. Our key to get into the hotel didn't fit and so we had to be lucky that another guest opened the door for us. In the other new room the shower didn't work. Unfortunately we had to wait more than 24 hours to complain about this because the reception was unfortunately not staffed. In order to be able to shower, we were given another room, so we could shower in this room, nice with a view of the Central Station, because the shower, which was just in one room, was right next to the window and unfortunately the curtain on the window didn't cover it everything. The breakfast wasn't the freshest either. Men came in and out of this hotel and disappeared into a nearby door. A lady who didn't work there stayed in the hotel all day, but wasn't responsible for anything, but interfered everywhere. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, I don't know how it got a seal from ''BOOKING''. The hotel is not clean, many things are broken. It's a shame, because if it were renovated and renovated and there were nice, experienced staff there, the beautiful house would really have potential

Very basic. Great location for Wembley stadium, however the room wasn't great. Bathroom window didn't shut, no holder for the shower head, couldn't lock my door from the inside. OK for a night after an event, probably wouldn't stay here again

Front of house staff were friendly however the hotel itself is terrible. Very dirty, socket fronts loose off the wall. It’s a shame with a little bit of money spent the rooms could be clean and modernised whilst still keeping it simple. Spend an extra £30 and stay somewhere else!

This hotel is not my cup of tea😣😣. I only come for night and was told breakfast is from 8-9am! Room is ok but the shower and face basin need to be upgraded, curtain cheap and tacky. Very noisy hallway. Carpet is disgusting. Was on top floor with no lift. Dont think i will come back again. Really disappointed with breakfast you are given 2 fried eggs and toast and baked beans

Stayed one night here. The room was okay we slept really good. The breakfast was awful we just got offered toast for the amount of money we paid for the room it's absolutely awful. Tables weren't clean and there wasn't much to choose from. My partner only drinks coffee and there wasn't any. We won't be staying here again

Having read some reviews about this palce i was worried about what I was in for, but needn't have been. I was staying in room 12 for one night. Staff were friendly and the room was reasonably clean. The window had been left open but was easily shut and the radiator was easy to figure out (although it sounded like running water when it was on). The bedding was a bit thin (it's a blanket rather than a duvet) but I prefer that to the heavy duvets you usually get in hotels. Do be aware the Wifi is only in the bar and not the rooms. Also breakfast is only 8-9am and I can't comment on the quality of the breakfast because I'd decided to go out for pancakes for breakfast instead. The bar also couldn't serve drinks yet although they are working on getting a license.

I've never given a negative review before, but now I have no other choice. I planned my trip to London and chose this hotel because I was looking for something cheap. Unfortunately, I'm far too used to the Austrian standards that I didn't even think about the fact that you could only get a place like this in the ghetto in London for this price. There was a smell in the whole house and it was dirty everywhere. The bathroom was so disgusting that I didn't shower for four days. The toilet flush in the room only worked once a day. Terrible location with lots of noise and noise at night. Actually I can't say anything positive about it.
