when arriving at the hotel we stood in reception for 10 minutes waiting for someone to check us in as there was no one there we also rang the reception but no one came the reception staff were very rude. when entering the room there were holes in the walls and a massive hole in one of the beds and stains along the side of them. the curtain wasn’t up properly to cover the window and when opening the wardrobe the door it fell off! very unclean room with a sticky unhoovered floor. toilets were absolutely disgusting one of them was covered in sick and the other had wee/poo in there also no toilet roll in any of the toilets! the noise was very loud was woken up at 2am by shouting and banging. When opening the microwave there were flies inside it and there was no bins provided in the room. overall this hotel is the worst place me and my friend have stayed in and i wouldnt recommended coming here! the only think we both liked was that the matress and pillows were comfortable but i wouldnt waste your money on this place

Avoid at all cost. It is tempting to go with the cheap price, but I have never seen such a dirty place. It stinks like smoke, everything is dirty, even the walls are dirty. The toilets and showers on the corridor are filthy and were not cleaned in the morning, contrary to the words of the receptionist.

Pathetic. Rooms are too much smelly and even widow pains are broken permitting extreme cold to enter. Quilts are badly smelling and almost rubbish quilts are covered by covers. I'd never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. I am afraid that there is no check and balance. Hotels in Pakistan are much more better than this. Disgusting and horrible experience. 🤒🤒🤧🤧

what's up with that hotel, what's up with that hotel. after a human visit to that hotel, does not pass a couple of days, and they devised 101 causes as a man to be robbed! even though you come to sleep with someone, you don't take anything, you didn't steal anything from that vibe, and you didn't break anything, I left everything as it is. And they gained 650 pounds for nothing. on used bed linen, and towels, and more because of the smell of the room! 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺and plus still and from me it requires 400 pounds and give as well for nothing. at the hotel no one lost everything is fine but still figured out how to envelop her. don't trust those little hotels, pay only with cash, not with a card 💳 I am are very angry 😤😤😤😤😤at the hotel🏨

Not the cleanest hotel and all furniture in room was broken and the curtains were only held on with a few hooks and coat hangers. Pillows were old and stained and as for the so called continental breakfast. 2 slices of bread and 1 small butter and 1 jam and a boiled egg. ( Note no toaster to toast bread). Microwave was very unsafe and not good. The place is used for council emergency housing and other charitable organisations to place people.

Terrible hotel! Smells like you live in a dumpster. I asked them to change my room and it smelled and they didn't.

Poor and high on extortion I travelled more than a hundred miles to this place on arrival I was told I have to pay a £50 fee for security measures which was not on the original page of booking.com so I was refused a room after travelling so far and I find this completely outrageous. Never in my whole life have I been treated so disrespectful and did not give me a refund. Poor customer service

There was bed bugs, we got our room changed 3 times and each time it got smaller and once we got a decent size room they asked for the key and changed it then gave us a smaller room and once we complained about the bed bugs they only said theyd spray the room and that was it, the bathrooms and hallways stink and no lift and knowingly gave us the highest room when we have 6 kids and many suitcases along with us and we have people over 50 with us.

Staff are ok, although I'm still waiting for the curtains I asked for when I moved in over a month ago. The room is on the ground floor with a double window, it does have net curtains over both windows but only one of the windows have a heavy curtain so you can see right in as soon as it gets dark outside and the very bright strip lights that are usually seen in offices get switched on. I've got 2 of my bath towels covering both windows now so I'm not as exposed.

Very dirty here, it's cheap of course and by this cheap price you'll get a small room with a low quality mattress (simple room), but need to be clean also I couldn't close the window properly, no soap in the bathroom (share bathroom) , around 6am the fire alarm start to make noise (very noisy). So very bad experience, I couldn't sleep because of opened window and due to the noise of the doors which, when closed, seemed to explode.

It's not the worst place I've stayed but it's not far off... Most of the reviews seem accurate, it does smell funny, cleanliness is a low priority, the room was noisy, the beds were terrible the furniture was falling apart there was no TV or WiFi which may have been a welcome distraction. Given 2 stars as it was warm and the sheets were clean.

The hotel is very poor and dirty. It has an unpleasant odor. I think it is from the smell of the carpets in the rooms and corridors. There are mice, the rooms are very small, and there is no wardrobe. There is also mold on the walls. And the worst thing about it is that the bathroom is shared between men and women. It is impossible for this hotel to be subject to standards. Health and safety.

A very bad, moldy place. The bathrooms are shared. The drinking of drugs in the bathrooms. In addition to the mold present everywhere, it is very bad and smells bad. In addition, the pictures that the hotel manager publishes differ from reality. The dirtiest place I have seen.
