You feel like you're in America :) Burgers can be put together individually. Toppings can be freely designed. You can also refill your drinks as often as you want and peanuts are free. The burger tasted very good 👍

I would give 10 stars if I could. This Five Guys is the best restaurant that Ive ever eaten at. It deserves to at LEAST be a 3 Michelin star restaurant. The quality of food and service was amazing and their kindness caused my heart to figuratively double in size.

I had an exceptional dining experience at this burger joint in London. The burgers were absolutely delicious, and what made it even more memorable was the unexpected treat of a complimentary milkshake. To add to the charm, a kind lady struck up a conversation with me in Spanish, making the visit feel warm and welcoming. This restaurant not only serves mouthwatering burgers but also adds a touch of hospitality that sets it apart in the heart of London.

Five Guys is what Five Guys is - once you try it you'll know that they do great burgers and fries - although not cheap. So the only difference between branches of this generic restaurant is the cleanliness and friendliness of the place - this one is ok - being on Ken High St it gets a lot of footfall and is not the most chilled place to eat. Groundnuts are good though.

This is the worst burger now after being one of the best. The fries are old, cold and burnt. Unbelievable low quality at a high price. Forget this place. DO NOT ORDER from them.. you will find better literally anywhere else.

Fresh ingredients fill these burgers, paired with hand made chips (fries) fried in peanut flavored oil, nothing less than some of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The milkshake was a bit rich and hard to drink as it is too thick. Perhaps sitting area could be more generous, it feels too much like a fast food joint but the food is anything but.

We love five guys, have visited tons, and will always go back to them. But whilst on a short break in London we went to this one late one night with our 2 little hungry kids. The guy serving asked us whilst we were waiting for the food.... "Do you get many black folks where you're from?" Such an odd question that made us feel really awkward. Why was it a relevant question to ask when we're ordering burgers and milkshakes? Strange! It seemed he enjoyed asking it, and I got the impression it happens regularly.

Best I've ever had from a 5 guys... Literally insane. Bugers were fat and perfectly cooked, bacon crispy and loads of it. Insanely generous with the chips as per usual. £4.something for a drink is a bit steep tho!...

I dont usually go to Five guys but this one is close to me and i wanted to try again but this time i was really happy that i did.I had very tastey burger in Five Guys this time chips were really good which i always liked but burger was fantastic i had little of complementary salted nuts while waiting for the burgers that was also different.This was my third time in Five Guys first two i didnt like it but this was super Im really fun of Shake Shack burgers but if i cant find Shake Shack I definitely would go to Five Guys.

Visited on Saturday, lunch time. Less crowded and cheaper than Five Guys near South Kensington. Nice burgers that you can customise and a lot of good fries in regular portion. For me, great compared to other fast foods. Small minus as the tables should be cleaned more often.

Great location, burgers were juicy, fries were seasoned just right. I would say that prices are significantly higher than in the states. What is normally $60-$65 back home was $105 here.

I absolutely loved this place. Lovely lovely friendly staff, chatting to the public and each other sets a great atmosphere. The music is fantastic. I don’t think I heard a bad track. The food is wonderful. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Massive portion of chips, really big tasty burger and a refill drink. The toilets were clean and the venue really nice to sit in. Oh and you get free peanuts in shells. Can’t wait to go back again.

Food was made quickly and by polite staff but the food hygiene was poor. Staff member without mask sneezed over food preparation area and did not wash hands. Then I found a hair in my chips which was all a bit off putting. Mentioned my complaint to five guys who were only interested in trying to single out the staff member rather than improve hygiene standards/management of restaurant in general. Was offered no refund despite throwing most of my food away.

Had an absolutely great experience, Big Sam was amazing and the customer service from him was enough alone to make me come back. He even put a bit of extra malt in my milkshake because I said I loved it (milkshake was delicious).

an amazing place to eat with your friends. The price is average. the hog dogs + the milkshakes are so good. I suggest to eat it at lunch, and eat it inside five guys it’s a better experience.

Amado is one of the best staff members, his smile and service makes my day every time and keeps me coming to see him. Today I came in with a friend to have milkshake and it was lovely, he makes good mixtures of flavours together just right!

I was here on Saturday and couldn’t have been happier! 10/10 for the super nice and witty man behind the counter who really took care of my needs and set me up with crunchy fries with mushroom-topping and a crunchy side salad. He really made sure to get the best out of the menu for me, thanks a lot! This really made my day - great customer engagement!! 💯💪🏾

Best Five Guys I have ever been. The staff makes a huge difference when you go to a place, and here you have the best people. And off course, the burgers were amazing as usual 🙂

Like all Five Guys it used to be very good, however it is deteriorating rapidly, soggy burgers and cold fries I can tolerate once but this is becoming the norm. FG’s seem to have forgotten their USP and have adopted a take it or leave it attitude, whilst still charging an increasing premium. Time to look elsewhere for my weekly burger fix.

Five Guys Burger and Fries are a delight, they cook their burgers fresh and without timers so all their burger flippers are expert burger flippers. It's a little on the pricey side for fast food but the burgers are so good you can't really help yourself from going back time after time. It's everything you want from a burger and infinitely customisable.

Oreo milkshake is great, bacon cheeseburger is tasty but could be a little warmer, the top bun felt cold which for the price is dissapointing. However main let down is the chips, most ok but there was several burnt and green chips at the bottom of the bag. They need to be stored and checked properly as this is concerning.

Fast service. Drink machine fully working. Clean toilets. Plenty of seating if you head downstairs. Very good standard Five Guys.

Honestly they do it perfectly every time! The perfect greasy burger done right! US diner atmosphere with the ultimate music soundtrack filling as the ambience. It all amounts to the ultimate fast, efficient and mostly importantly delicious American burger experience!
