Double
charged
and
no
refund
I
was
wrongfully
charged
for
my
meal
twice.
I
spoke
to
the
manager
immediately
but
was
assured
that
only
one
pending
transaction
will
come
through.
In
a
couple
of
days,
I
found
out
that
the
money
was
taking
from
my
account
twice.
I
tried
to
call
them
but
no
luck
–
they
do
not
pick
up
the
phone.
I
wrote
to
Burger
King
customer
service
and
I
was
told
that
I
have
no
choice
but
go
to
the
restaurant
again
and
they
sent
me
a
list
of
what
I
need
to
bring.
On
the
weekend
spending
my
precious
time
I
came
back.
To
my
surprise,
I
was
told
by
the
manager
that
the
information
which
I
was
told
to
bring
by
Customer
service
is
not
enough.
Now
I
need
to
bring
something
else
-
a
printed
photocopy
of
my
bank
statement.
The
bottom
line
-
they
waisted
my
time,
waisted
my
money
for
my
journey
back
to
the
restaurant
and
now
they
would
like
I
will
waist
more
time
and
more
money
to
get
my
refund.
It
means
that
my
refund
is
going
to
cost
me
more
than
the
refund
itself.
What
a
mistake
I
made
to
come
there
for
a
meal!
I
was
a
loyal
customer
for
many
years
but
I
am
afraid
not
anymore.
Awful
experience!
Clearly,
the
customer
is
not
King
at
Burger
King.
