    - An okay place, staff could try to be nice and smile it won't hurt anyone.. they are always in a rush ao that's why.. - Some of the food was not hot. - There is a place for kids to play inside (was not open when I did visit)

    The worst Burger King ever!!! The drinks machine is always out of cherry Dr Pepper! The self ordering machine usually are out of service, the black guy with the dreads is the worst! Absolutely useless. And the food is pants. Worse than mc Donald’s! Some burger kings are good but this one is the worst! Dirty tables useless staff!

    I did order the food and what I recived wasn't eatable at all . Burger ban was dry the burger patty wasnt cooked enough not enough salad inside the burger not happy at all . they must definitely check food quality because what I did receive it wasn't look like food to me .

    Pretty poor . Self service tills had 1 out 3 working but nothing labelled so time wasted by many to attempt. Queue waiting to order was extensive as a result. Steakhouse burger & fries were brilliant when I did get them and there was a good atmosphere with people who had all enjoyed their food . Place was let down by the staff . Needed to get a grip as the custom was certainly there and certainly hungry . Headless chicken is the phrase

    Ive always loved Burger King better taste than other providers . But my last visit around 22.00 on Thursday was disappointing. Wasnt happy with the service so laid back they could have been horizontal if seemed like an effort to be served (drive through) it seemed like the burgers were just slapped together spent over £30.00. Was not happy when i got home

    This place is not as busy as the one I normally go to in London, I can understand why the food is not warm usually when I’m there. I like the staff, very friendly and always helping get the best deal possible. Very joyful and sometimes stressful staff. We must as a customer support them and encourage them, they have always did what I have asked and more. Cleaning the table or bringing the food to me and so on! They need respect! We need good service! Let’s do our part as customers! Always give chance !!! 🥰

    If you want to see what disappointment tastes like, head to BK and order the peppercorn sauce burger. Looks nothing like the picture and the cardboard box my chips came in was more edible. Picture shows the amount of sauce you actually get

    Very poor. I got the Bacon Double Cheese XL burger, plus Cheesy Bacon Loaded Fries too. Normally this is a really good burger, but this one wasn't. It was dry and pretty flavourless. It didn't seem fresh. The loaded fries were rubbish too. They around £4 and were just very poor. They were just their regular fries with a few bits of cheese and bacon on them, very sparse topping and not a decent sauce to be mixed up in. Try Wendy's for decent loaded fries.

    An absolute rip off, hardly any fries and a security breach was observed on my last visit when my card receipt was on show along with other people's for all too see!! Obviously a clear gross management decision who couldn't care less when i bought the matter to his attention, and not to mention how dirty the place is with flies everywhere. Just a truly disgusting place and staff talk constantly in their language so you don't stand a chance!!

    We ordered online and when going to pick it up they couldn’t find our order. Once they finally did, the food was nice and hot - but it shouldn’t take 20mins. Hopefully just a one off issue.

    Very busy and long wait times. Plus the latest item, bacon loaded fries, were out of stock! Took the food home to eat, and I must say, it was disappointing. The cheesy fries for £3.19, were pathetic - just a melted processed cheese slice which didn't even cover many of the fries. The burgers, were tasty, but dried out, not succulent at all. The bacon inside it looked undercooked, not browned or crispy. Considering the exhorbitant prices that BK charge, I expected much better.

    Burger King is my favourite place great restaurant. Fantastic Great food always taste delicious. The only downside is you cannot use your Van in driver. Very, very tight turn with the stupid bollard, they put in. Bad lighting in drive through on one side the other side is good. Apart from that restaurant, staff are all good.

    Horrible experience, order from Uber eats around 19 00h- they delivered someone else's order from 15 00h....very rude on the phone when I called to ask after the driver suggested it. Never anymore!

    You should definitely improve your app. I've order through the burger king app and have to wait for my order over an hour and half. This is a bit ridiculous to be honest.

    Complete waste of money. Waited over 10 minutes in an empty restaurant for my food and it was stone cold bascially inedible. Don't waste your money. KFC, McDonald's and any other fast food restaurant are better. Should be closed down permanently. Staff are rude and have a don't care attitude. Toilets are hardly ever clean. Waste of money and waste of land having this restaurant here. Should be turned into something people can actually enjoy. Would give -1 star if possible

    Place is dirty, rubbish all over the floor, asked for help with the order screens as they were not allowing me to add soft drink, that was available in other meals... just not working correctly order at the till, queued at till. Waited an usually long time for food. On giving me my order I asked where the kids activity was... he said we ran out.. I asked why he didn't tell me that when I ordered as I have paid for it... he said he didn't realise then... although when he put my order together didn't look for one 🤔. Food was cold.. service poor, place dirty, need sorting.

    First time trying burger King. I thought it may be worth the higher price. Ordered the Angus Burger Meal BUT The burger patty was burned almost to a crisp and very dry, it was disappointing. Surely there should be some sort of quality control, as that patty should not have left the kitchen. Won't be ordering from them again.

    I always visit this Burger King for its well served food and great customer service. Food is always ready on time and hot, always get asked if I need any extra side or upgrade to my burger. Lovely atmosphere, would recommend getting your family here for a nice and quick meal.

    Overall, it was an okay experience. I visited with my son, just before (it seemed) the lunch time rush. It was not busy, but there was only two touch screens working and it was only until I was leaving that they fixed it. There seemed to be little emotion from the guy calling out orders, like he'd rather be somewhere else. No problems with the food and the atmosphere. Would go back, seemed a nice change from other food outlets

    The burger and the chips were cold when handed to me. I asked for a new order. Hot! Made there on the spot for me. Not taken from the shelf having been made previously and certainly not a Burger King Cheeseburger: supposedly showing off its food… The food was obviously sitting there waiting to be bought. Nasty! When I received the replacement burger and chips, the chips were new and hot. But the cheeseburger was obviously the original one. Not bothered to make a proper one that was hot and custom made! No attempt to improve the product! SHAME!!! Whoever owns that store should be ashamed and be given a warning from the brand! It was a shocking experience for a global brand and a failure of a portrayal.

    Absolute rubbish. Every single time I go to ask for the Oreo ice cream they tell me the machine is broken. Have gone 3 times over the last 6 months. Each time they say It's not working, or it needs cleaning. Yet they have a massive poster in the window advertising this very ice cream that they are unable to serve. What's the point of advertising something in your window when you can't serve it. I bet I can walk in tomorrow and it's still broken. Get it sorted.

    I visited this place today and the freestyle machine is honestly so amazing! You can take the drink as many times as you wish. Will definitely go again! I highly recommend this store for a quick meal

    I went to this place and I’m usually a big fan of this Burger King, I asked for chicken nuggets I think he gave me old nuggets because they didn’t feel fresh, new and it felt rotten I feel sick now won’t be back for a while until you sort out the issues that make a huge difference to customers. Especially me I’ve been coming to this Burger King for a long time. I expect you to keep me happy and make me fresh food not old food from someone else’s plate well who knows!!

    Go to this Burger King if you want food poisoning. I ate at roughly 3 in the afternoon yesterday it’s now 9 the next morning and I’m still vomiting etc. this Burger King has a bad reputation already and that was the final nail in the coffin. Never will I eat from this place again.

    They ignore customers ask them to go to kiosk and place your order. Queues unmanageable the manager is enjoying his life by doing whatever he wants as it's his own business. Zero regard for food hygiene.

    Double charged and no refund I was wrongfully charged for my meal twice. I spoke to the manager immediately but was assured that only one pending transaction will come through. In a couple of days, I found out that the money was taking from my account twice. I tried to call them but no luck – they do not pick up the phone. I wrote to Burger King customer service and I was told that I have no choice but go to the restaurant again and they sent me a list of what I need to bring. On the weekend spending my precious time I came back. To my surprise, I was told by the manager that the information which I was told to bring by Customer service is not enough. Now I need to bring something else - a printed photocopy of my bank statement. The bottom line - they waisted my time, waisted my money for my journey back to the restaurant and now they would like I will waist more time and more money to get my refund. It means that my refund is going to cost me more than the refund itself. What a mistake I made to come there for a meal! I was a loyal customer for many years but I am afraid not anymore. Awful experience! Clearly, the customer is not King at Burger King.

    Just got a drive through meal and unfortunately not impressed. Most of our order was left on bags for about 5 minutes waiting for 1 item. When finally the complete order was ready and handed over we had a quick check and noted that they had given us a milkshake instead of a coke. On arriving home, we further noticed one item missing and most of our food cold. So disappointed and will defo reconsider going there again.

    Would like to say what a generally nice man that helped us from Burger King Merton. Our order was basically taken by the delivery driver, he helped my daughter, with everything she needed to do. Thank you so much, we really appreciate all your help.

    terrible staff. rude and unprofessional. Young girl behind the till kept loudly joking and 'bantering' basically insulting other members of staff and started loudly talking about how bad the food I ordered was and how it 'tasted absolutely disgusting' about 2 ft away from me. staff need some customer service training. I can't believe the manager would let staff act like this. no wonder the food is terrible and they got my order wrong! they were all busy laughing and chatting away then had the audacity to blamed me saying I 'spoke too quietly' instead of just apologising

    Was hoping for improvement after a refurb. Nothing changed. Poor customer's service, staff disoriented, don't bring any attention to customers and don't look like they even want to be there. Issue with Ice cream still not fixed ( even after refurb) - used to take my son for ice creams ( well we tried - 5 attempts - always machine broken ( one time no spoon 😂 - gave up now). Though I ll give another chance after refurb - but really don't bother. Also, standard of food always was under the BK standard. I won't be returning. Just cant be bother to deal with it.
