Expensive and dead. Empty most nights and clueless bar-staff. £15 Entry for everyone plus a 60p charge for using your card... which is illegal and has been for years... music wasn't great, the bar staff, for the most part, didn't know what they were doing in terms of making drinks. No drinks served with any type of garnish whether it be lemon, lime, orange peel etc. Minimum £10 spend. 2 doubles costs 28.50. Wouldn't go back! They should scrap the entry fee, especially during these times, have new, or classic music and none of this weird music that only a hand full of people prefer. And better train the super young staff in how to serve drinks! Be careful with these fake reviews giving 4 stars with no faults..most likely a force employee.

It's bad, they pushed me away. Took my friends and thier wives to this place thinking it will be good fun but the security pushed me and friends away, said it's private Portuguese event. When is said don't touch and push to which one of the security personal was humble and apologies but then another one came and said if you don't leave I too will push you away. Metropolitans police should take action against them. Date 11:02:23 around 11:30 Pm .

I attended a club event on Saturday 26th Feb and we was left outside for over 2 hrs because of the unorganised security team, I even lost my jacket in the cloak room. The security team did not organise the line for everyone to get in. They allowed people to push in. It wouldn’t be so bad if the weather was nice however it was freezing. They had one scanner surely faces could afford to get another scanner. Also there was no female security team only one lady who was scanning our ID’s Never again only because of the security

Last night on this day Friday 2nd June At 12:35 as I was hit by the security and have brain damage and lost my hearing left side right now I’m in critical condition in hospital I’m from uk and cannot hear went for a good holiday became a nightmare I will take further action to police and federal investigators I will not leave this like this a bouncer can’t hit you for no reason

No ID so no entry. I traveled for a special e ent that was held there and the doormen denied access to one DJ and two MCs. I was also turned away even though I have a copy of my passport on my phone. I wouldn't recommend or go back there.

Tried to call 10x times before opening and during !! Nobody picked up to answer one simple question and save us a trip all the way there ! Not worth going! Recommend to stay as far away as possible. Many more affordable and 100% better places near by!

Visited the new and renovated Faces Leisure. It has completely changed and absolute class. I love the new brunch feature which they have implemented and they provide for those who are Gluten intolerant so I had no issues with ordering food plus it was super yummy. The staff were really helpful and polite. I can't wait to return back for another night out!!!!!!!!

WOW!! What A transformation The Famous Faces Club Is Back and powerful Player Again. i attended the saturday brunch food & bottomless drinks were very good. Music and entertainment spot on. after brunch we party till 2am. very sore head the next day. Cant wait to book my birthday there in september.

Racist bouncers. 6 of us 3 males 3 females tried to enter. The first doorman said sure £20 each. Then the bald white bouncer behind him shook his head and said no we close in half an hour at 12:30am on a Saturday night…. It says 3am online. After we left I saw 4 women walk straight in. The place looked empty as well. Our group was very polite and even asked where else they recommend to go in the area as we are from out the area they weren’t helpful at all. Very rude wouldn’t recommend.

Love this place! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Never had a bad night there. The brunches are so much fun & it looks incredible after the refurb!

2330 on Friday,empty club and we was told it’s fully booked,however when you try to book there is no booking sistem:))) If you in that area there are few other places around but avoid this place at large

Security was very rude and people on the door will come up with a price in order to enter an empty club. Horrible music and very unprofessional. I would def not bother wasting my time in this horrible place

A wonderful Company Christmas night out , door staff were great felt very safe. service was perfect + the music always a bonus The venue look s amazing after the refurb, will be back soon. Merry christmas to the Faces team keep it up x

Fantastic music with space to dance. .its probably because we booked the VIP area. Otherwise the dance floor was a little crowded. They even had some entertainers. Fantastic night with drinks flowing! Decor is modern so you are made to feel like your in a city of London night club.

I find it astonishing that someone can make a comment or review on this establishment with the last 17 months as they closed in January 2020 for refurbishment and only opened a few weeks ago We went there to watch England on a food and drinks package, we had burgers and beers the food was fantastic and the atmosphere even in the current restrictions was amazing Best night ever highly recommend It was the next best thing to a live match The screens are massive and the sound was phenomenal, best fun ever 😍😍🍾🍾🍾💃💃

Could do with improving the name and design. I saw not nice faces outside and inside.

Very unprofessional staff, especially on the door. We were waiting for a while outside for the security to come up with a price in order to enter indoors and meanwhile club was empty. Very rude and place nothing special

they are not allowing Asians as I guess cause tried couple of times and security is saying not for you without any reason. Its better to goto central London instead of trying this low pubs.

Didn’t think it would be the same, but it was better!! I’ve been going Faces for years and had some of the best nights there, I was worried after hearing about it being refurbished that it wouldn’t be the same…. But it was amazing. The inside and decor of the club puts all the West End clubs to shame, the sound system was amazing and it was good to see people out partying again. I recognised a few of the old regulars mixed in with a fresh trendy crowd. New cocktails were tasty and drinks not too pricey considering….. Glad to have my regular haunt back.

I have been a regular at Faces nightclub for many years now, when they shut for the refurbishment I was absolutely gutted, unfortunately the pandemic hit & it took longer to re open, but I can safely say it was well worth the wait! I have been to the brunch on a few different Saturday’s & it didn’t disappoint! The food was good quality but mainly the drink value for money was fantastic! The bubbles/cocktails are kept flowing by the really lovely staff, nothing is too much! The management walk round & check everyone is happy & say hello to people personally which is a lovely touch. I have also been since the club was able to reopen with no social distancing & had some great nights, with great music! The door staff are really friendly/welcoming which is nice to see as some clubs they can make you feel intimidated before you’ve even stepped inside but not the Faces door team! Me & my friends are weekly regulars again & we are very happy to have the best club in Essex back open :)

Came here for the face’s anniversary and haven’t been here in years. The new refurbishment is outstanding, very lovely venue, friendly staff and excellent door team, they made us feel very welcome

It was my second time at "Faces" my good friend Wayne Dlux had his birthday bash there and had a great night. I'd recommend Face's to anyone looking for a good night out.
