On the fourth day of our stay, when we went back to the guest house and found out the staff had entered our room without permission. The staff told us there was water leakage issue in our room stemming from the bathroom on the upper floor and he put heaters and buckets in our room. In the process, two of my t-shirts were carelessly discarded in the rubbish bin. It is unacceptable that we were not alerted to the situation. We had valuable items, such as clothing, bags, and wallets, in our room, which unfortunately some were soaked in water due to the water leakage. The bed was partly soaked in water leaked from the bathroom upstairs, we decided to move out and ask for refund for the next day. The Indian lady, which is the manager, instead of offering a genuine apology for the inconvenience and damage caused, she displayed disinterest and said “I don’t want to talk”, which was really disrespectful. She also kept talking to the staff standing beside “she’s trying to be smart”, and assuming we don’t understand English, this discriminatory behaviour, was highly unprofessional and left a lasting negative impression. Besides that, when we asked for explanations of why her staff put our shirts on rubbish bin, she blamed us that we should have come prepared with extra clothes for our travels. Do note that throughout our conversation, the manager failed to extend a single apology. Lastly, the manager promised that she will refund on the day we checked out, but I only get my refund when I kept complaining and contacting Agoda and this took the guest house two months to refund the fee.

I never got to stay there because the check-in counter closes at 11pm and you will be locked out. They don't tell you or warn you at all which is apparent from all the aggressive signs they have posted on the front door. Plus the neighborhood it is in is definitely not safe at night and I had to look around for another place to stay. What a waste of money. Never got through to customer service either.

The room was dirty and smelly. Bathroom was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in my life. Poo in the toilet, dirt all around the walls, dirty sink with black stains and the cherry on the top was freshly painted shower which left white stains all over your body, especially feet. Kitchen was filthy too, someone eslses dirty cutely left in the sink for us to wash. Dust everywhere. Beds had stains, there was shattered glass on the floor, luckily we've spotted it while going out so we had shoes on, I can't imagine what would've happened if we were walking bare feet.. In the morning tho we've noticed we do not need to go to the kitchen to fill up the kettle, our neighbours from above would do it for us while taking a shower. Water was leaking through a light socket on the ceiling. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Unless you look for extreme adventures.

This was the cheapest room I found for a flight connection we had in London. Conveniently localized at walking distance from tramway station. Shower and faucets are not well maintained.

Cheap and cheerful little place that was exactly what was needed to crash after an event we attended at Gunnersbury park. Pillows not the best, but quite a comfy bed overall. It's not luxury, but you're not paying luxury prices! We parked our car in one of the 4 spaces in their gated car park (first come first served so we were fortunate!) private bathroom, bottle of water provided, plus soap and shampoo in the room - we didn't actually use the shower so cannot comment on whether this was any good or not. Noticed the shared kitchen but didn't use this either. Overall a pleasant stay at a bargain price for the area and would stay again if we had need.

Pungent smell in the hallways and uncontrollable heating in the rooms, it was way too hot inside. Plenty of hot water. Overall it's okay for the price you pay.

Probably one of the worst B&B's I've ever stayed in. Tiny and dingey with an extremely uncomfortable bed. Nothing like the advertised room.

Absolute horrible place. Lack of car parking space small room only choice of shower was scalding hot or freezing cold if it was not for the fact that my colleague and myself were tired after being at work all day we would have gone home. Thank God it was only for one night and it was my company that paid for it not me.

they cancel your booking without telling you, just because you don't show up. and they are not prepared to refund you, they then let your room to someone else for more money.

Great location in Ealing, 2 minutes from Piccadilly and 10 min from Central and Elizabeth. Room was decent, but not happy with the way it was cleaned . The worst part of the stay was the person staying above us. Zero respect for quiet hours and decency. We complained but nothing was done. Thin walls so hearing loud talk, coughing, spitting and constant walking at 3-5 AM is not pleasant.

big plus: parking at the front of the building, relatively comfortable beds, minuses: microscopic everything, rooms, bathrooms, TV, noisy fan in the bathroom and a falling shower head

I was looking for a budget accommodation and some where decent to stay. This place exceeded all my expectations. It was super value for money, the room was very clean and well maintained, staff was very friendly and welcoming & helpful. Location was also excellent. Only 2 minutes walking distance to the south ealing underground train station and plenty of shopes & restaurants all around. I will definitely stay here everytime I visit London. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality 🙏🏽

Basic, but great accomodation for couple of days in London. Great access to tube, metres away. Temporarily lost keys. Owner stayed up for hour past closing to let us in!! Life saver. Parking by hotel. Will stay again. Bargain

It is very basic but has everything you need at a ridiculously low price! Very close to the Tube station and got some lovely pubs and cafes all near it. We even parked at the front of the gated building for free. What a bargain for a cheap visit to London.

The room was spacious, and the owner helpful. Bathroom is a little small but it worth the price. Area is really good.

Very affordable rates. Neat, easy to access and less than 5 minutes walk from the South Ealing train station. Nice and friendly manager. We must come back again and again!

Dirty sheets, cramped, bathroom not clean when we got there. In one week they emptied the trash only once. Had to remind them twuce to leave shampoo packets.

Rooms a little dirty and staff didn't answer the door for check in, until I had to come look for them out the back but pleasant enough and I did checkin last minute. A little noisy at 11pm but soon quieted down but positives like the room had a small TV and fridge, towels, soap and clean bathroom. It was also warm and tidy.

Aron was a very friendly and helpful guest. The room was clean and cozy, and in a very calm neighborhood. We really enjoyed Ealing, which is quite small but full of life.

Writing a review is not something I normally do but but my last stay, I feel, deserves a few lines at the very least. During the past 25 years I have travelled frequently to many different parts of the world and have experienced a whole range of accommodation types which include AirB&B, luxury hotels and guest houses. I can say with all sincerity that I do not recall a more peaceful and comfortable stay to the one I experienced

Not the cleanest of places. Shame, had all the makings of a great place.
