    Worst experience to be banking with. For anything and everything you have to visit the branch which is bit strange for a bank operating in UK. That is because the internet banking works rarely, every 6 months you have to change passwords and even if you didn't used your account for couple of months the passwords are blocked. After 10- 15 mins of hold you finally get through to the customer service who will try her best to find the fault with the customer. Experience in Branch - No parking available, waiting period of 30 mins at least ( personal experience 3 times) The person looks at you and at the form then asks you your postcode which you have written on the form, makes you sign 2 - 3 times( strange security check methods). Finally a password comes by post after 5 days but with an acknowledgement receipt which you have to sign and send it back and hope your account is reactivated after all this. Moral of the story - Don't expect things to be sorted quickly.

    We've been accounts with PNB in Central India since over 20 years and opened both Business + Personal accounts in the Southall branch since they startered their UK operations. The staff is always very helpful.

    I have a saving account, which was deactivated by this bank for not using it for a few months. They asked me to submit documents to re-activate the account. I submitted all documents 2 weeks ago. Still my account is not activated. Horrible service. Their call centre /customer service is hopeless, not giving any solution.

    My account was opened on reffered bases to get my banking needs to be Delivered In UK and Globally I. E. India,America, Canada,Australia and Europe Disappointed never worked anywhere except U.K. In U.K. my accounts are frozen never been sent any notice I need to transfer Ten thousand pounds still in am waiting since may I visited Southall branch several times told still waiting to action from head office July is coming to end Spoke to customers service many times to various people NO LUCK SO FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY TRANSFERRED.     If i could give them 0 stars i would but i digress. If you're thinking of opening an account with them, DON'T. I also don't understand why they have a phone number shown on this page because that phone line is non-existent - no one picks up or they transfer you to the 'customer line' who you have to explain your situation to again, which then contact the branch to tell them the issue - but in reality that doesn't happen. I don't actually think anyone in this branch communicates with each other because the sheer amount of times i have had to go to the branch to give various documents, had to call them and try to get my issue sorted out was so exhausting, i would rather eat bricks for lunch everyday. Imagine starting from the beginning and having to regurgitate EVERYTHING, EVERY TIME because no one wants to read up on your issue before they blindly call you. Only when i threatened to close my account did they 'prioritise' me but oh lord that took a speedy 4 months to be exact. The only reason that i am still with them is because i don't have many options. If i could, i would rather give my money to a 5 year old than them. At least the kid's likely to remember my problem.

    Don't use this bank, worst customer service, charge for everything, they will keep freezing the account and then charge until they loot all the money in the account

    If I can give them any star below one I will give. Completely useless. After a long time finally got the person to open an bank account but again useless. Took me more than two hours to fill forms by self and to do nearly 100 signatures. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU CAN
