I come here regularly, and although the actual garden center is lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant is appalling. I come with my dog and so sit in the dog friendly area and every single time without fail, I have to go up to the desk and ask 2-3 times if I can order. The main restaurant is busy with staff buzzing around, yet the dog friendly area always has dirty tables and is rarely serviced. Whatever system, or lack of, that they use here, it does not work. If you are understaffed and cannot service all the areas then allow your customers to go up and order.

Beautiful plants and goodies. One of the dirtiest coffee shops. Food all over tables. Crumbs all over. Floor under tables full of kids messy bits. Was too embarrassed to take a photo as I did not want it on my says out list.

I went to this garden centre as it's local, was a little put off by some of the negative reviews but thought I'd give it a go. It's tidy, well laid out and the staff were very helpful. Bob helped me choose some rose bushes and gave me some guidance on how to look after them. Niall offered and proceeded to push my trolley to my car for me as I was also carrying my baby and the drive through part is genius and quick. Really happy with my visit, I look forward to going back!

This garden centre was much better when it was Woodcote Green garden centre. The Dobbies brand seems more concerned with making money than providing good service. We had lunch while we were there. They put us in a seat and ignored us for 20 minutes. When we finally got someone to take our order 2 of the meals we wanted had sold out. Not a good experience. I’m not sure we’ll shop there again.

Very nice and very big . They have very little fruit plants. Good collection s of garden accessories, pots and garden chairs etc. The coffee place was nice and clean. There are toilets in the restaurant which is very handy after long shopping. 😀. Soft play area for kids.

Talk about indoor, outdoor plants pots they have a large variety. Good selection of pond fish. Another chain of aquatic center inside. First visit after a recent chain take over. They have Sainsbury's inside on top of their deli and produce. Indoor soft play area (charges apply) with nice café. Bigger café and restaurant. I see people complaining a lot about running out of specific food. I see this is early days and room for their estimate to be better. I can't comment on cheaper prices as not many garden center around. Definitely a place to spend good time and decorate your home and garden.

One stop place for all your gardening needs! You can pick up good bargains if they have reduced prices or special offers. Staff are quite helpful and friendly.

The garden centre is nice and it’s worth having a club card. But my god queueing for coffee is PAINFUL. It’s incredibly slow no matter how many people are in the queue and we’ve given up on several occasions. It’s about time they improved this and ran it more efficiently.

First time back to this garden centre since leaving the area to find its no longer independent and is now a bland, corporate dump with staff wandering around like extras from the walking dead. Never had to queue up 40 mins for a coffee before. Free tables everywhere but still standing around to get seated. I won't go on, just won't ever be back and strongly suggest you swerve it and try and find a business that wants your trade. Granted, food is cheaper but quality is no better than average. Didnt get as far as looking at the plants but it just seems a shadow of what it was before being bought out.

It is really nice place full of pretty flowers and plants to choose from. They have a great variety of garden decorations and accessories too. Great for both - adults and kids, with cafe, playground and softplay.

Perfect place for those who love gardening and want to spend a day browsing and shopping for your home and garden needs. Huge variety in this large garden centre and highly recommended visit if you are in the Wallington or Woodcote area. You can run up a huge bill fairly easily.

Very impressed with what was woodecote nurseries. We took my mother out for an afternoon wonder unfortunately it was raining but it did not spoil the afternoon. We ate in the restaurant and we are so impressed with the food and staff serving. My mother had fish and chips and the portion was huge the fish was white and the chips crisp and fluffy the rest of the food was perfect and it was not overpriced. We needed a wheelchair for my mother as she is 94 and we asked one of the staff if they had any the member of staff was polite and even went and brought back a wheelchair for my mother. Debbie's thank you for a great afternoon and keep doing what you are doing you should be a model for other businesses.

Lovely place for houseplants, a lot for gardens and landscapes. Seen that we have a plant of the month, adding pics of anthuriums. The place has an amazing restaurant, cafe and food hall. A nice place to spend a few hours. Also with a play area for children.

I was hoping to see more Christmas decorations but overall I enjoyed my visit to this garden centre. If you have a Dobbies plus card there are some good offers otherwise quite pricey. I couldn't find any of the plants advertised in the brochure but was told they hadn't arrived yet. It has two small coffee shops and one restaurant but I still waited over half an hour for a coffee even though there was only three people in the queue!!

It's huge. Great variety of all sorts of stuff. Amazing flower selection. Food great, although they the restaurant had run out of a considerable amount of stuff. The staff in the restaurant were efficient, but not very engaging or happy looking. They weren't rude, just miserable looking. When we paid for our flowers, the young lady serving us then was very sweet and polite.

First experience at the cafe for a birthday lunch with my mum. Terrible food quality for the expense. Left most of mine, no question if the food was ok by servers. Eventually managed to pay and left. Won't personally be returning.

The meat sold here is perfect, you will find it hard to get better anywhere. This also a very good place for plants and all garden stuff. Come Christmas the stuff they sell decoration wise is brilliant as well. I have not tried the cafe yet but the food looks 10/10

We celebrated our little ones birthday at Woodcote Green soft play and it was great. We had the place to ourselves - 19 kids followed by a lovely dinner for all the children. The food portions are huge and tasted great. Highly recommend it considering how cheap it is vs other soft play venues.

Went to meet a friend for a coffee and it was halfway between us. I needed to get a Christmas tree, usually I get one locally in Ashtead but found they were half price here so I risked it and bought one. The guys were fantastic in picking one for me. Service and price you could not fault. I've just taken the tree down and there are hardly any pine needles on the floor this has never before. I will always buy my Christmas trees from Dobbies from now on. Thank you

Great garden centre with so many different sections, the Christmas area in particular is absolutely full of a vast range of different decorations. Always lots of offers available to members. Enjoyed a lovely hot chocolate and slice of cake in the cafe. Staff were all very friendly and helpful

We had an issue with some lights. I have to highlight 'Amy' the Trading Manager who's customer service has been one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with (and I've been in retail all my life so have seen it all!!). Uber-quick responses, decisive and genuine empathy whilst looking for the most reasonable solution. Dobbies, you are very lucky. The true sign of a company's values is how they deal with a complaint. Amy's care with this situation clearly indicates that Dobbies have decent values. Thank you Amy, we look forward to continuing to shop at Woodcote and hopefully will cross paths to say 'hi' and 'thank you' in person. You are a huge asset to Dobbies.

Food was great and the restaurant team were friendly. Improved layout. Plenty of free parking. Great selection of goods with some quirky gift ideas. Goods a still slightly higher than anywhere else but is cheaper than the previous owners.

This is a big garden centre with everything you could possibly need. Including drive through compost/soil so no need to lug those heavy bags to your car. Lots of choice and some bargains to be found. Wheelchair friendly. Soft play and a café. Dog friendly. If you're looking for garden inspiration or simply an afternoon out Dobbies is a great shout.

Good place to go to for plants and garden related items. They gave a quaint cafe if you want to have a bite. Staff are warm and welcoming. Heard that the Santa's grotto here during Christmas time is great. Haven't been there myself as yet but worth a try.

Very large and well kept garden centre with multiple cafes, a mini Sainsbury's supermarket, children's outside play area and inside soft play which we took our little girl too. Only let down as everything is mega expensive. It was nearly £3.00 for a slice of cake!

Great selection of reasonably priced pot plants available. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the prices were on several of the small to medium sized plants and, as always, there was a good selection on offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful with my enquiries and we rounded off our visit with a cheeky cafe stop. Win win.

I love visiting this garden centre, I think it looks amazing, they have an amazing selection of plants from outdoor plants to houseplants and the restaurant there serves great tasting food. I must say it is ashame to see the pond not looking its best at the moment hopefully one day the pond might had a tidy up so we can enjoy it again.
