Lovely, cosy theatre. Very well organised. When we came there was a massive queue that we had to join but literally fife minutes later we were entering the theatre. Get a big glass of wine if you don't want to wear a mask.

Beautiful theatre to visit. We saw Mamma Mia at the theatre. We queued outside, the staff were affective and moved the queue quickly. Our bags were checked quickly. We were directed to the correct area of the theatre for our seats. There was plenty of leg room in the stalls for someone tall. I had no problem at 5ft 10. The access to the toilets was narrow but well looked after toilets when in there.

Mamma Mia was a good show to watch. The staff here were very friendly in their service. The bar is reasonably priced. Note that there is little room on the seats for leg room and we highly recommend to not go for the side seats on the Grand Circle. You cannot see anything at all!

Lovely theatre, full of character, just like you would expect in the West End. Great location, near to the tube and many restaurants. Drink and snack prices reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful. Despite our seat saying it didn't have an obstructed view, we couldn't see the corner of the stage but that didn't dampen the atmosphere. The one thing that did was being told you couldn't sing along to the songs!

This theatre is architecturally beautiful & has good acoustics. The staff are friendly and helpful and admission into the theatre was swift & organised even though there was a large queue to get in. The musical 'Mamma Mia' is funny & amazing & well worth a watch. πŸ‘πŸŽπŸŽ΅πŸŽ€πŸŽΆ

The architecture was amazing! I have a wonderful evening watching mama mia. Also be careful when buying grand circle seats on sides, the view is really restricted and you will require to lean forward quite a bit!

Watched Mama Mia here on a Friday evening, it was packed! There is a long queue getting in, but it was quick. The Theatre is much smaller than the Victoria Theatre, but the leg room is a bit more spacious. We enjoyed the show and sung along at the end. What a good way to wrap a busy week.

A beautiful theatre with helpful staff. Mamma Mia was just excellent - full of energy with great performances from all the cast. The audience is welcome to join in and sing and dance at the end of the performance. Great atmosphere, great show.

What a fantastic theatre to watch a performance. Easy entry from outside to my seat. Staff are plentiful, friendly and most helpful. Bar service was fast and preorder for the interval is brilliant. The show was the best. I always love seeing Mamma Mia! And I wasn't disappointed this time as well. A fantastic performance by all!

Splurged for the top-priced seats in the house! Great view with no one in front of us... but the seats were so uncomfortable. I'm not "beanstalk" tall, but my knees were up against the balustrade in front of us. Didn't make for a comfortable experience. Maybe had the show been more to my liking I would have been concentrating on that rather than my knees. It felt like there was more room in economy class on a plane. I am not at all a regular theatre goer, so maybe all the theatre seats are like this? Although there was a queue to get in 30 minutes before the show, this was processed very quickly πŸ‘. I had pre ordered drinks online. I'm not sure if I would do it again as there were still queues, and it was not clear which bar to go to.

Fabulous theatre which has been open for 120 years. Very elaborate decor - an honour and a privilege to visit.

Went here to see Mamma Mia! If you like ABBA and the movie then you'll love this show. The story line is the same as the the movie the only real differences are down to it being on stage and the cast can actually sing. We selected seats in the Dress Circle and they were comfortable with ample leg room, the view was also good as they are quite steeply racked. I found that the best price for the seats was by booking direct with the Theatre's website, some of the booking sites appear to add on a significant amount. I have added a couple of photos showing the view from our seats (J18/19)

I came here to watch Mamma Mia. It was great. The staff is friendly overall and the theater is beautiful. I also ordered drinks beforehand online and it was ready for pick up before the show started.

We were on the Grand Circle front row .. it's a lot of steep stairs up and some down to the front row, but it's worth it .. Mama Mia, a really great show performance, the audience went wild for this show, so did we ..

Went to watch Mamma Mia with my partner and it was a great show! Queues were short for the bar. Views from the grand circle were good however we were in the front row and there wasn’t much space for your legs so I was pretty uncomfortable the majority of the show (average height for a guy) Would recommend paying for maybe the ground floor for more leg space?

Watched the marvellous Mamma Mia at a Sunday matinee show. The cast was just brilliant - music and singing were pitch perfect and thoroughly enjoyable. So difficult not to want to sing along - ABBA songs are so catchy and infectious. The stringing of their songs into a story about finding yourself is so plausible. Surprisingly emotional too! Loved this production 1000%! Novello is sized right to create a more intimate experience but the positioning of their restrooms are so confusing and labyrinthine.

We got the seats on the balcony on the side. It did give explicit description with restricted view, and said that we had to lean. It was still great, still got to see the whole musical, yes, we had to lean but it was great overall πŸ˜πŸ‘Œ next time when I can afford a higher ticket, I’ll know what to choose. Thank you for a great performance, absolutely beautiful and fun!

Mama Mia is an amazing show and the theatre is exactly what you would expect from an old fashion opera/theatre house! The staff is very nice and helpful, and snacks reasonably priced for a West End venue. Highly recommend the experience if visiting or a local

Wonderful theatre, Great staff. Unforntunaly some people can deal with the rules during show. Telephone Are up All the time for pictures and videos, ruining the experience for the rest of the crowd. Ofcourse not the Theatres fault who does Everything to stop it.

Lovely show, nice watching Stefie and Tobias Mama Mia. I had a nice seat but only let down on the left side restricted view half the show my neck hurt to watch it. Could see most of cast clearly with my glasses on.

My sister and I had an amazing time watching Mamma Mia the musical on the 7th December 2023, the performers were phenomenal. However, I want say a huge thank you to the real stars of the show the amazing staff at the venue. We were greeted by the security team and front of house team on the door shift who were all very bubbly despite working outside in the cold weather. The bar staff all very courteous, and finally the exceptional auditorium team. I had a small issue and it was swiftly resolved within a matter of less than 30 minutes. My only critique is that the venue’s seats were a bit small so my legs were uncomfortably squished for the duration of the performance.

Fabulous theatre. Spacious seating. Plenty of leg room in the stalls seats. Drink prices very reasonable for a London theatre. Door staff were lovely and helpful when we left helping us with directions to taxis and bus stops. Photos show view from seats P20 and P21 in the stalls

We went to see Mama Mia, I personally fell in love with the theatres setting, the seats are a bit cramped but my view of the stage was clear and their online seating chart was accurate, so book accordingly. Tstaff is very friendly and always around to help. Overall I enjoyed my time there and look forward to going back in the future

Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic, we went to watch Mamma Mia & it was amazing!!! From start to finish you were caught up in the music & the performance. Right at the end the audience got to join in with singing some of ABBA greatest hits which totally blew the top of the theatre. The staff were friendly & the bathroom facilities were amazing, very clean & smelt amazing (women's), my husband was not as impressed with the men's said the smelt of urine but overall it didn't dampen his expectations as he is a huge ABBA fan.
