I
was
forcibly
injected
with
antipsychotics
here
b4
anything
else
was
tried
to
improve
my
condition
even
though
I’ve
had
bad
reactions
to
even
low
doses
of
anti
psychotics
even!
I
had
to
be
restrained
by
up
to
4
female
and
male
nurses
to
get
these
injections.
They
wrestled
me
to
the
bed,
held
me
down
and
pulled
my
trousers
and
pants
down
before
injecting
me;
this
happened
once
a
week
for
antipsychotics
and
sometimes
daily
for
anxiety
and
if
I
couldn’t
sleep
and
refused
to
take
pills
by
mouth
as
I
was
already
sedated
and
taking
more
pills
made
me
feel
worse
now
I’ve
left
feeling
angry,
scared,
powerless
and
violated.
When
the
injections
gave
me
acute
dystonia
months
later
I
was
promptly
discharged
with
no
other
‘treatment’
for
my
newly
diagnosed
psychiatric
illness.
My
acute
dystonia
reaction
wasn’t
believed
by
nurses
right
away
who
hadn’t
seen
anything
like
this
before,
they
didn’t
call
an
on
call
gp
until
another
concerned
patient
had
to
call
an
ambulance
as
I
was
struggling
to
breathe!
Rude
and
physically
abusive
doctor
assaulted
me
in
my
room
while
several
nurses
stood
beside
him
and
didn’t
say
anything.
Empty
activity
room
(one
working
computer
and
a
pool
table)
but
no
board
games,
art
supplies
or
other
therapeutical
activities
despite
several
patients
being
artists
that
would
have
really
benefited
from
this.
Many
patients
with
covid
cause
of
a
over
crowded
tv
room
and
dining
area.
New
patient
left
to
sleep
on
couch
in
tv
room
all
day
without
being
checked
on
by
nurses
once.
Vegetarians
and
dietary
requirements
not
always
able
to
get
a
suitable
meal
even
if
they
had
ordered
one
as
first
come
first
served.
Fruit
rare
and
not
enough
for
everyone.
Super
was
self
serve
stale
cold
toast
with
not
enough
butters
and
hot
chocolate.
No
therapy
except
music
once
a
week.
Patients
allowed
to
vape
in
living
room.
2
men
walking
around
with
gown
with
no
back
(could
see
their
bums
and
peen
in
one)
and
one
with
same
red
dressing
gown
for
months
and
other
patients
without
warm
enough
clothes
cause
no
one
to
bring
them
stuff
but
surely
staff
could
(sure
they
are
busy
but
this
should
be
essential)
or
clothes
could
be
donated.
Impossible
to
escape
(sunflower
ward
at
least)
although
I
know
it’s
meant
to
be
like
this
it’s
worth
knowing
for
patients
who
go
voluntarily
you
can
still
be
sectioned
if
you
don’t
comply,
not
all
mh
patients
lack
insight
and
sometimes
you
know
when
a
place
is
no
good
for
you
or
just
down
right
dangerous!
Only
allowed
to
leave
for
10
mins
at
a
time
(I
was
supposed
to
be
allowed
to
leave
3
times
a
day
but
staff
take
so
long
to
take
your
blood
pressure,
write
down
what
your
wearing
and
search
you
etc
that
I
only
ever
got
out
once
a
day
at
the
most)
patient
in
longer
wasn’t
allowed
out
and
I
believe
she
was
discriminated
on
cause
of
physical
disability
that
affected
her
speech
and
movement,
it
was
like
they
didn’t
want
her
to
be
seen
in
public
and
staff
often
ignored
her/didn’t
try
to
understand
her
and
diagnosed
her
with
bpd
when
she
clearly
didn’t
have
that.
Staff
were
uneducated
and
thought
I
was
faking
a
serious
reaction
to
injections
until
an
on
call
doctor
was
eventually
called.
Wouldn’t
let
me
go
to
an
appointment
vital
for
my
health
&
well-being
even
though
this
service
was
available
on
hospital
grounds.
Im
sure
there’s
loads
of
other
things
that
aren’t
the
way
they
should
be
but
I
can’t
think
of
anything
else
right
now.
