One of the best GP surgery’s around. All of the GP are just great. Ring on the day booking appointment. Pre booking available on line. Receptionist are prompt and prescription service if needed is great. Is by far the best in the Kingston area. I emailed today and was given appointment few hours later. Doctor gave the best advice with care and how is the quickest way to get treated rather than just offering medications which she did say is an option if needed. Very genuine, experienced, supportive efficient doctors here. It’s makes you feels like your not just a number but really are a person who medical and health can become better.

The best GP practice I have been registered with in London. Particularly helpful are all the staff at the reception; they reply to your email queries in minutes and help you promptly. Doctors and healthcare assistants I have seen are friendly, kind and understanding and take your concerns seriously. The practice also have a brilliant physio service which can be booked by patients. Kingston Health Centre is just what a GP practice should be.

I had two appointments at KHC yesterday: the first were a blood test and the second were to see a GP, a great surprise as I were not expecting to be seen so quickly. Ms. Coughland took less than 1 minute to collect my blood and she were very precise in the process to locate a suitable vein, a great professional. Regarding Dr. Baron, I were utterly speechless listening to her and were very impressed as regards to how knowledgeable, careing and careful she were in conducting which can be a very intrusive and unpleasent female procedure. I feel she were definetely born to be a doctor! I have not received such treatment like this before from within the NHS system. I am also a foreign correspondent and I have lived in many places around the world and I never experienced a service like this, even here in UK. To have the experience that I had yesterday, makes me profoundly proud of the NHS and to be a british citizen.

My experience as a patient in Kingston Health Centre has always been positive: I have received the care I needed and the doctor who has treated me during my visits, Dr Elizabeth Thorpe, has always been attentive and has addressed my concerns. I always felt well looked-after by her, which I am thankful for. The admin team have also been very helpful and so have been the nurses. The booking system through Patient Access app has also proven useful when trying to book an appointment with the GP of my choice, which has helped having continuity of care. I do definitely recommend this practice.

The best Gp practice I have ever had. It is so sad that you can only be registered on certain surgeries according to the borough you live . I would have recommended this surgery to all my friends and family.(unfortunately not all of them live in Kingston). Very professional staff and care delivered anytime was needed. Thank you!

I work as a GP myself and feel I have a good understanding of the difference between a good and poor practice. I have to say that this is one of the best practices I have ever seen. All staff are friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help in a timely manner. I have no hesitation bringing my family for treatment here and would recommend it to everyone.

So glad that I switched from old surgery to KHC. Very helpful reception staff, the option of having an app to access your test results/consultations/referrals has been making life so much easier. I have always had an excellent level of care at Kingston Health Centre. At every one of my appointments here the doctors who have treated me, Dr Cook and Dr Thorpe in particular, have been very attentive in addressing my every concern with much empathy and care. I feel very much in good hands at this practice where it is clear that a lot of effort is made to maintain a high standard of patient care. I am thankful for it and very highly recommend this practice.

The care I received from Dr Elizabeth Thorpe was excellent. She has genuine concern for my health, listened and dealt with my issues, and at no stage did I feel like I was getting talked down to, or rushed out of the door. I am very happy with my experience.

I have had reasons to visit this surgery on a number of occasions and at all times I have been treated by various doctors including Dr Higham and Dr Baron and Dr Meade to name but a few and it’s the best surgery in the UK by a long distance. I have just joined Kingston Health Centre in October 2023 and found them to be friendly, professional, efficient and very helpful. I was attracted to them as they are bigger practice with a number of different services to draw from. I've been a patient at this practice for a couple of years, and I have nothing but good things to say. But I was inspired to write a review after having my blood drawn by a wonderful nurse/phlebotomist. I have notoriously small veins that historically make getting blood drawn a painful and very bruising ordeal. The nurse who took my bloods this week (and last) was so kind and skilled! Even when she couldn't get the blood to draw, she was gentle and kind about it. Of course, in the end, she was successful and my arms thank her!

10 days ago I booked a phone consultation and receptionist didn’t asked for my name, but only said my appointment it’s booked and they didn’t called me back. So I have ended in emergency 🚨 also , many times when I am 1/2/3rd in line the phone is shut and I have to try again and it’s happening same. I read here a reviews and I see I am not the only one. …. Also, when I went to emergency or private doctors I have been told that there is need of referrals that I was never getting from this clinic, doctors were just giving me medications and that’s all!!!! Once I was with really nice GP who paid attention on me

I’ve first registered with this practice in 2008 while it was still based on Richmond Road and had only few doctors. Seeing its growth and modernisation is wonderful. All the doctors and staff are extremely friendly and always happy to help. Appointment times are easy and convenient to get. Thank you.

Professional, capable, and friendly GPs who have your best interests in mind and are very welcoming. I feel secure that I will get the best treatment for any concerns I bring up, and have never been dismissed for my concerns. However, some of the receptionists can be inefficient or unprofessional, leading me to persistently have wasted time when looking to book appointments or ask questions. Despite this, all staff are polite and approachable and I would overall recommend this centre.

Took a while to find the right doctor for me who listens and is well versed on mental health issues. Dr. Katie is very kind, efficient and easy to talk to. Both nurses are superb, really friendly, and they take the time to explain everything clearly. Lastly the reception team are fantastic. Quick to sort out any problem. I find emailing them is better the majority of the time as they are very quick to get back to me.

Fabulous surgery, the doctors have been looking after my children and me for many years. The doctors and nurses are patient, they listen and refer when necessary. All the online systems are great and the extra services like having a pharmacist available is a bonus. I recommend this surgery often!

I recently attended the clinic with a sensitive health concern that had worried me over the Christmas period. Dr Beatie was friendly, calm, reassuring and respectful. I left feeling uplifted and with a positive plan of action.I definitely recommend this practice as it’s so efficient and helpful.

Doctors always thorough and interested and knowledgeable. Always easy to get an on-the-day appointment if needed. If you are due a blood test you are sent a unique booking link which makes it really straightforward. The online patient records system is excellent allowing you to view any test results going back years. The 'contact us' feature on their website is super efficient for medical advice. Any referral letters are are always done really quickly.

I can't recommend this practice enough. Communication is excellent, everyone is very professional and friendly, you can always get an appointment if you have an urgent matter. Communication through admin team is excellent. Everyone is very caring and I had the best experience with this GP. They go above and beyond for their patients.

A great practice i have been a a patient for over 2 years now, i find all the doctors helpful and Great. Very professional GP practice with avaiable apointments. You don't wait in the telephone queue for ages only to find out there are no more appointments for that day. In a world where everyone seems to be complaining about how hard it is to see a GP I continue to be really impressed with KHC. Their booking processes are surprisingly efficient, they call when they say they will and I’ve always been able to get prompt responses for appointments, blood tests, repeat prescriptions etc when needed. They’re also flexible in offering options for in-person vs calls based on my preferences too. Impressed and I’d definitely recommend. Thanks team

The reception team here are amazing. Always respond super fast, call me back quickly if they need to clarify anything. The nurses and GPs are always really helpful and whilst pushed for time make you feel heard and understood. Kingston Health Centre is brilliant.

I moved from a really awful Doctors to this Practice on advice from many friends. It is incredibly good. Prompt service and really kind nurses and doctors. Have not been to a better Practice. As a military wife who moves every two years - I’ve been registered with over 10 doctors all over the country. This is by far the best.

Reacption staff are always informative. Phone lines are always answered. Physiotherapy team are extremely helpful, lifestyle advisor fabulous. Doctor 's Listen and explain the treatment plan with you. Late appointment times give more chance of being seen sooner.

The staff are all so lovely and helpful. I registered with Kingston Health Centre after a few bad experiences at my previous surgery, and I am so pleased I moved! Having had an influx of health issues the past few months, I have had nothing but positive experience with the KHC team. Empathetic, knowledgeable, reassuring and very patient (no pun intended), this is a wonderful medical care centre, and I always feel welcome as a patient.

Recently moved out of the are and I think the worst of moving out is having to change my GP. I've been with this GP for 2 years and can't say enough good words. Many times I went there it was with a different doctor and all of them were amazing, very comprehensive and patient in explaining everything and making sure that you understand. I'll truly miss you but keep up with the amazing work, this is how every gp around the country should be, you're setting an example!

No show for a video appointment for my baby. No communication. Can't get in again for 3 weeks! **UPDATE v impressed with the post complaint service. The practice owner followed up and got us an appointment the next day, with proactive investigation into the incident detailing what they could have done differently

Receptionists: polite, understanding and informative Place: clean, organised, quiet, and easy to find your way around Booking and communication: you don't have to wait an hour on the phone, you can simply book online and submit any inquiries you have. The answers to my questions have always been on the same day. Doctors: amazing doctors.

I always like to know who the receptionists are and Ella was really helpful the other day when I hung on to the phone from 8am to 9.45 am tying to get an appointment - which I did! She filled in the online phone for me.

I’v been with KHC for over a year . I like that they do same day appointment, the clinic itself is clean and very organized, the receptionists are very nice and helpful . However some doctors working here are trainees and not competent enough, they have no clue What they are doing and have to ask their supervisor what to do , which made me felt i was not in good hand . Hence 4 stars .

I change the GP after the 7 years , and this GP they have very good review, but be honest they are not helpful. Everything you need to book online and the app is not working properly, the reception they don’t have any of the records for my last 7 years and the doctor to . Today every single question and asking to the lady the answer is “ I Don’t not “ very disappointed. I have telephone appointments is was not good , they have service available , they can book and paid , but if the normal service is like this .. The GP LOOK greet, cleaning but very hot. But tue customer services very bad .

I can’t recommend the Kingston Health Centre highly enough – a fantastic surgery. We have been with the surgery for 10 years and our daughter was diagnosed with a serious illness during that time, so we probably know the surgery better than most. On the whole you can always get a face-to-face appointment with a doctor and they will try to accommodate any urgent needs, the online booking system/repeat prescriptions etc is excellent, the reception staff are always there to answer any concerns and respond quickly to emails, the nursing team are lovely and particularly kind and gentle giving injections and taking blood and the surgery is always very clean, calm and welcoming. I’m always surprised about the negative press towards General Practice because we have only ever had an excellent experience at the Kingston Health Centre.

After a year here I cannot recommend this GP surgery enough, it is definitely the best in Kingston. I have always been treated very efficiently and with real care. Any requests I have made via the NHS app such as letters and prescriptions have been dealt with very quickly. The receptionists are compassionate and organised. Every GP I have seen has researched my record before the appointment. I transferred from Fairfield South after years of bad experiences which left me traumatised, it’s only now having switched that my chronic health conditions are actively being investigated. I’ve now transferred all of my family members too. Thank you for providing an amazing service.

All great. Reception staff lovely and very helpful. I have been able to speak to my doctor fairly quickly and on one occasion when it was urgent you responded immediately. Please please don’t change anything. Compared to my last practice you are all wonderful. Lovely bright, clean surroundings as well Thank you all. Don’t let Gov. force you to make changes. In your case when you have created something so good why spoil it!

We have been with KHC for years now and the service in general has been very good. One of the doctors there is exceptional. Dr Elizabeth Thorpe is not only smiley and friendly but very professional and excellent in her job. I have been lucky to see her when I gave birth to my son, 6 years ago and being so unwell after an Emergency C-Section, she helped me a lot and decided to send me back to the hospital as I was so pale and weak even after 1 month postpartum. I will always remember her warm approach and how good that made me feel. I have been seen several other times at the clinic for myself and my two children and I would say that the practice tries their best to keep its standards high. Most of the times, I have been able to get emergency appointments for my son even though I had to call after 8am. I would like to thank KHC for that. Thanks for prioritising families with young babies and children. That makes such a huge difference. In November 2023 , I was seen by a trainee doctor at the practice who gave me some pills for dizziness and imbalance which did not help at all. I was really unwell for over a week and couldn’t leave the house in case I would feel dizzy again and with another baby under 1 that was quite scary. I decided to go back to the clinic again and I booked an appointment with Dr Thorpe. She immediately knew what I had after explaining her my symptoms. I had BPPV and that resolved due to her help. She did a manoeuvre of my head and that was like I was touched by some kind of magic hands. From that day, I haven’t felt it again. It stopped as something magical happened and I couldn’t be any happier with the result. Thank you Dr Thorpe! Thank you for being a nice person first and then an OUTSTANDING Doctor. Thank you for being who you are and what you do! We need more doctors like you.

The best surgery and health care I ever had

It was great that I could see a Gp that specialiced in skin. He was very thorough and checked me all over, something I have been meaning to do for years. Good the Gp practice is taking preventative medicine seriously.

Everyone was kind and provided excellent treatment.

They vaccinated the child, everything went perfectly.
