When living in Dubai we regularly used to go to TGI Fridays. The menu was huge and the taste was great. This was the reason why we put TGI Fridays London on our bucket list. Well, it was not at all as we expected. First of all the food did not taste yummy. I had the Chimichanga and cheese overbaked nachos. My wife took the spare ribs, our boy had the chicken tenders and we had one plate of corn dogs for our girl. None of these dishes had nearly a good taste. But it would have been okay if at least the kitchen staff would have worked quick enough. We literally waited for 40 minutes for the nachos which were supposed to be starters and arrived after my Chimichanga. The refill coke came like 5 minutes before the food. Hence there was no reason anymore to refill of course. I have understanding for delays when the store is full. As you can see on my pictures the restaurant was not nearly full. The washrooms are anything else than clean and the noise in the restaurant coming from the kitchen was awful. Will we visit again? Of course not.

I've been here a couple of times over the last few years, it's an pretty okay American themed restaurant. The food was simply outstanding. It has some of the nicest boneless chicken wings I've ever tasted. & the staff from my experience were quite polite. The only minor issues were that it took me quite a long time to receive my bill even though I had ordered only 3 items. And noticed that some staff were immature for such an environment. Apart from these things, generally really good. I'd highly recommend people come here, but not during busy periods.

This is absolutely outrageous! The host is completely indifferent, there are so many empty seats, and to top it off, the host looks Romanian. The whole area is cramped and filthy. When we asked why we couldn't have another table, he rudely replied that it's only for reservations. It's beyond belief how little they care about providing good service. I could clearly see the satisfaction on his face as we walked away without even sitting down. I strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs!

The restaurant itself is stunning and they have an interesting menu and good American food. However the service is not attentive, the waitress didn’t explained how it work for free refills and we had to paid £9 for 2 fanta’s and £7 for 2 cokes. This raised our bill and we are not happy of the price we paid. I would say it’s overpriced

TGI Friday atmosphere just isn't what it used to be, BUT still enjoyed the food. The last time we went we waited so long for our food I said he we wouldn't go back but hubby was craving it and it was his birthday, so we gave then another chance. Our server got the kids food first and the we waited a little bit more for ours. The food was good, tbe kids enjoyed it. It was an OK time.

Just love it everytime. Very helpful and attending staff and the latest menu is full of flavour. And during the week it is not too busy and you really get a quick service

Chicken burger with fries and my daughter had the chicken strips with fries and I have to say the food was really nice,service was slow and just happened to notice the way the guy was putting the cutlery on the table,he was putting the cutlery down holding the end of the folk the bit that gos in your mouth so I think some training is needed there as it’s not very hygienic but before I could say anything he was off doing something else so I cleaned the cutlery down myself,men’s toilet was out of order due to flooding so o had to use the ladies but other than that the food was really nice…and the non alcoholic beer was £5.65p a bottle which is abit expensive..

Our party of 8 arrived at minutes to 7pm. They requested us to wait on the side to be seated. We noticed 2 tables outside the establishment and 4 two seating tables directly inside the door be hind the hostesses podium and we were seated nowhere. We didn't ask aggressively, not looking for entitlement, and they treated us like we weren't welcome. 20 mins in and still no seats and every request at seating had to run by the manager. I then asked for the managers name(Shai) and the young person said they don't give out the I formation, he then turned to my friend and asked her if she would like to speak to a manager and the proceeded to walk off. The hostess and host both completely ignored, and after 20-30 minutes, we ended up walking away. Although the food would have been better we didnt want to take the chances with the kitchen, or service so we left.....if you know what happened to #TGIFRIDAYS In the states my prediction is that it just a matter of time!

Food and cocktails were amazing. We left overfilled. Nice music made the atmosphere very enjoyable. The waiters were a bit slow and a bit confused about setting up my partner with a wheelchair

Went with a friend and it was good. I love me a good steak, medium rare, so I got that. The fries were very good too. Service was okay, except I had booked on the app, where TGIF offered some free dessert if you spent a certain amount. We spent well over that amount but guess what? They kept squirming and saying nothings, and refused to give it. It was so confusing and ridiculous because I was simply booking a table and THEY offered this without me asking. It was so messy, for nothing. I was really angry. It was unnecessary. Just don't lie. We still would've come and spent what we spent anyway, because we wanted to. Weird. I never went back ever since. Good ambience, though. Very American, with the cars and decor. Very spacious and trendy too.

Really lovely food. Had the Glazed double stack burger and it was amazing. Really lovely lady who served us too. Very friendly.

Went here with my partner for a nice night out. What a disappointment 😞 We got there at 4 pm and ordered our drinks and food. We didn't get our drinks until 5 pm. Our food didn't come until 7 pm. The service was terrible. The staff seem to prioritise certain tables. The food wasn't that good after that long wait.

This branch is actually a joke, the several staff members that we came across were very rude and weren’t willing to help us find a table to be seated at after we rejected seating at a filthy table, we waited a further 15 mins to be seated. One staff member was particularly very rude and completely ignored us when we asked if she was available to help several times and waved her hand for us to get away from her (pictured). We had excellent service from two guys that were serving us when we were eventually seated, especially the guy with short dreads

Waited ages for drinks, then were told no draught beer. Should have left then but ordered bottle beer at ridiculous prices. Food wasn't that brilliant, did not enjoy the experience, and certainly not recommending.

On our way to Abba Voyage we stopped off at TGI Fridays for a meal 🥘 fabulous atmosphere! Delicious food, and quick service!! Great day out with friends, Thank you!
