DRUG USING STAFF! Manager is rude and unfriendly! When I collected my order I witnessed staff smoking drugs out back of store and could smell the cannabis! Food was not cooked correctly! Manager hung phone up when I rang to complain. Will be reporting this illegal behaviour to local authorities and head office

Ordered BBQ Chicken Pizza all I could taste was the BBQ sauce and the jack fruit Pizza ate 2 slices out of a XXL and binned the rest. called for a replacement and they said no they can only offer a discount next time. All I can say is there wont be a next time.

We ordered an XL meaty pizza from here for in store collection and it was very tasty! I often find that some takeaway pizza places have really oily and doughy bases, but this pizza base was nice and crisp and not oily at all. There was a lot of toppings too which was great and the garlic drip really tops it off - though I wish you got more of them if you're ordering an XL pizza, rather than just one!

Disgusting, both the food and the attitude. The manager, Ravi, has no understanding of quality or customer service and should not be working in a customer facing role. Pizza arrived and was Disgusting but, when we asked them to replace it or collect it and refund, refused and called us liars saying there was nothing wrong with it, when they hadn't tasted it! Will never order from here again.

The dough was too salty, greasy and hard. And there was too little cheese and toppings that literally what I could only taste was the dough. The worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life🤢 Waitrose pizza would even taste better than this. Do not buy! You’re definitely going to regret it.

Staff (pictured) were smoking round the back and came in smelling of it. After handling my pizza box, I could smell the smoke quite strongly and politely requested that the pizza be remade or for a refund to be provided. Staff member shouted at me incessantly till I left with my smoke damaged pizza with no refund. Disgusting establishment.

Ordered a vegan pizza which came with pork bacon!! Absolutely no apology from the guy I spoke to, it was almost expected that my vegan pizza might come with meat. Appalling service and clearly a high risk of cross contamination. I threw the entire pizza out as I do not trust eating from this place. Definitely won't be ordering from this branch again.

Poor service. Took over an hour for food to be delivered. Pepperoni pizza looked like it had been kicked into the box. Potato tots were stone cold. Gentlemen who delivered the food, no apology, just opened his bag and told me to take the food out. Seemed like a bit of a coincidence that for 50 minutes, while the football was on, the app showed it was being prepared… half time comes and it went being prepared to being delivered in less than 10 minutes… Attempted to call the store to stop the order as was taking too long, no one picked up. Won’t be ordering from this branch again.

Ordered on Uber eats, took 2 hours to deliver and no one at the restaurant would answer the call. Uber does not let you cancel orders from restaurants that do their own deliveries.

Do not bother ordering or calling this place. Made an order that hasn't been delivered 90 minutes later. Ive tried to call the over 10 times. The phone just keeps ringing until the line gets cut. Now I've got no food and they've taken my money.

Do not order from this place a million pizza places better. Forgot things on my order so bought it up with the driver and he rude said call the shop as he can't do abything. Spoke to ship they said we will get it delivered asap 45 mins later still not arrived and have cold food. Called again and the guy on the phone said 5 mins and pizza can't go cold in 5 mins. STAY AWAY

Ne and my wife Ordered a large pizza for dinner to have relaxed night. Submitted our order via deliveroo at 10:34. 01:33 still was telling me my order is being prepared. I called them on the phone, there was no answer. hungry, disappointed and frustrated Had to get in touch with deliveroo to cancel my order.

Terrible, do not order from here. Did't deliver for an hour and a half so had to go to store where it wasn't even being cooked yet.

Ordered 2 hours for delivery, never received so had to go store and they were extremely eude and unhelpful. Never order from here again.

Did not receive my food. What a joke. Please check reviews before ordering. Its been over an hour and no sign of my food. Worst of all they have now tried to say the food was delivered at 1.15am. Reporting this restarting to trading standards. They are not refunding my £55.

It's easier to order a pizza that has a lot of different types of ingredients like the Works. But then if you order anything else that has less types of ingredients it just has the saddest amount of ingredients. As if you have ordered a plain pizza with cheese.

I really enjoyed the base, like I said it was a stonebaked crust which was easy to eat and didn’t make you full and bloated. It certainly makes a very good pizza with a totally summer bbq vibe that is perfect for a night in, especially with the horrible rain we have had this week. I would completely recommend tasting this pizza!

The best pizza I ever had in london!! The pizza was so delicious and with so many good toppings could choose that I even visited the pizza shop twice in the same day!

Told me they didn’t do an offer that was in the window so they could charge more pointed this out he said it was old even though it wasn’t, then said the order had 4 toppings so was exempt, it was just pepperoni. Guy then opened the pizza and pointed at the toppings counting pepperoni four times and prodding the food, didn’t pay the general hygiene here seems awful.

Avoid at all costs. They delivered someone else's order to us, then came back 45 mins later and wanted to redeliver the cold pizza to the right customer. Poor food safety standards. Extremely rude Manager.

Again cold food delivered. And the staff don’t care. Called to ask them why it’s being cold recently after a year of being fine. No apologies nothing… We are still just 2 miles away… what has changed. This used to be good.
