I have never used the pizza Hut delivery service in Surrey Quays. I decided to try it out yesterday evening, my order was taken by a very abrupt and rude assistant named Jennifer. Not only was she rude but while taking my card details ,3 times, was inputting the wrong information. She then went on to inform me that I will have to make the order online and that her manager was informing her to end the call. I then asked to speak with her manager and explained that Jennifer had been inputting the wrong data, as my bank had sent me a text to inform me of the error occurring. There was no apology for the error and the garlic bread was cold. I will not be returning to this Pizza Hut again needless to say.

I ordered a pizza for collection but wanted to cancel the order so I called the store in the number that was on the confirmation email and I told her guy who answer the phone that I wanted to cancel the order for collection and I told him my name for the collection. He then said that they do not have the order. I told that I got the email with the confirmation number and instead of asking for the number so that he can look up the order he said they don’t have the order and I should another store and hung up. So not only did my order not get cancelled but I lost out on getting my £23 refunded and had to deal with a rude person on the call who didn’t even ask for the confirmation order number which I said twice that I had

Got this pizza with Deliveroo. It was warm but it tastes horrible. Such poor quality. You are better off with grocery store pizza. The sides were decent, mac n cheese & nachos. But I will never order pizza hut again in the UK.

Ordered from here various times and also had a couple local pickups. Good is always tasty and great. Of course they have the times where pizzas are definitely too oily and other times where they're just completely dry, but in general this is great! Staff are actually nice to you even when busy which is great to see, not something that's usually true in these sort of places. Not much I can say, if you like Pizza Hut, this hut got you covered

Its a pizza hut, it tastes like pizza hut, costs as much as pizza hut costs, staff are decent and quick + no problems with the pizza

I've heard some 'off' things about this particular pizza hut but I can't fault it. I prefer to order their and collect as they tend to listen more than when you call up to query a online order. When I do use delivery though they arrived quickly.

I went to the store and ordered take away I was served by a lovely lady called Ellie. I was pleasantly surprised at how good her customer service was compared to previous pizza huts. She even sold me a lovely black cherry cream soda. Thanks Ellie! You are a great example of customer service team members x

Ordered take away via website and mistakes were made. Manager was extremely accomodating and rectified the mistakes. Thank you for a great service.

Poor customer service. They never picked the phone and my order was not delivered

We ordered our Pizza, and whilst waiting we received a phone notification that the pizza was delivered when it wasn't. When we called them to ask where it is they said it was still on its way, however, we promptly received a call from the driver that said he couldn't reach us after several calls. This didn't make sense for several reasons because not only did we receive no missed calls, but he was talking to us on the phone so it definitely worked, and if he had failed to get hold of us why did he put that the pizza had been delivered? When we asked him why he never knocked our door or rang the buzzer if he couldn't reach us by phone like he claimed, and he dismissed it, and said that it doesn't matter now as he has moved on and we will have to cancel our order in order to get a refund (as he had put the pizza as delivered although it wasn't). Terrible service, unfriendly and rude with ridiculous drivers that falsely claim deliveries are on time even if pizza isn't delivered.

Terrible pizza, took over an hour and a half to arrive after a reliever time of 35/45 mins. Rang and was told they had one delivery driver as in the time of me order, two had walked out. Utter nonsense. No offer of a refund, told me I would just have to wait. I said it wasn’t good enough and that they should have put a post on their website saying they were low on drivers and I would have never ordered. Seriously, save your money and time. There are lots of other independent pizza houses that are quick, cheaper and better quality.

Roxy (Rosanne) at Pizza Hut Surrey Quays London was outstanding!!! Her service was amazing and she went above and beyond customer service standards! Would definable visit here again just because of Roxy!🤩
