Red Lion Road Surgery

Hospital

😠 Awful doctors - I've had two issues since I been with red loin, and both were handled very badly. My partner has also had bad treatment here, and I'll be asking my local MP some question about this place. - I've also gone to the local hospital after I rubbish treatment, so I could get some treatmen... People often mention appointment, surgery, time, give, rude, today, medication, care, worst,

Awful doctors - I've had two issues since I been with red loin, and both were handled very badly. My partner has also had bad treatment here, and I'll be asking my local MP some question about this place. - I've also gone to the local hospital after I rubbish treatment, so I could get some treatment both times, and I was told by the hospital that they always make mistakes and are not very good. I find the doctors can’t or won't look at you, as they spend most of their time trying to figure out how their computers work. I've tried to rate red lion fairly, based on my and my parents experience

Won't recommend it! The reception is really rude and above all if you try to get an appointment then you will get for the other day which if you missed their call then you have to re-book the appointment again. Guess what now, you are now again at the end of the queue of booking an appointment. So in short carry your phone every time and everywhere in that huge time slot assigned to you.

Went for my appointment today, of course appointment was delayed, doctor who treated me was very unpleasant and rude( dr r k Agrawal)he didn’t even answered good morning. Didn’t answer any of my question, wasn’t even listening half of the time, was ignoring what I was saying, after about 6 min when I asked to look at another issue I had, he refused to do so and said doesn’t have time for it. Appointment time for each person is 10 min. He basically stood up and open the door for me.

Only giving this doctors surgery one star as there isn't an option to give them none. The doctors here are awful and have no compassion. I would not recommend joining this doctor surgery.

This GP for the most part are terrible. The two main GPs that this practice belongs to are incompetent and a potential threat to society. They misdiagnosed my issues and have give the wrong medication to my family members in the past. Avoid going to this GP at all costs. The only positive things are that receptionists are mostly friendly and you can get an appointment fairly quickly - though perhaps there's a reason for this.

I went in for an appointment today, and it ended in with discuss! I've been going to this GP all my life and have had no issues! But I've never come cross a GP who is rude and aggressive and ignorant. The aggressive so called GP alias majeed should NOT be allowed to deal with patients. Don't bother going to her ! You will probably fall ill from seeing and speaking to her

I can not say how bad is their support. I used to email my previous GP for the prescription and everything was sorted, but this surgery doesnt accept email, said it should be through MY GP app, I did and they rejected, although it was a repeated one, I asked them why they said it should be ordered by the pharmacy, I did that too but they didnt help again. I havent got my medication for two weeks now, it is hormon medication which should be taken same time every week(twice a week). I wish I sue them so they know they should care about their paitent but I dint know how to sue them

I accompanied my dad to the appointment this morning and he was seen by nurse Tsitsi Magwaza . Very kind and answered our questions accordingly. I was very happy with the support she displayed towards my dad . Many thanks to nurse Tsitsi

worst surgery ever. They need new staff who can communicate to you properly. I have no idea how you’re going to improve this place unless you fire every single staff member who give the most stupidest information and advice but then it’ll still be bad so I wish you best for the future (not)

The worst GP surgery I have ever had experience with. Communication is poor, staff are useless and they don't give you that sense of belonging a surgery should. It really feels like they don't care. After trying for an appointment today, they told me I would have to wait a week when I was able to describe my symptoms of tonsillitis. It resulted in me going private to get the medication I needed and avoiding this over Christmas.

Encountered a very rude and dismissive receptionist on the phone, unwilling to help and put the phone down before dealing with my request. Work places are stressful, however, fix the attitude problem - this doesn't help patients who are genuinely sick and need assistance.

Unclear voice, pathetic service, i can't hear the doctor clearly and patient is dying of pain but they don't have appointments or time till next week. Where should the patient go? If I go to A&E they are saying that my GP will prescribe my medicine and my GP is giving me appointment for next week instead of medicine!

THE WORST GP EVER! NOT ONLY DO THEY NOT FOLLOW THE SCHEDULES THAT APPEAR ON THEIR WEB PAGE, THEY SAY THEY ARE OFF UNTIL 2PM AND I CALL THEM AT 01:35PM AND THE ANSWERING MACHINE APPEARS SAYING THEY ARE CLOSED. THEY ANSWER THE PHONE IN VERY BAD WAYS AND WITHOUT ANY RESPECT. TO FINISH, THE DR. R. K. AGRAWAL HAS BEEN THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER KNOWN, DON'T TRY TO ASK HIM FOR HELP, HE WON'T DO IT. WITHOUT A DOUBT I PREFER TO MOVE 15 MORE MINUTES AND GO TO ANOTHER GP.

I have just registered my family with this Gp. They told my wife to book blood test for whole family, when we went to the Gp the receptionist didn’t have a clue for what we needed blood tests. Anyway today I was referred by St George’s hospital to get some blood tests and so called “Dr aggarwal” asked me about my profession and I replied briefly but he was keep asking questions which I thought it was not his concern! I was not comfortable sharing anything about my health because “DR AGGARWAL” reply was very rude and non relevant. I have not experienced such a worst GP in my whole life in 🇬🇧. I felt like I was in one of the worst clinics in some village in India….

Overall a decent surgery. I agree with previous mention of dismissive receptionist however I believe this is concentrated on a singular person, the other women are so lovely and have gone above and beyond for me after being palmed off by the first. I would genuinely call back in a few hours in the hopes of speaking to them as I have done! Nurse Sandy is the kindest purest soul I have ever met with a true passion for care and people. GP’s are friendly and provide a good quality of care for both physical and mental health concerns.

I am not usually the one to leave the reviews but I feel like this might be the only way I am heard… It’s not the first time I’ve contacted the GP about my panic attacks and anxiety, which was being amazingly treated by my old practice since I was 13 years old. I was told many times by the doctor I “just needed to relax more”… and today that I wasn’t taking my mental health seriously before I was “not taking my medication everyday” because of a glitch in their system which didn’t show that the only reason I didn’t order my prescription last month was because he has prescribed me with 2 months of my medication… so no need. So far I’ve only had one lovely reception assist me after they had taken 4 weeks to find my blood test results which were lost?? Anyway, I tried to speak on the phone to the doctor that I do take my health very seriously and was asked to “tone my voice down”. I didn’t think I’d ever have such a bad experience dealing with something that has been on going for the past 8 years just fine.

The worst GP surgery in the UK. They mess up with the tests, appointments and prescriptions. The Doctors and the receptionist are unhelpful and have poor manners.
