We visited last night to watch No Time to Die. This was the second night of the release so we were very surprised at how quite the cinema was. The ticket offices are closed so it's all self service. The Costa coffee inside the main foyer is also closed, however popcorn and drinks are still being sold. The pick and mix sweet section was also closed but I think ice cream bar was available. The escalators from the second floor to the third were not working on the way up so we had to walk them. They were dirty and littered with popcorn that people have dropped. Coming back down, the escalators going all the way down were not working so either the fire exit stairs or the non moving escalators were available (unsure if there were lifts available for wheelchair users or anyone unable to use the stairs so maybe it's worth checking). Toilets were clean. Staff are friendly. Free parking available in a very large car park that is fairly busy.

I returned here after 7 years of going elsewhere and was reminded why I stayed away. It's not bad per se, it's just average and other cinemas in SE London offer better value for money and comfort. I went during a week day afternoon, so my screen was almost empty, sound and audio were fine, standard seats are extremely uncomfortable and "premier" seats are not much better. The snacks are overpriced but that's the same for all cinemas of course. I went here because it was the only local cinema showing the film I wanted to see at a time that was convenient for me. Also the toilets were smelly and dirty which is concerning considering how quiet it was.

Second time visiting about a month apart. The cinema is dead which is a good thing as you can sit anywhere and also enjoy the movie without distractions. On this occasion I went to see Maverick so I chose the bigger screen on the second floor. None of the escalators were working. After reading reviews it seems they have been out of action for the last 3 years. The lights were left on throughout the movie and they were really bright. The sound wasn’t that great, vue has better sounds size for size. The on-site food offerings weren’t that good. None of the counters were manned. Pity as there isn’t other shops around so they could’ve made good money with the right stuff. I would recommend you take your own snacks from else where or try out the Costa or BK. I saw a poster saying £12.99 a month for membership but the website states £14.99. It feels like there’s no management and no one cares. Really sad as it can be much better. On the positive side there is 5 hours free parking.

My friend's wife and I watched Oppenheimer's film at the Greenwich Imax Odeon last night. £40 for two tickets, a bit steep, I thought, but hey ho, let's do it because it would be comfortable according to the pictures displayed on the Odeon website. The first stop was the loo, which was disgusting, not very clean, and dirty toilets. Then into the cinema. I made sure we were early so I could sit comfortably. The seats were rigid and did not recline. So, according to the website, The London Swiss Cottage and Greenwich Imax both have comfortable luxe recline seats with footrests. However, we were shocked! They have standard hard seats and no recline. What a shame! When we'd sat through the seemingly never-ending adverts and trailers for inane films, my mood was darkening. Plus, the Oppenhermier film is a long run (3 hours movie), so we've chosen this cinema to make ourselves comfortable for the extended 3 hours. What a bad experience, we felt betrayed. We paid for something we didn't get. We are never going back to Odeon, and neither are my friends.

None of the escalators were working. There was rubbish and popcorn all over the foyer, however the auditorium seemed clean enough and the IMAX screen was good although smaller than true IMAX size. The volume was too loud

Don't buy the popcorn. It's pre-made, so you might as well bring your own from home. IMAX audio well above healthy levels. Toilets often unclean. The IMAX screen I've been to has the entrance at the front, so everyone that is late is walking in front of the screen unleess you are sitting up and in the middle.

I love this cinema.💫🌟..you never feel rushed because parking is a whoooping free 5 hours. The cinema has a lovely spacious entrance ,Nandos and another restaurant on either side.No carpet in the entrance...I generally love cinemas with carpetered entrances,😁. Anyways this is my usual go to Cinema,I've watched a lot of good movies here.Seats are comfy, staff are generally okay. The self service snack ordering machines are generally quite busy.I do love their oversized popcorn & drinks,so handy if you've not eaten before going to the cinema or if you decide to go straight home & not stop & eat somewhere because the "large" drinks & popcorn tubs are so filling.😄👍🍿🥤

Our most go to place to watch a movie. Price wise they're okay though vue is cheaper. But we like this place because it is not crowded at all. They have good deals as well for a family with child. Good food option, we just love there nachos and Mozzarella Sticks. This time we watched Teenage Kraken There restrooms are clean as well And there are restaurants near this one such as Nandos and Pizza Hut.

Perfect location surrounded by lots of things to do before and after the cinema 🎥. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is great and they always have a fully stocked cinema so I can always get what I want and my daughters options are always there which is there so it's great and easy to keep her happy. The cinema is always clean and it's just a good vibe all round. It's great for the family to go with friends or a lover. It's my favourite cinema thus far in London.

This theatre can improve on the cleanliness and just the overall experience. The place looks dull and doesn’t really do justice to the cinema viewing experience. The screen wasn’t too bad and the sound system felt just ok for the price of the seat that one pays here.

One of the quietest cinemas i have seen, especially on weekdays which is good as you can sit anywhere you want. The shops inside gets closed by 6pm. But you will get popcorn/cold drink other menu items from canteen uptil 9pm. There is no ticket window, all self service. There are quite good restaurants right outside for you to plan a dinner after movie - pizza hut, Nando, Burger king, A chinese restaurant etc. It has toilets that are quite clean, staff is very friendly.

Bottom of screen 9 had ripples. Two rows of lights were on. Poor maintenance, escalators not working..food and drinks were rubbish. I've give one star just because the sound was really good. Avoid this cinema.

[Update] Took two stars off as the place is okay but the escalator weren't working, long queues with less people serving at the counter. The place was pretty dirty as well. A decent place to watch movies. Not as per my expectations thought. The screen was decent, sound system was fine and we watched movie in screen 1 which was medium sized seating. The food was a bit overpriced but still good. Loved the nachos. The movie was bad but that's not their fault now is it?

It is my go-to place to watch movies. I have seen both English and Hindi films here. The only downside I feel is the movies are up on the second floor while the food is on the ground floor so I feel anxious to queue up and grab food there in the short intermissions

Very big Odeon complex. Local buses right outside the cinema. Several restaurants are outside the leisure park and very convenient, location wise. The atmosphere in the cinema is nice and cosy. Toilet conditions are satisfactory.

Decent cinema, very large and often not particularly busy. 18 screens of varying size. Seats are comfy. Toilets clean. They often have broken escalators and no idea why never fixed. Prices are a little steep and I think they should lower them as it definitely limits the number of times I go here. I often visit far cheaper cinemas.

Nice cinema, food is expensive but as expected when in a cinema. They do offer blue light discount so do make sure you check out the offers if you have a blue light card. Enjoyed Dune 2 very good film. Few restaurants around the place like Nando’s or Burger King.

I have been there for over 10 years and have seen many wonderful movies inside. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff are friendly. Just one thing is the toilets needs refurbishing.

Been coming here on and off for 6 years now, but after covid the quality of this movie theatre hit rock bottom. Seems like they have no cleaning staff at all, there’s popcorn pieces everywhere from the moment you walk up the main staircase through the hallways. The toilet look like nobody cleans them, it’s absolutely disgusting. Movie experience properly ruined, I’d say stay away from this place!

Disgusting seats. We booked premier seats and was disappointed to see every single seats to be extremely dirty with mould like patches on them. I notified this to the manager who just shrugged and said, "Yeah we will be refurbishing soon but until then it is what it is". I am surprised how this place is allowed to operate in such condition!

The IMAX screen was great but the air con didn’t work which meant it got really warm quite quickly. Also their app didn’t work for anyone in our party for ordering food and drink which meant we had to join a huge queue for the self service screens. And to top it off the escalator to take you up to the screens was broken so there was another huge queue for the lifts which were quite a squeeze during the opening night for Dune part two. Great film, but in a not so great cinema, not sure we’ll be back.

Very spacious and comfortable seats with big screens. Good opening hours and screen times. I just wish they had the recliner seats they offer at the central/west london cinemas! But other than that it’s great

We get our odeon tickets free as a reward, I will not use any more of them again. Cineworld is round the corner. I thought the stair security lights were main lights the were so bright, couldn’t set into the film as felt someone has left the “big light” on the whole time. First showing of the day and somehow seats weren’t overly clean and toilets a mess. Next to no staff available when looking

Decent cinema, big screens, lots of showings and movie choices. Got free tickets though vitality and the snacks were reasonable ( by cinema standards). Waiting area poor, had to sit in Costa and drink my wine. Experience made better by Eugene who seemed to be bringing the energy to all around.

Decent screen and decent sound. Staff are great. But it's such a liminal space these days and the 30 minutes of ads is too much of a tax to pay.

I used to be a limitless holder but odeon seems to have adopted the philosophy of if it ain't broke lets brake it. They looked at mc Donald's broken system and clearly said "hold my beer" they have removed tills put fewer staff working so now you have to queue multiple times just to get ignored. I lined up and was told after 20 minutes I can only collect here go over "there". Queued again and was ignored for another 10 minutes to be asked if I am paying by card to which I confirmed to be told to queue again over "there" at which point I said forget it. I have uploaded a picture spot the staff member I challenge you. Odeon used to have multiple tills and staff they have removed all of them to make you wait upon waiting upon waiting. If you wonder why cinema is dying to streaming this is why. I will not be back. a former limitless holder.

The worst cinema in Greenwich. Lifts and escalators are out of order. They had escalators going down but not going up. Had to walk up to screen 14 via dirty concrete emergency exit stairwell. Staff looked bored and the place is a mess. Pay your money elsewhere if you want a good movie experience.

An adequate cinema experience. I've been there a couple of times now and it could do with having more staff. The escalators seems to not work half of the time and could definitely do with a clean. The food is okay, mediocre at best. The screens are of decent size but the seats could be more comfortable.

The cinema is a mess, I'm not disabled but am having a hard time with mobility at the moment. Assisted equipment like the lift is constantly broken with no alternatives as the escalators are in the same state. Which leave the visitors having to navigate the awkward climb/decent to/from the screen. Taps in the men's laboratory was left to a trickle. With urine all over the floors. The sound when watch Black Panther 2 (screen 4) was muffled and subtitles at points throughout not visible at the bottom of the screen due to the projection not being aligned. Service by staff is substandard, with lengthy cues when purchasing food, terrible customer service and rude at times. With many food items not being available (bring bad the pizzas). This cinema used to be exciting to visit with the best experience. Now it seems unclean, run down and badly managed, disappointing. Would revisit but lower your expectations, bring an extra jumper (as screens can be cold) and bring your own food to avoid disappointment.

Watched a screening of Avatar 2 - the projector was obviously slightly out of focus, it was really blurry all throughout the film which gave me a headache and ruined the experience, especially with a film which should have been visually stunning. The projectionists need to make sure the lens are clean, the lens' focus is optimally adjusted, and the picture is crisp! Escalators also still not working - from the other reviews, this issue seems to have been going on for at least 3 years - have the management simply abandoned the idea of repairing the escalators? Just a venue which is not worth maintenance? Just let the venue slowly degrade into ruin?

My partner and I visited the Greenwich Odeon to watch the new Batman film and we definitely had the best time. Wonderful and fast service at the popcorn/snacks bar and the tickets were easily accessible online, saves a lot of time!

Food is almost always great. Full of taste, good portions and piping hot. Cocktails don't always contain your £s worth of alcohol sadly. Other than that, great menu with great options. Hats off to the chefs.

Big parking space in front. Next to B&Q and Ikea. Several cinema inside with Costa. Good to stay inside and wait for buses during freezing winter.

The Cinema is in a great location, the staff are friendly and helpful, the food was nice and hot, the chioce of hot food has improved. the seats were comfortable, you could definitely feel the air con in screen 10. my only negative was that it would have been nice to have been informed that the escalator going up to the top level was not working, and two escalators wasn't working when leaving the cinema. Friday night at the movies at the oden was brill.
