Booked an afternoon tea at Soho Hotel. Customer service is excellent, nicely decorated interiors and food selection is good although some the sandwiches that were served are already stale. I didn’t mind it that much as everything else is perfect! Overall it was good, i will definitely come back again.

I dropped into Soho Hotel on a Sunday afternoon with some friends for tea. We did not have a booking. They were able to fit us in. Lovely place, delicious treats, great service and quality while being unpretentious.

Terrible service in my opinion at Refuel, unfortunately having missed partner’s dinner off the order so had to wait for both meals to be re-made with no money off the bill given the inconvenience! Won’t go here again for food given the poor management and feeling uncomfortable throughout by the attending staff in my opinion.

Really nice atmosphere in this lively bar and we were very impressed with all the friendly staff especially Dua who was very sweet charming and helpful . We often come here for drinks and love the Firmdale hotels. They do tasty bar snacks and the house champagne is good value

We've just enjoyed a fabulous afternoon tea at this beautiful hotel. The service was attentive, relaxed and friendly whilst being thoroughly professional. The afternoon tea was plentiful and simply divine especially for the cost of £45 pp. Quality and outstanding value for money in the centre of London. A huge well done to the management and staff and we'll certainly be back Thank you

Rooms are absolutely beautiful. I had the suite, open plan bedroom with lounge area. Bed was high from the floor and big and cosy. I loved the decor, it’s very colourful and vintage.

Visited for a private pre-screening of Nanny, hosted by Reclaim the Frame. The concierge staff were super welcoming and the hotel itself was easy to navigate. The decor was thoughtful - lots of art from artists from African descent. The colours, floral arrangements, furniture…honestly all so eclectically beautiful.

I had the pleasure of dining at the Soho Hotel, nestled in the heart of Soho, London, with some friends, and it was a delightful experience. The service was truly amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a more attentive and friendly staff. As for the food, it was nothing short of divine. Every dish we ordered was a culinary masterpiece. While I didn't have the chance to stay at the hotel itself, I can confidently say that the restaurant alone is worth a visit. The ambiance was lovely, and it provided the perfect setting for a memorable meal with friends. If you're looking for a top-notch dining experience in Soho, I highly recommend giving the Soho Hotel restaurant a try.

Came here for drinks with friends and it was lovely. The bar staff were very friendly and made us any cocktail we wanted on or off the Menus. Didn't stay overnight so I can't rate the room services however you wont be disappointed with the general hospitality here!

Tucked in a quiet alley away from the crowd and noise. I didn’t stay but just needed somewhere to charge my phone for a few minutes. They were very nice and accommodating!

My fiancee and I had a great experience staying at this hotel recently. The room and lobby decor, food and beverages and service from the staff were all excellent. We hope to be back again soon!

Really lovely hotel. Went to watch a film in the in-house boutique cinema - with SOFA'S! Watched a great arty film and then rounded off with a 3 course meal in the restaurant. I thoroughly recommend this experience. The food was delicious. The only thing that made it a 9.5/10 instead of 10/10 was the salmon was ever so slightly on the dry side.

We attended a film screening. We didn't stay at the hotel but the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The cinema room was very plush and comfortable. Great facilities.

Rating this solely for the bar which is a great spot to meet a friend and catch up with a bit of quiet and good atmosphere. Always wonderful service and good drinks. Their sours are the best.

We had a magical evening at Refuel. Popped in for a post theatre cocktail and ended up working our way through the incredible cocktail and gorgeous bar snacks menu - staying the whole evening! The team were slick, friendly, and really cared, as they bought the menu to life with wonderful suggestions and recommendations. Stefano was our waiter, he was lovely. Kevin the Food and Beverage Manager is the perfect host, and was personally ensuring guests were being well looked after. We chatted to him about the fabulous guest mixologists visiting from Henrock, his enthusiasm was infectious. We loved the cocktails we had from this menu and we moved to sit at the bar which was absolutely mesmerizing, and so atmospheric. Jaime was fab demonstrating a real eye for detail in her presentation. We are now absolutely hooked, will not be able to visit Soho without swinging by. If you're looking for exquisite cocktails in a stylish and elegant setting, with friendly and top notch service… look no further!

This place epitomises everything that is wrong with the hospitality industry. Nearly £7 for a regular cup of tea? Even the sublime Selfridges charges half of that plus their decor isn't offensive. My NY resolution is not to get ripped off again.

Great stay at Soho Hotel. Room de Luxe was beautiful, quiet and full of light. Breakfast was very disappointing the first day (45mn waiting and hot dishes were served cold) but the staff took the feedback and went the extra mile the following day for us to have a pleasant experience. Overall a very good option in Central London.

I've only been in the lounge for drinks and eaten two suppers at the Soho Hotel. The decor was so much fun with lots of colour, textures and patterns. And they had original prints and other works of art throughout the lounge and lobby. It was a delight for the eyes and I loved just being there. Very relaxed and a nice range of drinks on the menu. Our two suppers were delicious. A nice range of food options on the menu with some really tasty food fusions. The service was exemplary. Our niece cannot eat onions or garlic and our server made every effort to accommodate her dietary restrictions. Great location in Soho. One day I'd love to stay in this Hotel, even for one night just so I can revel in the artistry of the rooms.

What a lovely experience staying here! Perfect hotel, perfect location. Staff incredibly friendly. The doorman, Clive, was a real treat to converse with and made the trip that much more memorable.

Wow what a place to stay. From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing. Check in was quick and simple. The concierge was so attentive and took us to our room. He ran through all the amenities and showed us around the room, he also ran through the services the hotel has to offer, gym, cinema etc. The room was incredible, the bed so comfortable, the bathroom was also amazing, a roll top bath with TV, an amazing shower with various settings. We had dinner in the restaurant, it was busy and the staff very accommodating. The food was delicious and very filling. The staff are attentive but not intrusive, it was also great to just talk to them as they made you feel very relaxed. No request or adjustment to your meal was a problem and they ask if you if you have any dietary requirements or allergies. Breakfast was very filling and a choice for all. I can't fault the staff at all and the concierge certainly knows their stuff, able to guide, make bookings and recommendations. The hotel is situated in the heart of Soho so close to all the sites. We will be back.

We went to the Soho hotel for a movie screening and it was a great place to watch and have drinks too. With restaurants and bars nearby there’s plenty to choose from to enjoy a meal before or after the movie. Great comfy chairs though missing the headrest and cup holder. Couldn’t resist taking a picture of the huge cat on entry. Very warm reception and cloak room facilities available.

I've been here twice for lunch 3 years apart and both were lovely experiences. The staff are so nice and attentive. I got the mushroom soup for a starter and it was one of the best things I've ever tasted. Comfortable seating and nice ambience too. Will be back soon

I went to the Refuel restaurant for afternoon tea and it was a lovely experience. The scones were beautiful, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Ive eaten all over the world and been into many great restaurants in my life. SOHOHOTEL has by far THE BEST STEAK I HAVE EVER TASTED!! it was soo good i had to order another one. And it was only £35.00. Do not waste your money at Salt Baes Nusr-Et for a steak. Its not worth it. Plus its bland. SOHO HOTEL is THE place for a steak.

Great service. Made us feel very welcome. The lovely doorman at once collected our luggage and was very friendly. I will surely be recommending Soho hotel to my colleagues in the future.
