Great value at a great location (5 minute walk from West Brompton Station)! The rooms are fit will all the essentials (except a mini fridge), and the beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly and courteous, however, the hotel does suffer from a lack of facilities (gyms, pool, etc). The pub serves a variety of English delicacies. We had the mixed grill, bangers and mash, Texas chicken strips, and a salad. The food was mostly decent, and definitely a good option for a late night bite given that the pub is open 24 hours.

This is a very rough, large, busy hotel in a grim area. It always smells of weed and there is shifty people loitering or coming and going at all hours. The car park is awful, very tight and dingy. Check in was incredibly slow. The keycards are not fit for purpose, they work once then have to be reset. The noise in the rooms from other guests, traffic etc is really disturbing. The air conditioning is there in spirit only, as it either does nothing or blows out warm air (when set to cold). The rooms themselves are functional with comfy beds, clean to a basic acceptable standard. They are also ancient, knackered, tatty, broken, scruffy, you name it. I’m sure they were luxurious in the 70’s. Room 204 shown must be above/next to a public or staff area of some kind, as the noise of talking, banging, moving around etc was *constant*, morning and night. But… it’s also a cheap London hotel near a tube station, hence the reason I’ve stayed 3 times now and always had similar experiences. Just make you only stay if it’s a very good rate, and be clear on what to expect.

The staff were all incredibly polite and professional. - The room was far to warm for the entire stay. We tried using the thermostat but aside from getting louder the AC did not actually function. When we spoke with the front desk we were informed that it was a central system and that we could not actually lower the temperature. The offered to turn it off completely which is a plus but not a satisfactory result. - The water pressure from the shower was pathetic. We wasted far more water as we were forced to take longer showers in order to get the soap off of us. The sink had better pressure. - There was mold growing around the window. I'm guessing due to the condensation because it was so hot in the room. - cleaning staff walked into the room without knocking and saw me naked. not mad, but please knock... - overall my impression of this hotel is that you use the green movement as a way to cheap out in as many ways as possible and sacrifice the customers experience in exchange for a lower power bill.

Nice clean room, we had a twin and the beds were nice and comfy, the duvets could have been a little thicker, but the room was lovely and warm. Hotel bar was reasonably priced, we had food and drinks but there were nicely priced. The breakfast was very nice, It's self serve but you could have what you want, there was more than enough to go around. Plenty of drinks and a nice atmosphere.

Very nice team, very friendly and professional. The hotel looks a bit tired, however the level of service is excellent. They were very always happy to help me with all my enquiries and to make sure we are comfortable during our stay. Definitely returning next time when in London! Excellent value for money

A no thrills but great value hotel that is conveniently located for a number of attractions. The on-site car parking is good value for a London hotel. The hotel has a restaurant serving dinner and an excellent breakfast. There is also an on-site pub that offers a good range of typical pub meals. We prefer to take a short walk and visit some of the excellent local bars and restaurants. We have used this hotel three times and expect to use it many more times in the future.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would encourage you to avoid it at all costs. (I got bed bugs). The staff is extremely rude and completely unhelpful. They have serious issues with their key cards which cause them to deactivate all the time and you have to go get new ones constantly. I once had to go back to reception 4 times before getting a working set. The rooms are out of date and gross. My first night I was in a room that was infested with bed bugs. After changing rooms they confirmed they found them and offered a very weak apology and still gave me a hassle when I asked for them to cover some laundry costs. The woman who eventually helped me with this issue was the only employee that left a positive impression. I would’ve left after night one but was with a group so I endured the next 4 nights. The curtains were stained, the rooms unclean. The a/c and temperature controls did not work. The ceiling fan in the bathroom did not work and the whole place would fill with steam which I think explains the mildew/mold smell that permeates the building. I overheard another guest who had their items taken from the luggage room because the staff were not collecting luggage tags from people. When I asked questions or sought help in reception I was greeted with blank faces and no empathy. The location is not great. There is not one redeeming factor for this hotel. The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Our weekend stay at the Ibis London Earls Court was superb. The newly renovated room was modern and inviting, boasting a comfortable bed and a surprisingly spacious bathroom. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, offering a great start to our days. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing excellent service with genuine smiles. Ibis Hotel is now our top choice for a comfortable and welcoming stay in central London. Highly recommended!

A convenient location to the tube lines and Earls Court at an affordable price for the area. There are a mix of old and newly refurbished rooms. We checked into a family room and was advised that there is building work happening between 10am and 5pm which wasn't an issue as we weren't going to be there in the room. Except the work started before 0830. We complained to reception who were really helpful. After a few discussions and checking options, we were offered a newly refurbished room away from the construction. The old rooms are quite dated but the beds were comfortable and spacious. The new rooms are modern and clean. One word of advice, if you are 3 adults then don't book a new refurb room as the "sofa" bed is actually a chair bed and it barely wider than my butt. The main bed is bigger than the old rooms at the expense of the small bed getting smaller. There are two things missing from the room that majority of hotels have around the world, one being a mini fridge and the other being tissues which surprises me as its not exactly cheap like a hostel.

We got an early check in thanks to Manish and it was perfect after travelling for hours. The rooms were humid and a little unclean. The beds were comfortable. We woke up to some loud renovating noises two times on our stay. All in all the hotel staff treated us well and everyone was kind to us so if you’re travelling on a low-budget and don’t mind a little untidiness, it should be fine!

Great place to stay. This is the second stay we have made in the past year. The rooms are slightly dated but very clean and everything required is available. We really enjoyed the hotel bar and the restaurant. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of foods for all tastes. Jordan on the front desk was very helpful.

Easy to find and park, walking distance to two tube stations. It was cheaper for us to park than to take the train. Smart first impression. All staff were friendly, professional and helpful both at reception and breakfast. The upstairs pub looked good. No street / airplane noise but clattering and voices from the floor above (we were level 2) went on every night until midnight. As a couple with young child we had a suite which was a good space. A small fridge was included that was big enough for chilling several water bottles and more. The bathroom was a good size; great to have a strong hot shower and nice small toiletries. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing! All the choice you could think of for four courses! Ample supplies, fresh, tasty and well presented. Very attentive, friendly staff who were particularly good with my daughter, and ample seating. The freshly squeezed orange juice machine was a highlight and hot chocolate with pastries. I'd definitely book here again for a trip to London. Thank you team!

Booked here in January but it is not the best hotel to stay. Bedroom was tired and very dated the breakfast was the worst experience!! Kid’s touching all food items a retuning them filling drinks bottles directly from the water and orange dispenser. Woman pushing in grabbing pastries with no tongs and taking away large plate full. Adults leaving used glasses on the top with all the clean glasses and the list goes on. I wonder if a lot of the people here were housed here ? But have to I won’t ever stay here again.

The staff of Ibis Earl's Cort is very kind and helpful, always ready to serve. This concerns the welcome staff, the room service, the maintenance staff (who immediately reacted when we declared that there was a problem with the heating) and, of course, the staff who is responsible for serving the delicious English breakfast. This is even more obvious in the case of Mrs Anna and Ms Chloe, who were also very friendly. We enjoyed a lot our stay and we intend to come back as we always do (it is the fourth time that we chose this hotel).

Emailed prior requesting an upgrade due to a special occasion that was being celebrated and the lovely receptionists were kind enough to upgrade us to one of the newly refurbished executive rooms. We were also given comp drink vouchers upon arrival! Honestly, the room was perfect for 1-2 night stay, has everything you need. It is rather small but you cannot fault it. The layout is stunning and we had a nice view from the room too. The TV was huge and we were able watch football live which was also a plus. The only thing I’d say is I hope they do plan on renovating the reception/bar area as I’d say it’s quite outdated. The colour theme alongside the carpets gives a real 80s vibe and I wonder if they intend to match the aesthetic of the refurbished rooms over time. Overall, I’d recommend staying here!

I came to England for my honeymoon in November last year. I stayed in this hotel for about 4 days. It is located just outside London, but there was a bus stop nearby, so the transportation was not inconvenient. The hotel staff was friendly and the Korean staff treated me comfortably. I stayed on the top floor with a nice view for about two days from the first day, but this room was so cold because it was not renovated. The staff brought me a heater. On the last day, I stayed in another room and the room was warm. The top floor of the middle floor was not renovated, and the bottom floor seems to have been renovated.

I enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is strategically located and the room is newly renovated. The wall is a bit thin, I can hear renovations going on above me but not too disruptive. Micky at the reception desk was very helpful. We came a bit early and he issued us with drink vouchers while waiting. Few minutes before 3pm, he came to us and informed us that the room was ready.

I have been very impressed with my stay at Ibis here in Earls Court. The whole staff and the service provided at the restaurant within was beyond exceptional. Every one has been extremely polite, helpful, and accommodating. The food was also incredibly good. I ate here twice during my stay and was blow away by how good the food was. The menu is also quite extensive with many great options that are suitable for all. Thank you to Lukasz who was extra helpful and attentive during my stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Ibis Hotel for one night last week and I had the breakfast in the " new Restaurant". The food was really delicious and the service was outstanding. Thank you to Bella, such a sweet and helpful lady.🤗. She was so active and always ready to fill up the trays with fresh food and, she was constantly ask me if I needed anything! Thank you to Matthew, who welcomed me with a big smile on his face and professionalism. Thank you to everyone who was involved in the Breakfast and kitchen for so much attention to the details! I will definitely go back and recommend it to my friends! Thank you!

Room was very shabby . Lack of plug sockets. No shower gel In bathroom container was empty. Walls very thin could hear people taking in room next to me. On a good point breakfast was good and plenty of it but that would not make me stay here again!

  • 2/5 Johannes Z. 6 months ago on Google
Breakfast was very good. Service and food quality was excellent. Matthew made sure that the coffee machines were working properly and food was always topped up. Well done! The room however was very dirty. We found socks from a previous guest under the table. Everything was dusty, the water kettle was sticky and the bathroom just seemed very old and badly maintained. The water pressure was much too low and in the first night there wasn't any warm water. The bed was a bit too small for two persons and the mattress wasn't very good. We've been to many Ibis hotels all over Europe and were satisfied, but this was a disappointment.

I would like to thank you the staff for everything. Staff were incredibly polite as well as funny. The hotel room was super super clean, the bathroom was clean. Everything was working. Staff were incredibly helpful when calling down at reception and asking for what my and my friend needed. What inspired me was that staff would wear matching outfits and shoes during the night and in the morning they would also match. Hats off to the Manager for training incredible staff. Thank you once again and see you soon.

Good hotel in the west of London. Easy to reach by tube. My modern room was very good, silent & clean. You can prepare coffee or tea in the room, wifi functions seamlessly,

The hotel was comfortable for the price, London can be quite pricey but I found this to be pretty reasonable, the room was clean and had ample tea/coffee facilities including a safe. The room was quite cold and the heating did take a while to kick into a comfortable temperature. I was happy to return to this hotel time and time again until the morning experience. Upon check-in, I requested a late check out which was granted free of charge for one hour at 1 pm, so far so good. At 8:20 I had a cleaner knock on my door asking if I was checking out, I politely told her I had a late check out at 1 pm and requested I was not disturbed. She went away rather annoyed I was checking out late. At 9:40 I had a reception lady knock on the door, at this time I did not get to the door quick enough as I was in the shower, and she gained entry to the room despite it being locked from the inside when she realized I was in the room, left apologetically and that was that! Then at 10:00 drilling from another room started, and this continued until I gave up and left at 11:30. I was not advised at any point of work being carried out which ruined a quiet place to work before my travels. I raised this with the receptionist when I checked out and got an apology and the manager stated he would ensure communication was passed on. Needless to say, I won't return.

Stayed here previously in the older rooms and I can definitely say the new ones are a massive improvement! Very modern and well designed and had a comfortable night sleep. It also makes the hotel a much better value proposition now being near tube stations and not far from central London. Only improvement is the shower water pressure as everything would have been perfect if it had been better.

Pleasant room, very clean, could do with a bit of an upgrade though, will opt for a higher grade room next time Location great for transport links. All staff vey polite, friendly, efficient and helpful. Hotel bar very good, breakfast superb. Will stay again.

  • 2/5 Yuhao H. 4 months ago on Google
The refurbished rooms are nice. However, the water flow from the shower head is really, really light. Even a rain outside could be heavier… caught a cold after a shower. And there’s no heating in the room, at least not in the room I stayed in. The AC probably doesn’t heat. Had to ask for extra duvet to stay warm, but the staff who brought the duvet was not so friendly… and there was human hair on the duvet that was brought to me 😷

Clean hotel, functional, well located for Earls court and has an array of eateries nearby. Rooms are quite small, though there is a table it's not the environment to catch up on emails. Bed was comfortable, and slept quite well, the bathroom was fairly cramped and the water on the morning was fairly tepid and running as a trickle in the shower.

Amazing customer service, Lucas on reception was very professional and friendly, accommodated me after chose wrong room on reservation. You have to go with The New renovated rooms which are really lovely, comfy, clean and industrial style decorated with air conditioning; shower & toilet perfectly clean. Bus stop just across & underground at 5min walking distance.

Much better than I expected. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good. It was a bit too busy when we stayed so we had to wait for some breakfast items and drinks for longer than usual but otherwise no complaints. Lovely service throughout.

Newly refurbished rooms are clean and uncluttered. Overall experience was quiet with comptempory connotations. Ricky on the front desk was very helpful. Break area very clean, tidy and super efficient. The pub area was managed well, food excellent.

Great hotel! Location is excellent as it is next to the West Brompton station, amenities were good as well and room was clean with a good view. Only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5, is that the bed had 2 single uneven mattresses’ joined together instead of one king size mattress. Anyways, still I would recommend this hotel 👍🏽

Lovely staff, clean & tidy, plenty of parking and not too expensive as London goes. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice. Unfortunately the rooms do let down the overall experience. Don't get me wrong clean, tidy, spacious. They just need a refurbishment

We had a room with a great view (12th floor!) and a comfy double bed - though a bit small for 2 grown-ups. Breakfast is absolutely stunning. Grand selection and the team is great too. Very friendly staff and constantly refilling. Very pleasant stay!

First of all, thanks to Ahmad for being so nice. All staff members I met were nice and helpful The room is quite good, and the view is awesome. The room is clean, BUT the bathroom can be cleaned better (the shower curtains were a bit unclean) and was a bit off putting. All in all, good room.

This is a great place to stay in London. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help..Thanks Matthew. The breakfast menu has a lot of options to choose from and all included in the accommodation price. The location is also fantastic as it’s close to the train/tube station that can take you to many connection stations. Can’t fault it.

Not bad for the price, rooms are clean tidy with basic amenities needed, staff are friendly, restaurant on site is great if you need a quick meal and a drink before heading out. Coffee shop in reception is ideal. Would recommend staying here for a short stay, long stays you would probably want a bit more from your room.

We enjoyed our stay very much in this hotel. Excellent location, near metro and bus stops. Friendly and attentive staff. Fantastic food experience, all great. super breakfast with Matthew who made it impeccable. Thanks for the kindness of Supra. Positive experience also for the internal pub thanks to Lucas. We will definitely be back Super recommended

My stay was seamless. Check in was straightforward and receptionist friendly. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was a particular highlight - efficient, and they had everything you could want to eat. Breakfast service was also excellent, particularly from the manager Matthew. Thanks to all staff for making my stay a very pleasant one.

Our stay at Ibis was really nice. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was clean. The breakfast had many things you could choose from. The staff was polite and always willing to help. The hotel was located near to the underground station which made it easy to get to other parts of London.

Lovely stay from arrival (Micky was very friendly & efficient) to departure. Great refurbished room, breakfast and pub bar. Good Bus stops and Tube connections right outside the hotel as well as some really nice bars, pubs and eateries very close. Will definitely return.

Simple accommodations in a great location. A short distance from Stamford Bridge. The pub on the first floor is spacious and lively; the breakfast is large and delicious. And the friendly staff specifically Eduardo, super friendly and attentive, takes this hotel on top. I'm definitely going to stay again

We had a lovely stay at the Ibis Earls Cort hotel! The staff has been very helpful and friendly. Ahmad in particular brought oat milk to our table every morning and was very caring! Also the staff at the reception tried to help me to find my hat which I lost on the bus. The only thing that could be improved is the condition of the rooms and hallways, which unfortunately have already lost their charm and are in need of a renovation. Still, the room was great.

I have always used this hotel for events in recent years. Standards have improved a lot alongside the service. Refurbished rooms are way better than the standard rooms and are quite modern in terms of luxury. Also, it has a uniquely functional design, allowing you to effortlessly navigate the room better. Breakfast is a must! Buffets style with plenty of options. There was a flushing issue with the toilet and the staff member, trying his best to find the issue, ended up simply giving me another room.

Not the ideal choice, if you want to be around the center of London. There are 2 underground stations in a short distance. 1 at a 5 minutes walk, and another one at a 15 minutes walk distance. The area has 3-4 decent pubs and a fair amount of restaurants. Rooms are really nice and the people there really friendly and willing to help. If you seek for an affordable stay in London, and don't mind a bit of walking, it's perfect.

Overall it was a good place to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and the amenities offered were just fine. Understandable about the heat wave that we experienced as one cannot control the weather. The location was convenient for the Tube and bus connections. The area at night is relatively safe but you have to be aware of your environment anywhere you go.

The hotel room was comfortable and spacious enough. The breakfast was good, enjoyed the typical British things. Also the pub was very good, they had a large selection of beers and the pub food was great. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I had two separate bookings, the hotel staff made it possible to change my booking so I could stay in the same room. In other words, fantastic service!

My cousin recommended this hotel and i booked for my weekend after work. When i checked in, Mr. Jim took all needed care even before i asked. His warm welcome and professional care was very touching and gave me a good start of London trip. Really appreciated! Room was very nice and neat than my expectation as it’s renovated. Location is also quite good close to West Brompton station. It was good choice!

I had a good stay at the Ibis West Brompton, I was upgraded a room so had a nice amount of space. The room was also recently renovated and decorated nicely. Staff were nice and helpful, although there was works going on that didn’t disrupt my stay. The only thing I would say is the shower pressure was not great, I think the shower head itself was the problem so it would be good to look into changing these. The walls are also very thin and I heard people hanging things up on the rails or moving furniture around. There also was not a fridge which would have be handy.
