Not very impressed. Yes it is a budget hotel but doesn't mean that management should allow the cleanliness go to waste. Upon arrival we were met with friendly front desk staff but it soon took a down turn when on our way to the room we were greeted by filthy, smelly carpets. Breakfast was okay though the coffee was extremely strong hence tasted very bitter. The dining room staff are not very friendly and at exactly 09:00 when breakfast ends my coffee and toast that I was still trying to force down was promptly removed from the table without asking if I had finished my breakfast. Very unpleasant and unprofessional

My husband and I had a very nice stay here. This was the perfect place to start our trip. Our room was compact with a full bed, street facing. There is just enough space for two adults and two medium sized luggage bags. The room was very clean, and all of the staff were extremely kind. We both really appreciated the quietness of the hotel at night. The hotel is literally around the corner from the metro and there are a number of restaurants and convenient stores as well.

Had an enjoyable stay at Oxford Hotel Kensington. Quick check-in process (note shares reception with Merit Hotel Kensington at No 16-18). Very nice new modern rooms with excellent bathrooms, very upmarket with nice towels and amenities. Excellent location next to Earls Court underground station. Did have an issue with safe not functioning, which could not be fixed despite efforts of staff. We were on lower ground floor so no views from our window. Otherwise, for the price for Kensington, an excellent and great value hotel!

Very basic room, in one of lots old houses. Saying that, it was extremely clean, modern and everything was there to make my overnight stay lovely. Definitely recommended.

Good location (5 min walking from tube underground (metro) station). The bathroom was awesome with a great shower! Not a 5 stars review just because they allocated my mother and I in a very small room (and hard to access, with many stairs) equipped with a double bed, but in general, it was good!

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The location is so great, several types of shops around to suit needs and very safe too. The room we stayed in specifically was really cute as it had a little green backyard. The bed was comfortable and it was cleaned everyday and towels changed too! While they provide shampoo, bar soap, lotion & body wash daily, they don’t provide shower caps. Also, only the first two bottles of water that are complimentary. Furthermore, we could hear people walking above/beside us. Finally, figuring out the AC controls were a chore so we preferred to sleep with the door leading to the balcony/backyard open. It was THAT safe. To add, they also received & kept my asos order for almost two weeks before I arrived or collected my payment. And when I told them I would be arriving two hours before check-in, a room was available for me. I definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again!

On arrival there were three men working, I said hello and nothing was said. My partner then said hello and a man who seemed new served him. Not sure if it was because I was female or what but rubbish welcome, this is why I am giving three stars. A nice welcome goes along way. The rooms are cleaned daily which is nice. Good selection of hot drink sachets and a kettle to use. The room was very s but I loved it had everything we needed and it was very modern. We even had a balcony. It has a lovy shower too could not fault the rooms barely heard anyone. Appears there has been a lot of money put into the three hotels becoming one and it has paid off! Bed was very comfy again no complaints. Not sure this hotel caters for mobility issues as all up steps. I will likely stay here in summer. Would recommend only a two minute walk to the train station at earls court, 10 minute walk from south Kensington and 2 minutes from food and shops.

Very small room, tiny for two people with 2 suitcases. Creaky and very small bed. Good location next to Earl's Court Underground station.

Wonderful hotel. Location location location Reasonably priced in prime location. Clean rooms, wonderful staff. Recommend the breakfast Slight drawbacks : small rooms but compact with everything you need. Beds are folding sofas

We are extremely disappointed in this hotel and how they state that you can book the hotel room and can cancel if needed! This is such a big scam! We accidentally booked for a few days on the wrong dates and tried reaching out to cancel the booking and reschedule for another date, not only did they not respond they did not pick up our calls and now we are disputing this with our bank! This is one of the worst hotel experience we have had! We have traveled extensively all over the world and never encountered such a situation! Do not attempt to make any booking at this hotel. They are unresponsive and will leave you hanging, I definitely am not going to stay at this hotel as I believe if there is an issue they will not respond nor take care of the guest. Do yourself a favor and go for another hotel. If the hotel responds back I will update my review.

We spent 3 nights at the hotel and really enjoyed our time there. Location is great, couldn't be any better, just make sure to take the Earl's Court Rd exit and not the Warwick Road one, rooms are modern and clean, beds are perfect and breakfast is quite good for a 3-star hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

Totally remodeled- glad I went! I stayed in the coolest single room in the basement area, and it was small but perfectly designed for one person. LED lighting, giant bathroom shower, heated floors- a real hidden gem. I wish I had taken some pictures because I enjoyed the cute and functional design of the room so much.

Perfect for in the city short holiday getaway! Location is quite good as you have a 3-4 minutes walk to the tube station. Hotel looks nice, since it's renovated. Interior is cosy but not too glam and luxurious. Reception is in another building so it can be confusing when you want to check-in.

Location is quite good as you have a 3-4 minutes walk to the tube station. We've had a room next to the lift and could hear everyone using it. Room was also small - didn't spend much time inside so it was okay. Hotel looks nice, it is renovated. Reception is in another building so it can be confusing when you want to check-in.

In all honesty, it was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms were dirty, same with the thicker blankets. It was much too loud during the nights and the heating was turned off, so it got really chill in the morning. The "breakfast" looked more like something you could get a food poisoning from. The breakfast rooms were crammed with chairs and tables and without windows. One of the rooms was used multifunctional - means: after breakfast they stored laundry and luggage down there. The reception was not particularly interested in its guests. All in all: NEVER EVER AGAIN!

The location was great, but the bedroom was extremely small, there was no space to place our luggage, it was unfit for two people even when it was supposed to be a double room. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was even smaller than the bedroom and it had a very strong bleachy smell that never went away. It was a the worst hotel I’ve been in London, and definitely no good value for money at all.

Hopefully it's improved but I stayed here a few years ago and it wasn't very nice. The room my sister stayed in had mould/damp on the walls. My room had a mini fridge that was giving off heat on the inside (!) so I had to plug it out to be on the safe side. The rooms were cramped and shabby. Definitely wouldn't visit here again.

Very impersonal. Breakfast is horrible. Some place to relax and stay is missing. Outside breakfast time, they wouldn't allow you to stay in the breakfast room and their is no other room like a library. No desk in the hotel room, a mini shower and a mini cupboard. The safe was not working and wasn't fixed in three days. The only good thing, the receptionist are kind and helpful and speak several languages. This is why I give two points. But the hotel management is not for business guests.

Recently done up and I must say they’ve done a cracking job. They do take a pre authorisation of £100 upon check in which feels strange as they said they experienced lots of damaged rooms and they take it as an insurance. Rooms are small and compact, but we were happy to spend two nights there and were comfortable. Lots of wardrobe space and draws. Thought would have liked some space in bathroom or a hook on the wall It’s close to shops, pret, Tesco, Burger King to name a few and close to the high street. 2 minutes walk to tube line and great transport links to and from this area.

Unsuccessful hotel choice. The receptionist is very bad. The way of talking is provocative. There is no good customer service. As I arrived, the first thing I asked about the hotel was because the name of the hotel was different from the reality. It seems that there is a company managing the hotel. Secondly, when I arrived, the receptionist asked for a deposit of 100 pounds in a provocative manner, and as I made the reservation through you, because I could not. Refund No cancellation of reservation
