I had a very good experience at this branch of Burger & Lobster. I went for a very late lunch and was the only customer there but I would imagine this place gets packed during lunch and dinner. The restaurant is beautiful... very classic. The server was very friendly and attentive. There are many tanks full of lobster and you can choose the size of the lobster you order - some are as big as 2lbs. I ordered the grilled whole lobster. Served with salad and lemon butter sauce, it was fresh, tasty and very satisfying. They also have a good selection of drinks, wine, cocktails and mocktails. I liked this place so much that I tried several other Burger & Lobster branches. I will definitely be coming back for more.

The formula is pretty solid, you know what you are getting and it is tasty. Having been to a few Burger & Lobster restaurants this has to be the best venue. The size and decor is great. Service here was ok, I was there at not the busiest of times so it is hard to judge properly. I did have to ask for water twice but that wasn’t a big deal. The menu is tried & tested and stands tall. The quality and consistency is still good too. As with most things these days your money doesn’t go too far but I would say it is not too bad here. To sum it up, it is a good meal and a great venue with a fun and easy vibe.

Amazing dinner at Burger & Lobster as usual. Fantastic scallops as a starter and signature lobster as a main! All paired with some lovely Taittinger. I was mistakenly served a lobster roll instead of a whole lobster. And a manager immediately ordered a full lobster while giving away the lobster roll free of charge. Now, that is a 5-star service :)

Excellent choice for an afternoon meal. Our server mistakenly brought the broccoli with the mains as we wanted it with the starters. But let's face facts, that's my only star off. Atmosphere was fa-bu-lous! Great music, wonderful hostess and manager. Very attentive without smothering us. Whole lobster and Lobster roll were superb. Highly recommend the bbq ribs and calamari. Take a break and treat yourself!

Came here for Lunch on a Friday Ordered few burgers and lobster meals The lobster is quite ok and fresh so it was good The burger, a bit disappointed on the beef. Seems too rough or I should say not juicy at all. Feels like factory packed beef and pan fried only. It needs some improvement on this or May be I am here just right at their opening at noon which the beef might be just out from freezer or so whatever. Atmosphere is great as it’s in this nicely district Service is ok, friendly as they could Overall, if u want some burger or quick meal, it’s a place to come Lots of space and seats Not likely need reservations at lunchtime

The food service was just fantastic. The brioche bond that the lobster role is served in was out of this world. The person that handles the bioch bun for the lobster roll, think is a master of his craft. Because it was just buttery and toasty at the same time. But the cherry on the top here is the actual atmosphere. And it's just fantastic just sitting in there and soaking it all in.

Returned to this specific branch for my mum’s birthday (again) - and it’s a firm favourite. Amazing service from several team members from the minute we walked in, and continued until we left. A special thanks to the lovely waitress (kicking myself because I forgot to ask her name) who even sang happy birthday to my mum and just amplified our experience and made it memorable! The lobster and prawn croquettes are to die for and I hope they never take them away!

Service was slow and our order was wrong but rectified. Starters and deserts was delicious. The burger mains was nice but the lobster was dry.

Burger and Lobster has always been top of the notch restaurants in London! It goes above and beyond in all aspects and you sometimes are spoilt for choice on what to get. Excellent customer service too!

Nicely located around the corner, about 2 to 3 blocks away down from Liverpool Street. You will see eye catching lobster 🦞 when entry. It is as expected from the name, burger and lobster are both nice. And it is good to have a mix combo so you can try both in one entrees. Lobster is quite freshly done and honestly there is no need for sauce.

What a fantastic experience from beginning to end and a great way to end my birthday. Was greeted by Yohan very warm and friendly. Customer service 10*. He topped off the experience and made it remarkable. He always checked on us (2 children and myself) making sure everything was OK and if we needed anything else. Now the food.... lobster roll meal with chips ....delish, burger and grilled lobster with chips and salad.. ..yum, calamari starter just wow and flavoursome and the char grilled broccoli topped with almonds very tasty. Desert: Creme Brule and pecan and apple with ice cream both tasty. Cocktail Tropic Thunder very tasty and sweetness just right. Very clean, great service, nice atmosphere. 5*

The perfect service is only surpassed by the fantastic food. the atmosphere is breathtaking. Even the entrance with a huge cast iron door gives you an idea of what awaits you inside. If you like something special you should eat here.

The lobster is much better than the burger!! Starters were ok...but not blown away Had the lobster roll and burger for main, which unfortunately I had to get to take away ..and this is why it is getting a 4 star and 5 star for service...they were SO kind. Had to leave early (my friends stayed) and they bagged up my (only just delivered) main course. No problem, just really kind and lovely about it The rest of the rating was really from my friends who said they were so disappointed with the burger...so for me...get the lobster roll...it was delicious!

A friend and I came down for an impromptu evening meal on Monday, and had such an amazing experience in this branch. I just want to give a mention to staff members Marco and Nelly who were both extremely hospitable and displayed wonderful customer service from the moment we entered the restaurant to the minute we left. Marco gave us a lovely little show of the lobster tank, and as it was my first time ever eating lobster he was patient enough to go through the menu with me and explain the different choices. Unfortunately, I wasn't a big fan of the lobster (through no fault of the restaurant it just wasn't my thing), but everything else on my plate was amazing including the salad lol. Would I visit again? Absolutely!! Overall a 10/10 experience. Thank you guys, Marco especially is a credit to your team.

Went here for my boyfriend’s birthday having been to the Soho branch, I became fan of the lobster roll. 🦞🫶🏼 Although the ambience here was more pleasant, I prefer the Soho one in terms of food and service. The lobster croquettes are insanely good for starters and would definitely recommend. I got the lobster roll which you can’t go wrong with but could’ve had a bit more lobster filling in proportion to the bread. Fries are not special but still good. My bf got the lobster linguine which was so flavourful but quite oily. Although i mentioned it was his birthday on the reservation, i had to ask a server again if we would get any complementary dessert which was a little inconvenient cus we waited for a while to be attended to. For the price you pay i expect the service to match. Fortunately one of the male servers rectified this situation and it was overall positive! Thank you for the apple crumble ⭐️🎂

Good food and wild range of options. Personally, I prefer lobster roll than whole lobster. It is a very busy atmosphere and everyone is running. Staff of our table, however, did not give us much attention.

Me and my husband had an amazing day during the "Lobster Day" in Threadneedle branch. From the security personnel, the server and the manager were super friendly. The food was served hot and delicious!! We have tried 4 branches of burger and lobster in London. All had different ambience and I love all 4!! Deffo gonna try other branches too!!

The server Carlos attended to us very well, a group of 4 and we had a great time dining. Food was tasty and service was attentive!

The food was delicious and the portion quite generous (I tried the lobster roll + 5oz burger with fries). The waiter navigated me choose the right portion and was very friendly. The cocktail (smoking buffalo) was a bit too strong yet tasty.

From my picture, If you are looking for a gigantic lobster, this is the place! We loved the ambiance and the truffle French fries oohh my!!! Service was great and everyone were very smiley!

We ordered one steamed lobster and and one burger. Steamed one was dry. Burger was very thick to chew with dignity. The one more reason to take out the star is the mosquito. I got bitten by a mosquito a lot and I saw a mosquito under the table. The store was almost empty with a very few customers.

It was very nice experience. We spent my boyfriend’s birthday there and the service was outstanding. We were very hungry and we decided not to go for ordinary menu and went for picking lobster from aquarium. We were very impressed by waiter’s expertise and passion as she helped us to pick right lobster based on our hunger and helped us with side dishes. Then she merged two tables for us as we had a lot of food, it was very nice touch. Plus I cut my finger and the waiter catered me with medical attention. Very friendly and welcoming! Thank you very much to waiter Lolley. You made our day! After being treated nice and valued, it makes us to go back to the place and be served by her again!

Not been to a burger and Lobster for ages. Good to see the menu has expanded. I was very cheeky and asked to swap the 5oz burger from the combo for the soft shell crab roll. It cost a little bit more, but was well worth it. Although the soft shell crab roll was no where near as good as @lucyliu in Melbourne, it was good for London standards and I enjoyed it, although they could give more of the source that goes with it. And the lobster roll is always great. The interior design of the Threadneedle restaurant is just insane. The high ceiling and architecture just takes you back in time. Out waitress was also amazing and the restaurant was very accommodating.

Amazing comfort food !! Must try the japanese plum cocktail!! Sweet sour with a special taste not for commoners 🫢 love it!! I got the lobster roll with a side of lobster mac and cheese. Amazing. Next time ill come more hungry so i can also try to combo with the roll and the burger 🥲

Yohann our waiter was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious especially the scallops and prawns. My vegan burger was so so. The wife enjoyed her lobster meal. Lovely venue and Yohann we will return to try desserts

We upgraded our order with truffle fries, but got regular fries instead. The server was very understanding and got us a serving of truffle fries at no extra cost. Food was delicious, the earl gray watermelon lemonade was amazing (I’d go back for that alone) but the couple sitting next to us was obnoxious and ruined the atmosphere of what would have been a perfect culinary experience.

We had a meal yesterday for my friends 50th birthday and because of our lovely server Neyla it was all the more special. Shes an absolute gem! Food and cocktails were delightful. Thank you!

First visit and I was not disappointed! The burger and lobster truly were delicious and I especially enjoyed the tempura soft shell crab. My one bit of criticism is that I felt the service was a little slow when waiting for the main course and the bill. Overall, a great experience and a beautiful venue.

Great experience at Burger and Lobster. Service was great and the food was tasty, I had the burger and lobster combo. The burger was great however I felt the lobster didn't have that much meat considering I'd paid for a whole one. Overall a great experience, though expect to be paying around £50 per person for a good amount of food.

I really enjoyed this place. The food was great. Especially Lobster roll!!! That's my favorite here. And the waiter Carlos had a lot of interest in Korea. That made me feel so comfortable and happy. I will for sure come back😊
