You pay next day delivery and expect it to be that but it’s not. the tracking of my item hasn’t been updated since the label was created a whole 24 hours ago, I emailed no response I called I said Asalamualaykum as you do to other Muslims, no salaam back just a “ can you call back in 20 minutes we’re having lunch “ at 3.20pm. I expected this book would come in time it’s a gift and I paid the extra but doesn’t look very promising won’t order from here again 😊

Never ever going there again ! No parking available , no price tags on anything and i must find out at the end . Messy , boxes everywhere and are hazardous. Staff members are confusing as information is different according to who you speak to. Books are soooooooooooo expensive . Traders are given a discount on if they like you ranging from %25-%40. Man sed hmmmmmm i will give you 25 even though i was told %40 . Staff made me feel very uncomfortable and seemed as if they didnt want my custom of £1800 :) im glad because azhar academy wholesale are much more cheaper , friendlier and welcoming to my custom . Thank you ... you lost a regular , loyal and a consistant business owner because you didnt care :) . Imagine how many customer you have lost doing this ... keep going

I couldn't believe how many things this place has including children's books and islamic toys . My go to place now for any islamic literature

Disappointing service

Very Good selection of books, halal sweets, bags for classes and the majority of helpful staff. One less star due to one staff member ignoring my request for assistance and lack of general awareness.

So far, I've had very good experience purchasing books from this place at very affordable prices. I found a lot of hard to find titles at Darussalam. I will highly recommend this place.

They have moved buildings, and there were no signage to indicate where, luckily, there was someone about to ask for directions. The warehouse is huge! But, it's so disorganised. Looks like everything is just everywhere, with no order in place, but the staff seem to know where everything is and were really helpful and helped me find the books I was looking for. There are no prices displayed on the books. When I asked the staff member about the pricing of books, he told me he didn't know and that I had to look the price up on their website, which is annoying and very time-consuming. All in all, it did the job for what I needed at short notice. Would I go again? Probably not. It's such a shame because the place has so much potential.

Collected three books from darrussalam today from there warehouse. Easy access via car. No problems at all. All the brothers treated me with respect from the start till the end. Don’t be turned away from the negative reviews.

My experience with this bookstore was very positive. I ordered 3 books from them and they were swift in processing my order and dispatching it. The items arrived neatly packaged and in good time. The items were very well priced too. One of the items from my order was wrong, as it was supposed to be a different book with the same title. I emailed them and they replied promptly, looking deeply into the matter. Within the same day they refunded the item that they accidentally didn't send and they allowed me to keep the incorrect book as a gift. Truly outstanding customer service. We all make mistakes and it is how we respond to the mistake that shows our true self. Darussalam have proven to be honest, sincere and well operated. If you're looking to buy islamic books Darussalam is the place to go to. I would definitely recommend 10/10

I am very pleased with the level of service that you have provided. The website interface is customer friendly. The purchase was easily completed. The international postage (UK - SG) was surprisingly fast as I received the books 6 days after I placed the order (despite the current COVID issues)! The books I received were also well wrapped and in good condition.

I ordered a Quran from Darussalam and I have to say that the costumer service was outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure that the quran was delivered in the most perfect condition. They were very prompt and professional and the order was delivered the very next day. I cannot recommend them enough. I will most definitely continue to order from them again.

Darul islam books can't find in uk even number has been printed on page of Quran and hadid was not working give it a try on Google information Amazon don't have what look for I don't know if Pakistan number works why people not up dates if number change 😙
