Absolute zero communication- didn't even bother to respond to my email when I enquired to book for 2 day business stay. May be next time I'll use the name ' John Smith' and they'll probably come rushing!

This is a great B&B. Definitely recommend. Breakfast is served in the room, which may not suit you but it was excellent. Extremely polite, helpful and professional hosts. A great place to stay, great value.

Immaculate & clean room. Wonderful customer service Freshly cooked full English breakfast which was delivered to our room. We had a Very enjoyable experience - I highly recommend this place. Checkout 11am

Me and my auntie stayed here for a night, lovely rooms, loved the desk table, bath was small, had the essentials, towels, shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast was delicious, a good choice of pastries, toast, tea, jams, spreads or you can have a full English breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel, if you're staying for a few nights 👍

Lovely place to stay for our grandaughter's 21st celebrations. Friendly and super helpful welcome despite us arriving at a different time than we had originally arranged. Lovely room with quality furnishings. Really good breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

A most enjoyable hotel at a reasonable cost. Comfy room and bed and with all necessary facilities including a generous shower. Whisper quiet and adequate off street parking. Very obliging staff. Will certainly stay there again.

This is A Great little hotel . It was Spotlessly clean. We stayed in the little chalets at the back of the property . we had 3 rooms and all said we would definitely stay again. Maybe a little expensive , for the price I think that breakfast should be included.

Would have given it 5 but breakfast is room service only . If a fold away table and chairs were supplied it would have been fine. The Hotel staff were very friendly everything was clean . Walls a bit thin could hear the neighbours chatting.

I loved this place. Stayed there in May this year and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Very clean, lovely room. I stayed in the annex. Compact, but never the less perfect. A short walk from Hornchurch station and into the town. Which has an array of cafes, pubs, restaurants and a Sainsburys supermarket. Also has a very good bus service to Romford. Should you want a bigger shopping centre. Btw I didn't have the cooked breakfast. But it looked and smelt delicious :)
