DO NOT USE THE SAUNA, STEAM ROOM AND POOL FACILITIES THE HYGIENE IS ABYSMAL! I've never had any infections before but I got a serious case of athletes foot on my foot and pompholyx on my hands. My GP said many people have come from the same leisure center in the same week with the same problem. They need to address the serious hygiene problem. I now go to Balham leisure center for sauna steam and pool. The gym side of it is great and affordable though

Opinion with respect to swimming. This centre has good location. Good treatment of the staff, a tiny friendly. Main facilities clean. Internal bathrooms 2/5, not really cleaning every evenings. Good schedules. Normal prices with respect to London. Good waiting room with cafeteria and playground of color balls for children.

I recently visited tooting leisure centre, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The facility was sparkling clean and well-maintained, providing a great ambiance for leisure activities. I’ve been coming here for two years and for a local leisure centre I think you definitely get your money’s worth! For the facilities you get at this gym you’d be paying double at another privately owned gym. There are things which could be better and probably are in private gyms but for an easily accessible, pretty quiet local gym where you have no issues using the gym machines or pool then I would 100% recommend!

No hot showers in girls showers beside girls changing rooms. Changing room 1’s door is broken. Still not fixed. Staff walk through boys changing rooms while they’re dressing. Changing rooms are freezing. Changing cubicles by lockers always smell of urine. Spoken to reception, completed surveys - no change.

Staff are really friendly and helpful; toddler pool was warm; got a free padlock lend for the locker; free parking all day!

This review is specifically for the Badminton social that they hold on Thursdays. I am a newbie who has been going there for the event when I can. While people of varied skill levels come, a few regular players are pretty nasty to those whom they believe aren't up to their level. One of them called me "useless." I am shocked that this kind of behavior is not admonished. At least based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend the social to beginners or anyone not wanting to play a super competitive game.

Nothing too fancy of course but does the job. Decent gym with a reasonable selection of machines and free weights. Staff are friendly.

there was a large sized beatle in the pool, as approaching to go in with my children it was laying in the water by the steps. The life guard on duty delt with it immediately however the clenliness of the pool is shocking! My children have left and have both got sore ears! Which if continues and potentially turns to ear infections I will be taking matters further! I hope something is done immediately!

I am very disappointed paid £40 for the first month and regret it the first day. The toilet facilities are not working at all. There is a disgusting smell in the shower room due to toilet blockage and no one seems to care. Complain to the reception and it was still the same. Don’t waste your money and time.

I've been member of this gym for over 10 years gone downhill so fast so many things wrong half the running machines or out of order half and the machines in the place don't work properly you got kids running around at any time you got the main door open for anybody loads of non-members just turning up and using the equipment I stretched out on one of them at the other day I got up looking like Chewbacca from Star Wars it was that much human hair on the Mat would not recommend this place to anyone truly disgusting much cheaper gyms just down the road

Nice place, friendly staff and ideal for your swimming lessons with the shallow pool. The coaches and lifeguards are always on stand by. The facility is great 👍

Due to a function at the center the (that we was not made aware of before hand) we missed a swimming lesson due to no access to parking and being trapped in the car park for over 15 minutes. The center is unwilling to compensate the lesson missed (no make up session or refund). As a customer I feel this is unreasonable and something that needs to be looked into in terms of discretionary make up lessons when incidents like this arise that are not the fault of the customer. As a service provider customer service/satisfaction is key to business.

So easy to get in contact with Tooting Leisure Centre and they are very helpful in person and on the phone. The people at front desk are very helpful, and had welcoming faces, it really makes all the difference when people at front desk look pleased to see you. We went to a pool party and the life guard was so calm, patient, attentive, welcoming and professional. We will definitely recommend

Thank you for a fantastic day for my daughter's birthday yesterday. All reception to life guards were so lovely, friendly with big smiles. She and her 9 friends had a fun filled day with the inflatables. To anyone thinking of booking "Do" thankyou you so much 🤗

My toddler usually loves to swim however the pool was far to cold. We were told the pool was 30°c but I beg to differ, my little one spent most of the session chattering her teeth and was unable to warm up. It was our first and last time here unfortunately. The amount of people per session needs to be reconsidered for sure. The teaching pool was by far overcrowded, allowing 30 guests to book per session leaves others with little space to enjoy the pool.

My experiences here as a relatively young female swimmer haven’t been great. Inconsiderate behavior from a certain demographic of swimmers, especially if you’re swimming in the fast lane. Wish they had more women only swimming hours. In the future I’ll likely go elsewhere, other pools in the area feel more inclusive to all

I have been as a member on and off for the last 30 years.. it very helpful staff ,clean and suitable classes.. I was enjoying the water aerobics for last 8 months. Hariet the instructor knew what E xcerses suited and catered for wages in the morning class. Now she is left and a horrible instructor who is very rude runs the class . I have to stop as the E xcerses are only for very young and able people.. this is a loss for elderly who were enjoying the water..if the manager can choose a suitable instructor who can help us then it's worth it!

All the staff are really friendly and helpful! Facilities are good - plenty of classes and swim slots available. £30 a month for 25 and unders for gym, swim and classes which is so good for London! Classes include Les Mills and the instructors are super friendly. Great location too - definitely recommend!

Says 10:30 close, if you ask when signing up they say they're open til 10:30 but all the gym facility's are shut by 10 but the 'buildings open' until 10:30. Prices are 6/7 pound more expensive each month if your looking a rolling contract (ontop of the sign up fee). Pretty dirty, break their own rules like having a pile of gym bags on the floor and stuff like that. Some of the machines are so old the measurements have completely faded off the plates and you can't be sure what your lifting. New really clunky slow sign in through QR code for entry. Usually some machines are broken but there's a good spread of options.

Best gym in tooting. Not crowded like others and its kept clean. Good variety of machines and they are nicely spaced out, lots free weights and benches. Also the ceiling is quite high and the big windows make the space very airy and nicely iluminated with natural light.

Nice place but not well organised, swimming pool water quality is not enough clean, sauna and steam are always out of order, also swimming shouldn't be on time booking anymore
