Staff are great but all Odeons seem to be falling apart. Dirty and not well maintained. Much prefer independent cinemas although you do have to sacrifice the screen and sound quality..

I don’t like writing negative posts, however, the Odeon in Kingston Cinema 3 was absolutely terrible. We ended up walking out even though we enjoyed the movie itself until we left. There were broken seats, the stairs were falling apart, there was a terrible smell and the seats were just worn out and uncomfortable. The team are very friendly so I would give it high marks for customer service. Below scores are out of 10 Customer Service   9 Atmosphere   5 Presentation   3 Products   5 Wifi   Yes Location   10 Parking:    Lots of paid parking available. Overall   6

This cinema is okay. If you can upgrade to film showing with recliner seats…it is soooo comfy you’ll fall asleep. Unfortunately, most of the recent movies have been absolutely rubbish so getting a Power Nap and being refreshed is brilliant. Movies seem to be getting longer so I’d advise these seats for lengthy movies. You can eat at the recliner seats as there’s trays that swivel (like in lecture halls). There are also a set of toilets that’s just use for people who book recliners which is a nice touch.

Went to see Bad Boys For Life in there newly renovated screening room. They now have recliner seats with movable trays and the arm also lifts up for extra comfort. Screen 15 also has its own bar and pizza area. Super friendly staff, amazing experience for just a few quid extra on the regular price. Definitely worth it.

I am always delighted to be there, a good place to enjoy a movie. Friendly staff, quality food

Really easy to book and the process of getting to your seats was effortless, the staff were pleasant, the toilets were well kept, next to the screen we were attending (12). Air conditioning was very efficient and needed

Went to see the latest flash movie in the IMAX screen in the this odeon. There was not way to tell which seat was yours as they don’t have the letters. The seats are also fairly uncomfortable but overall the screen is a good size and the sound is great. One of the better Odeon’s I have been to.

The seats were appalling with quite a few of the seats taped up and unusable. There should be staff inside the cinema to stop people taking selfies during the movie and for those just there to be on their phone all the time and talking consistently. There should be signs telling all customers to throw their rubbish in the bins provided afterwards too. Apart from that I wasn’t too impressed.

I have been watching movies here since it opened. I always find it amazing how these cinemas can fit so many auditoriums in one place. When it looks small and unapparent on the outside. I prefer the films that have a larger theatre and screen, I’ve tried the IMAX screens too and I found it enjoyable albeit being more expensive. However, I once went to the VIP screen. To my disappointment while the seats are comfortable and is more food friendly. The one I sat in was way too bright and small, the screen appeared a bit too close and the levelling of the seats was far too similar rather than the downward angle that the normal theatres have. In the end, due to all of this, it completely lacked an atmosphere to watch an epic film. So I just left immediately as soon as I saw the movie start and recognised that this is what it was going to be like. Fortunately one of the staff there gave me a refund straight away so I could enjoy the movie I’d been eager to see on a regular screen. I found it funny, the guy who gave me the refund could instantly see where I was coming from regarding those VIP settings. Which made me think I’m probably not the only one who has asked for a refund or he himself has tried it and did not like it as well haha. All in all. You can use the machines before you enter the place to book your tickets and choose what seat you want. Usually me and friends book early then go for a bite to eat inside one of the Rotunda’s restaurants like a Frankie and Benny’s (in the past) and now we go to Pizza Express. Then to the cinema.

They got 16 screens with many movie options at once. Maybe the screen could've been bigger but overall it's a nice cinema hall.

We had a nice time watching Dune 2 in screen 15. Nice to see wheelchair and companion seating like this.

Really good cinema. Visited with a party of 3 to see "Poor Things" - cinema staff were all very welcoming and helpful, and the environment was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Sound and picture quality were ideal. Recommended ✨✨✨✨

Helpful and friendly staff. Online booking etc all pretty standard. The theatres seem run down. Most seats are filthy with food debris. Premier seats equally dirty/tired and with sub par leg room. But it is very local to where I live and I am grateful that I can still wander down and catch the block busters. So overall very grateful.

IMAX screen 2. Why are there no row letters. Was in seat P22 but there were no clear row letter indicators. Most people had the same problem. IMAX screen / sound great but seats are so uncomfortable

The new premiere seats are horrible Way to upright headrest is pushed forward. Needs more recline angle and head rest back, my neck is already hurting and iv been here 5mins.

Disgusting. Never cleaned, broken seats, smells gross, sound balancing well off so adverts are loud but the film itself is quiet. Last few showings have been disrupted by young teens but staff don’t act on this despite people leaving mid screening to report them. Avoid like the plague, worst cinema.

Watched Dune: Part One here in a luxury recliner seat. It was an absolutely great experience. I just can't wait to see Dune: Part Two.

Went to see new 'Top Gun: Maverick' movie on 24th July at Screen 15 with recliner seats. I am a limitless member so had to pay only £4 extra for recliners. I've enjoyed my visit a lot as I had both of them for myself. E5 provides comfortable view of the screen. Pop corn was tasty and crunchy (unlike in Odeon Putney). The only minus is an AC. But is a big minus in every Odeon. They pump cold air and it is super uncomfortable and extreme. Although I came prepared with an extra sweatshirt I was still cold.

Disorganized concession stand and in general poor upkeep and housekeeping. The cinemas themselves are ok, but not a place I would recommend. It took my daughter and I over 30 mins to have an order of chicken strips and popcorn filled. The concession stand staff seemed lost and could really only handle popcorn orders.

I was there before COVID many times and nothing changed. It's really extremely annoying that lights are on all the time... security lights? How many lights do you need for this? It was like a damn Christmas tree. No wonder their movie theaters are empty and besides, it's very cold there.

Manageress LISA deserves a big thank you for going the extra mile for this customer. She looked through lost property for me to find some special sunglasses I left. She really cares about customers and also her staff, who are helpful and cheery. How great to have such service in an industry that is struggling. Long live Kingston Odeon!!

Good location, staff helpful. Can buy tickets and refreshments at counter or self service screens. Nice to have booster cushions available for children. Toilets clean and plenty of stalls.

I visited this afternoon, and being partially sighted [ARMD] I requested assistance to find my seat. I would particularly like to thank Ed [?] for his patience and attention in getting me into the forum and also the exiting. Thanks Ed I would have been stuck without you. Well done.

I had a great time at the fantastic screen 15, where you are on comfortable double reclining seats. You have sort of a side table that you can swing next to you. The reason for not giving 5* is that the bar is not longer open and you can't get your food and drinks served straight to your seats, you have to go to the lobby.

We were trying to use a blue light discount and could not work it out. Connor was very patient and helpful. He took his time to show us through the whole process. Fantastic service.

i loved it. The seats where worn out and the floor definitely needs a new carpet. Over all it was ok. there were a lot of ads before our film started. We say the new jerrasic park movie, What disappointment that was, dont watch it, its pointless

Went to see Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3. Film amazing. Sat in screen 15 with Recliner chair-made such a difference to be able to sit back and put feet up! Luxury seats and nice atmosphere. Will definitely be returning!

I'm wondering how you are meant to sit on their standard chairs? The seat arms are too short, and the folded seat next to you gets in the way of your elbows? And now neck rest? The most uncomfortable 90 mins in a seat. Maybe I'll have to buy the lux seats next time altho, my usual cinema is Vue Staines, however the film I wanted to watch was only showing at Odeon. The seats in Odeon are abolsute rubbish and uncomfortable compared to Vue. I won't take them for granted again

Used to really love this place but it's going downhill. Nowadays most screens are dirty, the escalators been making some awful creaking noise for about 2 months as of right now, loads of screenings now seem to feature people who will gladly talk through the movie as if they're at home and staff don't care and ticket prices are on the up and up, even for Limitless members. Only reason it gets a 2* is that it's maybe the best Odeon in the general area for movie variety.

Nathan is quite frankly a legend. He is always friendly and courteous. His effervescent personality lights up the food counter in The Odeon. Give that man a promotion.

Screen 15 with the recliner seats is the one for me, especially if sitting through a mega-film the length of Avatar! Could be a bit cleaner behind the back row of seats but otherwise all was well and worked as expected.

Premier seats were spacious and comfortable, however, the temperature in the theatre was way too cold! I had my coat and scarf o by the end of the film!

Smelly theatres, broken / out of use chairs left like that for months, QI ticket reader never works, support never responds to issues (you have to phone to get anything resolved), great at emailing demands for money, though unable resolve issues with app. when trying to make payments, expect to wait at least half a year plus when owed large sum of money. Overall poor!

Generally good cinema. Lots of screens and options for viewing, especially for smaller releases or rereleases of older classics. The staff are pretty friendly and helpful. The only issue is sometimes there's lack of care during the screenings, such as lights being left on or things not being focused properly.

The experience was very cool. Guys working in retail have cool badges with enchanting funny taglines. It's kind of cool. I had a booking ticket booking issue thus the manager came and helped me with the booking error.

Closest Odeon from my home, there’s only 1 recliner screen as far as I know but I like it here cuz it’s not crowded, my child loves to watch his favourite films when it’s realised. Nice and peaceful atmosphere!

Yesterday 2 learning disabled men were AGAIN unable to use their Limitless membership and had to pay to see a film. There is no way to contact the cinema by phone and the website chat goes to bot and is irrelevant.
